Отвратительный сервис. Кто дал 5 звезд этому хостелу не понятно. На ресепшен много людей и только один сотрудник. Румсервис не работает. Не отвечает телефон. Уличная парковка по Яндекс картам бесплатная , а отель взял и захватил ее и продает места по 800 ₽ час. Не рекомендую. –————————- Disgusting service. It is not clear who gave 5 stars to this hostel. There are a lot of people at the reception and only one employee. Rumservice is not working. The phone is not answering. Street parking is free according to Yandex maps , and the hotel took and seized it and sells places for 800 ₽ an hour. I do not recommend it.

I stay in National at least once a year when I visit Moscow. It's a marvellous historic hotel and is well worth a visit, especially when one can get a room with the Kremlin view. A very nice breakfast with blinys (and red caviar, if you want to)
