I decided to return it. I called the number in the warranty card, sent it to the complaint from there, called there, asked to be picked up due to poor quality and size that did not correspond to the declared one (this was important). I sent a photo of the defects to Viber, agreed to redo the pillow and put a leg, they replied that this was a standard stretch of fabric (only in the salon it is not like that and without folds on the exhibition samples). Then there was a whole epic, they told me to write a letter for a refund to the director, sent it by registered mail, left an entry in the complaint. After 3 weeks, the sofa was still at home. I called back again, asked why you refuse to just pick up the product that does not match the characteristics (size), why there is no response to the written request. As a result, the money was returned, but I stayed at home for almost a month.
