Yes, there were minor delays in terms of deadlines, as is often the case in construction, but in the end everything was done efficiently, reliably and beautifully. The company proved itself to be a responsible developer: they were always in touch, gave clear answers and met us halfway if we had any questions.
I am very pleased with the result. The house turned out exactly the way I wanted it to be — warm, bright, and cozy. It is felt that the construction was approached with attention and soul.
I thought I had found normal builders — the Nashe Dom company. If such a big word "company" is suitable for them. In fact, they are scammers.
We signed the contract and paid for the construction almost completely. The result? They are not responsible for the deadlines. The construction has been going on for weeks. There are no materials. The workers are leaving. At the facility after 8 months of construction (there were 4 under the contract)— some kind of hard unfinished building instead of a house.
Every time it's a lie: the "weather", the "we're about to start", the "materials will arrive tomorrow". In reality, nothing. All promises are empty words.
The official complaint was answered with promises... and deceived again.
Plaster — through the stump-deck, floors — not flooded, roofs — no, communications — no. The block was put down - it was just a disaster. Constant interruptions in sand and cement. A complete failure on all counts.
No one knows their address in the contract. Not at the legal level either. And no one on Leonidze had ever heard of them.
Avoid these pontoons! They perceive kindness and decency as weakness. But they got the wrong address here. Then the court, the police and the proceedings at all levels will learn to live by the law.
