We had a family vacation. We were guided by reviews. Beautiful territory, you can relax right in the boarding house. Lots of greenery, flower beds, gazebos, sculptural compositions, a Playground. It is equipped with love. Several generations help to run a family business together. Equipment rental, fresh fruits, mushrooms, jam, even donuts can be purchased on site. Arrange for a taxi and an excursion escort here. In general, "all inclusive".
We took a 3-bed room on the second floor, it's a little cramped for adults, it's hot in the room during the day. They took two days with meals. The portions are large, hearty, I liked that you can choose and even order fried eggs or boiled eggs, you can cook yourself, there is a refrigerator. As an option, you can eat in a cafe, the choice is wide.
I would like to note the adequacy and cordiality of the hosts. We remember the rest with gratitude.

An excellent hotel for a quiet family holiday. A large green area in front of the rooms, a lot of children's swing houses and other entertainment. There is a common dining room, as well as individual gazebos where you can take food on a tray and eat. The food in the dining room is delicious, the prices are too high. You can cook your own food, but it's inconvenient. There is a cafe nearby. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the lake. In general, for the South Coast, IK is the best hotel that we have seen

Nature, mountains, skates are just great, very beautiful, I advise everyone to visit. According to the location of the hotel, it is very successful - the most distant places are max 2.5 hours.
A 3-star hotel, BUT.
Plumbing leaves much to be desired, repairs in the rooms are normal, nothing more.
The overall impression is good, it is clear that they are trying and developing, so I will not judge strictly. There is nothing much to complain about.
And this is a very decent hotel option in those parts.
P. S. And, by the way, there is no air conditioning anywhere, even in the floor suite, but you can live with it, although not in all rooms (2 rooms were rented) only in the evening it is stuffy, at night it is cool.
And by the way, this is not a beach holiday at all - the lake is Cold, it is difficult to drag children, but this does not apply to the hotel.

A comfortable budget place to spend the night. We stayed for one night on a car trip. Beautiful, pleasant, polite receptionist Natalia, clean rooms, toilet/shower in the room. There is a large green area, there are places where you can gather and chat with each other or with other guests. There is a stable WiFi connection. The breakfasts are homemade, but not large. If you arrive late, dinner is not always possible, but there is a place to eat without it. We went to eat in a cafe closer to the highway on the corner with Garazhnaya Street, there is a beautiful lagman of three types and they work until 22-23. The entrance to the hotel is from two sides: a pedestrian reserve from Ozernaya Street (may be closed), the main one and with parking on the far side from the lake. The internal parking of cars for 8, can be fully occupied, you need to call if there will be a place for your car. We even thought of returning to this hotel for a couple of days of seal holidays on the coast, but the spirit of adventure took us to the next mountain passes.

We had a rest in August 2023. Probably the best place to stay on the south coast. A large, well-groomed territory resembling a flower garden. Gazebos, barbecues, a summer kitchen that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for an additional moderate fee. The food is cooked at home, simple, delicious and satisfying. Everything is fresh, no poisoning. Natalia and Anna are friendly and always ready to help the client. Natalia can also book a transfer from/to the airport and excursions. The rooms are simple, but there is everything you need. Mattresses are hard, but after visiting different hotels in the future, they realized that in Kyrgyzstan, apparently, this is the norm. To the lake on foot 10 minutes maximum. There is beauty around with Soviet flashbacks, nature is unforgettable beautiful! I recommend.

I was there in 2023. Director Natalia is a very wonderful and sensitive leader who knows his business in the field of the hotel industry. And they met, settled in a clean and nice room, and most importantly, a warm and bright room. 3 meals a day, delicious at home, different menu for every day. A gorgeous courtyard, everything is clean and with a taste of art. The payment is not expensive. I recommend it to everyone.

We were there for a week, I liked everything.Cozy blooming beautiful territory.There are many fruit trees with the opportunity to eat peach, apricot and other fruits.Good rooms, for each room there is a separate gazebo with the opportunity to cook and eat.There is a very good cafe on site, the chefs cook delicious food.The staff is very nice and friendly.

We have been vacationing in this hotel for several years in a row. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The territory is green, there is Parking for cars. There are places for cooking or you can order breakfast/lunch/dinner in the kitchen. The food is delicious and varied.

The hotel itself is not bad. It's a very cool area. Responsive hosts. But there are a couple of points. Firstly, protein is needed in breakfast for an additional fee (at least boiled eggs). Only porridge and pancakes are missing, alas. Secondly, we did not have enough bedside lamp. It is not very convenient to get up and turn off the light before going to bed. And there was no hair dryer in the room, unfortunately.

We were alone with my husband in the middle of May. At this time, the hotel is still empty - it's not the season. The rooms are comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked properly, the TV too. There are lights above the bed, which was not observed in other hotels along the route. Hot water is constantly running. The friendly hostess Natalia is a very energetic woman, she worked on the beds all the time and did not forget to chat with us. She recommended Ivan Nikolaevich Rodionov, a wonderful guide, he is a real enthusiast, knows the history of the village perfectly well and in general showed and told a lot of interesting things.
Special thanks to the chefs Elena and Natalia for the excellent breakfasts and dinners.By the way, the hotel is expanding, a conference hall is being built. In general, we were very satisfied, we wish success and prosperity to the hotel.
