Admires with its architecture and organization of the space near the Library. It is considered the largest exhibition hall in the Republic of Belarus. The panoramic elevator goes up to the 23rd floor - this is the place for the best views of the Eastern Gate of Minsk and the surrounding area. There are binoculars on the site, as well as indications of what is far below, if you look in the right direction. The playground is secure, fenced with high glass and safe for all visitors and children. It was not possible to get into the library itself due to the weekend.
