I want to thank all the guys who work in a Real digital environment!! I chose them among the other operators of software sales registers, intuitively based on the initial communication and the way their website is designed, where everything is clear and understandable, and later my familiar programmers who work in this field confirmed that they are the best! Even the sending of documents for the activation of cash registers is automated, it can be tracked. Documents are quickly transferred and taken to/from the Information and Publishing Center. They are great fellows, they always competently answer all questions and help solve ALL problems that arise! Especially when you consider the fact that now the load on them is inadequate due to the insane flow of those who need to be connected. It's impossible to reach them by phone right now, BUT there's a life hack - write to them on Viber, they'll definitely answer you (or better yet, take a video or photo to clearly explain what the problem is) . I connected their cash desks to two companies: retail and regular passenger transportation. For managers and accountants, Real Digital interacts with other process automation programs (FLYSOFT for retail of labeled goods, 1C accounting, integration and data upload, everything can be configured). I understand perfectly well that half of the reviews are written by BOTS. Terrible attitude towards customers, it is impossible to get through, there is no support service as such. Why do you sign a contract for the maintenance of mobile cash registers and at the same time ignore users? There are more than one problematic issue with Yandex. Checkout that has not been resolved. It breaks down all the time and no one cares about it. The issue is resolved only when contacting third-party organizations that do not have to service YOUR cash registers. Just a quiet horror, If it were possible, then they would put a MINUS 5. Look in Google Maps, there will be a real rating of this company.
