One of the richest and most famous state-owned banks in Uzbekistan.
Previously, this bank was a forge of personnel and a standard of banking.
To date, the bank has undeniable advantages: a huge list of services provided, the opportunity to purchase foreign currency in cash from various countries, I did not remember any other advantages
Of the minuses, one can note the bullying and habilitation of some employees and female employees (only one thing comes to mind - they recruited relatives and friends) this greatly reduces the image of the bank and nullifies all their strategic initiatives (reformation office, innovation office... it doesn't matter), a weak level of technical support ... change guys, eradicate corruption (use of official powers in pm set of your own) you have everything to be the best bank in the country
I came to pick up the "ready" card, as a result I waited 50 minutes, it's almost an hour.
Employees are walking around the bank, someone is eating chips at their workplace, it feels like they have entered some kind of market.
My number was F112, the queue was moving slowly, despite the fact that there were almost no people. When there were 20 minutes left before receiving the card, an employee came out and asked who came to receive the ready-made card, 2 clients responded, including me. The girl asked us to approach her one at a time. The guy before me had a number just F111, the employee could not find her card and went to look for it all over the bank, eventually did not find it, informed him that his card was issued for delivery and sent it.
After that, I already approached her, but she did not accept me, accepted another client, referring to the fact that the priority would be to issue a "Solfy" card.Half of the other operators did not serve customers. When it was my turn, the employee informed me to approach another free girl to issue a card. I went up to the one who recently swamped us to get a card. When I received the card, I saw that the customer with the number F115 had already been served before me.
I didn't stand on ceremony and asked the girl, I went into the office, since you called us yourself, but did you serve a client who was later than me?
She said, I don't know, she didn't look, I showed her his number, she showed me that my turn hadn't actually come). And to my question, what are coupons for, if you accept customers without waiting in line, she said that the coupon is needed so that there would be a queue)
I specifically chose the branch, which is located approximately in the city center, as I expected a higher level of service, and in the end I was completely disappointed.
They showed the lowest level, "the best bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan". I hope I will no longer need the services of this branch.
What can I say, the National Bank is the main Bank of the country. A bank that all other Banks in the country should be equal to, which should be advanced. But in fact, the bottom is broken again. Firstly, Russians are not served everywhere, I'm talking about issuing a card. Secondly, it is in this department that non-residents can buy $ 200 per day, no more. What kind of stupid rule is that? when a local "oligarch" brings a pack of fresh "greens" and thereby launders the loot, does that mean it's okay!? there is an ATM with the lowest rate, but it is the only one in this area that works in principle. There is often no money in it. This is an ATM 10 steps from the Bank, apparently, it is not fate to replenish it. Also, the ATM issues old used banknotes. That is, chewed, even with some kind of inscriptions. In general, it is strange that banknotes have not been updated in the country for years. Although, why be surprised if the Uzbeks themselves announce prices in dollars in some stores. The choice is made, isn't it. It is unclear that there are so many of them working in the Russian Federation, maybe they should leave for the States then? In short, I am insanely glad to leave, you can still go through medicine, the way you drive a car, beating women in a Muslim country, deceiving a buyer for money, oh, sorry, "a good deal", like, Uzbeks are good traders) and much more).
Oh, the operators are full of brakes, they work like sloths in the morning, half of the bank's employees are having a smoke break on the street, so there are not enough people
Unfortunately, it's a very long wait. The queues are long. You can sit for an hour or more. Simple operations that could be done in the application can only be done by visiting the bank
The worst branch of the bank in terms of service. I've been to mini-banks in other areas, even better there
It was necessary to pay a fine. I came and took the queue, but it turns out that the bank's customers are prioritized in the queue. I do not recommend going here to the cash register to pay if you need to pay for fines, utilities or other things
In general, it is a good branch, but I was upset that to transfer money from abroad you need a whole pile of papers and a wait of 15 days, although you get it right away in a private bank.
This is the worst bank I've ever been to in Tashkent. It took me 40 minutes to replenish my balance because there is 1 cash register for receiving deposits and the one that is occupied by a person (an employee of the bank) hands over a huge amount of $! In general, this is the worst possible
There is a girl at the reception who will take you to the right office or to the right department. Clean, neat. The staff explains in detail and is polite enough. Of course, there is not enough space for smoking, but this is a small thing
