The hall is not small, cozy, the tiers are exquisitely made, the hall is on the 2nd floor, the performance "Paulinka" was magnificent. We are pleased with the prices, which ranged from 7p. to 20p+ for this session, so even a student can afford to buy a ticket. I have a pleasant impression of the visit.

Due to the circumstances, I had to hand over the purchased tickets (a month before the event). Extremely negative experience - there is no refund of the service fee, but it is still acceptable. But other than that, only 75% of the ticket price is refunded (guided by the law that AT LEAST 75% of the ticket price will be refunded)- that is, the minimum value prescribed in the order. I lost money and all motivation to buy tickets in advance.

Yesterday I visited Yanka Kupala's favorite Theater!
On the chamber stage, in a cozy, homely atmosphere, the performance "DONNA SOLA" took place - a woman's story performed by the Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus, the inimitable, touching and very bright Olga Nefedova! Bravo! The performance was held in one breath, ; the direction of the production, the stage decision allowed the viewer to plunge into the fate of a woman, share her aspirations and worries ...

Today I wanted to buy tickets, but the box office of the theater on Engels 7 from the morning to 14-10 did not open. A lot of people gathered. But no one showed up. The ticket office of the theater at GUM and in the Central Department Store also did not work.

Most recently, we watched "Peacock" and liked the production. Beautifully decorated central hall with a grand piano. But I didn't like the wardrobe. It's too crowded in there. The door openings are very low and when you walk, you get the feeling that you will catch your head on them. The hall is small but cozy.

I have had tender feelings for this theater for a long time, although I do not visit it often. Compared to modern establishments, it fascinates with its intimacy and is not forgotten by the atmosphere. Last week we were a family at Paulinka, we received a lot of positive emotions and a boost of cheerfulness. Thanks to all the artists and staff for reviving the theater!

We were with the students at the performance "Vechar" based on the play by A. Dudarev. This is something incredible: almost a full theater of young people and not a single phone call during the performance, no rustling, no side conversations. The magically hypnotic atmosphere created by the intelligent, inspired Vladimir Rogovtsov, the incredibly touching Zinaida Zubkova, the talented Vasily Sushitsky completely captivated the viewer and did not let go for an hour and a half! Thank you very much for the real theater and the life you have lived with your characters!!! BRAVO

You know how to surprise! Or a non-standard solution for seating spectators with tickets.
I pre-booked and paid for tickets to the play "Aposhni atraktsyen" on 11/25/2023 19:00. The mezzanine of the box In, place 1,2.
Arrived at the specified time, but could not sit in their seats, as they were occupied. The audience was already sitting in our seats with ballets for another date (10/11.11.2023). An employee of the theater could not agree with people without tickets to move to other places. Then she invited us to sit in the seats on the side (right mezzanine), the view from which is much worse. Then she suggested that they go downstairs themselves and check with the employee where they can sit in the stalls. After my question, whether we should find out about the availability of seats ourselves, we were taken downstairs. In the stalls, we were offered to sit in other " convenient " ministerial seats." 1,2 place 8,7 or 6th row. Here
the mood has already completely deteriorated and we decided to refund the money spent for the tickets. That's just the spoiled mood and time spent cannot be returned at the ticket office.
It's a pity that you have a system in place, whoever took the seats first is sitting on them.
No one from the staff apologized....
Maybe you should pay attention to what dates are on the tickets for the audience before seating?
For me, the question of how to get to the performance according to the purchased tickets remains relevant. And whether this situation will happen again next time.

I was at the play "Sailinka", the actors play normally, the music is pleasant. I did not like the changed ending, which does not match the original work, in the end the screenwriters decided to kill Pan Bykovsky, and if you are in the theater, take better seats in the middle, since if you sit on the side, part of the hall will not be visible.

Every visit to the Y. Kupala National Academic Theater is a celebration for the audience. Our management gave us invitations to the most famous musical performance "Pavlinka". I've seen it a long time ago, so this time I decided to compare it. What did I like? This is the age group of the troupe. The young were played by the young. They sang great! The old comedians made the whole room laugh! Good girls! And what a beautiful scenery... We have received so much joy and aesthetic pleasure... Thank you very much! 😍👏💐
