I arrived, they promised mountains of gold and the shortest possible time. They said that the headset would be brought from Penza in 2 months. A maximum of 2.5 months. I agreed, since all competitors promised the same, but only in 4-6 months. The measurers arrived, made a 3D project, and handed over the order. I have made an advance payment.
At the moment, 3.5 months have passed, the headset is still missing. I have already gone to them 3 times with relevant questions. They feed you breakfast, they say that from day to day. As a result, silence every time. And then the most interesting thing begins.
You know, I understand if they still treated customers humanely in such cases and at least apologized in an elementary way. Like, we apologize for such a delay, etc., etc. Yeah, a balalaika. They have a very unpleasant woman sitting at a table in their office, who cannot talk to people in an elementary way and is constantly rude. You come to her with a perfectly fair question, and she behaves as if you came to her house drunk. You say, they say, where is the promised headset, and she angrily responds, "You were told to wait 2 months." You tell her that it's been 2 months for a long time, and she responds, "You were told that it might be a little longer." You tell her it's been 3.5 months, and she says, "Can't you wait?". Is it normal? Is this attitude towards customers acceptable? Is this behavior of the staff acceptable?
Bottom line, I'm still waiting for my headset, which I needed a month ago, and there's nothing I can do, since I've already given some of the money. What I want to advise you is to bypass this "organization" called "Our house" by the 10th road. Go around and don't even think about going in there. Otherwise, you will be faced with complete inadequacy, constant lies, breakfast feeding, complete lack of competence and complete disappointment. Oh, yes, I forgot to warn you that in this wonderful organization you will pay for everything: separate measurement, separate delivery, separate entry into the apartment, separate assembly, separate cutout under the sink, etc. That's the way it is.
UPD: The headset has finally arrived, but there is a nuance. It came without a 3.5 meter countertop. I called the store, they said that they had lost it somewhere. When I went there to talk to the consultants live, they admitted that the countertop had not been brought from the manufacturer. The very factory where the order came from for 3.5 months. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing

I called a month earlier-everything arrived, take it away. Postponed the delivery date. I stopped by, paid the balance for the order, and agreed on the delivery date. On the specified day, this Ruslan calls and says there will be no delivery. Not everything has arrived. I ask him a question about his last call-and as I was told, I called. That is, no one even checks whether the order has arrived in full or not.
There are no words! I ordered a sofa, they said they would bring it in a week, a week passed, there was no sofa, they did not answer the phone, I went to them. They said they would bring it before the weekend. The result is Friday evening and silence.
I initially said that I can't wait more than a week, I need it by the weekend. The service is just terrible!
