We rested in "Natalie" from 17.06.-24.06.24 . I am still writing a review during my vacation. The territory is very good , there is a lot of entertainment ( Playground, table tennis , basketball court ) , the pool is excellent , large and clean. Pools are cleaned daily. Friendly staff, they will always solve any problem immediately. The dining room is good , the food is delicious , we were always full ! There were no problems with the intestines throughout the rest) I recommend visiting this place!

I had a vacation in 2022, the rooms are new, the air conditioning worked well. Pools require tile gluing in places, but in general it is fine. The food is modest, but you didn't come to eat. I read negative reviews, I'm surprised. You are not going to 5+ yourself, but you are waiting for 5+. It's not bad for Abkhazia. The staff is responsive, cleaned often. The territory is huge, everything is sincere

The first impression I got was as if I had plunged into childhood, a well-groomed territory , a pleasant, unusual atmosphere of calm and tranquility, it feels like I am in a kindergarten where they take care of me, feed me, give me water, and in the evening I run away to fool around in the city , and on my return, I come as if home where everything is native and your own.
