We had a vacation in August with a friend.The room is on the second floor, with all amenities.Safe rest.The helpers of the hostess are great girls.The sea is nearby.300 meters is generally an ideal beach.There are plenty of cafes.On the shore - more expensive, cheap cafes are expensive.The river flowing into the sea is clean.There was no infection, from the word at all.The acoustics in the rooms are of course terrible.But we were so tired that we didn't care.The smell of pine needles.The whole room is covered with wood.We liked it

Abkhazia, nature is super. We had a rest in Nastya
in September 2023 for the 3rd season, but this year we were disappointed. Prices have risen very steeply 5000₽ room per day, the ratio of price and quality does not match. Plumbing is barely breathing, beds with bad mattresses, doors close every other time, there are almost no dishes in the shared kitchen, the floors have never been washed in the room for 2 weeks. Linen was changed on demand. I don't recommend it.

We arrived from Abkhazia today. Ldzaa city beach is wonderful . But the housing ruined our vacation . There they have a Nasta and a Peasant 's yard in one yard . I want to tell you about this courtyard .We arrived there and settled in . The Wi-Fi is not working, the TV is not working.The light in the bathroom flashes like an alarm. In the evening, we found out that the lock on the front door does not work from the inside! The public living there is behaving abominably .Noise , drinking until morning .We have never seen the hostess .Her maid supposedly solves all her questions , but in order for her to make some kind of decision, she needs to call the hostess . In general , most of what they promise on the site is not half fulfilled .The audibility in the houses is terrible , you can hear the neighbor snoring in the room next to you .Well, I think this is enough for a person to decide whether to go there or not.

Great hotel! We have been resting since 2018. Large rooms, all conditions. Kitchen for self-cooking. A large area with conversations. From the sea 250 meters. The sea, the beach is a miracle!!!

We had a vacation with my son in September 2022, I liked it. Clean, well-maintained territory. The hostess is friendly. The assistants, who are also attentive, keep order. The room has a TV, Internet on site, and a shared kitchen. There are lovely places where you can have breakfast and dinner in private. It's close to the beach. There are food shops nearby. We liked it.

You know, I'll say this - for 2000 rubles, this place would be 5 stars. Cheap and angry. And for 4000r, the room is a chicken coop!
The obvious advantages are the view from the balcony is beautiful and the beds are large and comfortable. The conday blew perfectly. There is a kitchen, something can be done. The wallpaper looks good.
Cons - the house is made of timber - they put 20mm chipboard on it and turned out to be a chicken coop. You can hear what they are talking about in the dining room.
the door jamb with a gap of 2 cm, water flows in the bathroom, they asked to repair it and no one came.
Nobody really cared about us. The staff was doing something incomprehensible, no one offered to clean the room. The sheets (which were missing) were brought with the 3rd request.
There was something like a dining room, but for 150 rubles, one chicken wing is not in any gate at all. Meat for 250 rubles was probably cooked a week ago and heated in the microwave... it was not chewed at all.
There are holes in the walls (you can see in the photo).
Do not be fooled by the beach 150m from the hotel - all the sewage flows from the whole village into the stream and onto this beach. Then you will fight rotovirus until the end of your vacation! Especially in children. And to think that it was eaten the wrong way. The nearest dance floor is 500 meters away. Normal.
The conclusion is, gentlemen owners, first make the service normal, do not engage in fraud.

Cons-old creaky furniture, there is no sound insulation at all, there are 2 tiles in the kitchen for 20 rooms, the light is turned off periodically. The sea seems to be nearby, but a dirty mountain river flows into it and it takes half an hour to walk to the clear sea. Plus, you don't sleep outside.

In general, the view from the room is beautiful and the sea is nearby. And you can also roast meat right in the yard. Rent a car in Pitsunda and don't sit still!
