It's not a bad place for children, they have fun there, a lot of locations, music.. In the adult's opinion, there are 4 employees in the play area looking after the children, but this is not enough. They just stand and look into the hall, and they don't want to know what's going on behind their backs. They do not instruct children in any way on the rules of behavior on a trampoline, and when one child jumped on another and kicked the chest hard, no one even paid attention and did not offer a medical examination (which, surprisingly, is there). In the maze area, the little one got confused and started screaming and crying out of fear, the girl who should keep order as she sat on the phone, nothing has changed. I just turned around for a moment, in the direction of the scream.. My boys took the baby out and helped him find his mother. The kitchen is very weak, well, just a canteen with restaurant prices. It was the most delicious pizza and the most sugary compote. For that, garlic was stuffed into the sauce for a children's holiday, which would not seem enough to an adult, although they asked in advance without garlic. They were not allowed to bring their own cake for a children's holiday, they ordered it from them (it costs from 16,000 tenge per kg), so-so cake, housewives prepare such for tea ...
In general, if you go there for 2-3 hours with one or two children, then you can. To arrange children's holidays there is the worst option, believe my experience.

And there was a pleasant surprise in the form of a free visit by the child to the center, it was only necessary to pay about 800 tenge for socks. There is a cafe in the very center, but we waited for a very long time although there were no people. My son had fun for about an hour and a half, and then he got bored. There were a lot of children, although it was Tuesday. The menu in the cafe is not bad, I advise you to take salads, colored dumplings, but I do not recommend ramen!!!! They have programs for the birthday boy and his friends, but we didn't know about that. And it was a little insulting to my son that someone was being congratulated by animators with contests, but he was not. It would be cool if they had a pastry for dr on the menu. There are people on duty at the amusement center, so to speak, and they can help if anything happens. By the way, the staff makes sure that adults wear masks, which is very important at the moment. I've heard that the cent heirs in the Maxim shopping center are bigger and more interesting. And for non-birthday people there was a 1 + 1 promotion)))) in general, I advise you. About 10 adults and 10 children were invited to celebrate their birthday.
The very concept of norms. But the service and the kitchen.
As it turned out, in fact, you can't go there with your cake, which the birthday people were not warned about when booking. I think that the Admin should have definitely said this in advance, because usually you can have your cake everywhere.
As a result, because of this cake, surveillance simply began on us, they immediately decided to confiscate it altogether, so that it would not even be in the box in the hall. They don't have their cakes ready, only to order. As a result, when trying to eat at least a piece of your cake on a birthday paid for by you, the hosts of the holiday and all the guests listened to long, sarcastic lectures about conscience, upbringing, etc. The holiday was spoiled by this very much. And the impression of the organization is completely different.
The kitchen sucks. As we understood, they do not cook on the spot and food is brought to them. Everything is served in a variety of ways. Snacks can be brought first, then hot dishes and salads at the end. Their lemonades are not very good at all. From the word at all.
Also in terms of hygiene. It's terrible fuuu and vak about going to the toilet. There is one large toilet at the end of the game room. That is, all adults walk across the hall in their disposable slippers and then spread all the bacteria and urine splashes, etc. throughout the children's hall, where children of all ages run, crawl and tumble. Also, the children themselves are given socks for playing and they visit the toilet with a tiled floor in socks 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ cold floor one, wet floor two 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ It's just trash and completely unsanitary.
We, as guests, have drawn conclusions:
