We had a rest at the Nart guest house from July 7 to 17. We booked 2 rooms in advance in March at pleasant prices-3500r-3800r. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, do not creak, the mattresses are new. The hostess Tatiana is a pleasant, responsive woman. The location is convenient. There is a Cypress alley nearby, there is a path behind the house, along which you can go to the paid beach for free. In front of the house, you can order the most gorgeous kebabs at very affordable prices-150 rubles for 100 grams of pork, chicken, 300 rubles of lamb. Near the square with minibus and bus stops, near the market and the Olymp store, in the evening you can sit in the Pegasus cafe, with an entertainment program.

Nice guest house. We had a family vacation on August 24th. I liked everything. Everything is clean, there is everything for relaxation. The hosts are hospitable. If we are going to Pitsunda, then only here.

We spent 13 days of vacation in this guest house this summer. Everything is at the highest level! The room is cleaned every 4 days, bed linen and towels are changed during cleaning. The rooms are clean and cozy. All necessary furniture and appliances are available. The hostess, Tatiana, is a sincere person, she will tell you everything, show you, give you the right advice. We will definitely come back here! I recommend it to everyone!!!)

Good evening.It was the first time we were in the guest house of Nart. And I want to say only the good things, let's start with the hospitable hosts Astamur and Madina.they are wonderful people, kind, responsive, sincere, hardworking.They accepted us as relatives, but we had a difficult history, we came to Abkhazia to a guest house, and there we were greeted by an atmosphere not the one that we were given according to the photo, and we had to move out. My husband, son, and I were looking for a room and, thank God, we met Astamur on the way.
What can I say for the prices, their prices are good and not bad.
The guest house has everything.And towels and bed linen and toilet paper .....conder,refrigerator.on the territory there is a wonderful place to relax, a kitchen where you can cook,the sea,cafes,shops,pharmacies .. everything is a span of 5-10 min walk.I recommend this guest house to everyone.

A great guest house. The room has everything. The cleanest linen and towels. You can cook in the summer kitchen yourself. The owners are very good cultured people. The beach is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The purest sea. The center is nearby. The market is 10 min. There are many cafes and canteens for every taste and budget.

Hello everyone!I can't help but write a review about this guest house, where we will return every year.
First of all, I want to thank the hospitable, friendly and helpful hosts Astamur and Madina! It was a pleasure to meet you!
The Nart Guest House is located in a very convenient and quiet location. It is equally remote from two beaches. In 15 minutes, with a calm step through a gorgeous pine forest, you can walk to the central beach, which is located in the bay, or to the Cypress Alley beach, beyond the bay. There are shops, pharmacies, cafes in the vicinity, including our beloved and famous "Yummy".
The Nart has two entrances: one from the forest side, for entering the courtyard by car, past the Black Sea cafe, and the second is the front one, along 70 Gochua Street.
The guest house consists of three floors, 4-bed rooms are located on the third floor. There are all amenities (shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, wardrobe, linen, towels). The kitchen is located in the courtyard, there is everything you need for cooking and eating!
The prices are excellent, you rarely find such a ratio as price and quality. Plus, you will have a bonus here - this is the sweetest Labrador Prince, whom our children miss every time.
And what kind of sea is in the Pitsunda Bay, you can tell for hours. Having visited many cities of the Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and Abkhazia, we concluded that the water here is the cleanest on the entire Black Sea coast. For clarity, I attach photos.

Hello everyone
My husband and I lived in the Nart guest house on Gochua Street from June 11 to 06/24.23.
Of the advantages, I can mention everything that was there. Of the cons, there was absolutely nothing except the last sentence of this review.
Positive:
- location in the best resort village of Pitsunda: go left - you'll get to Cypress Alley, go right, you'll come to Pitsunda Bay;
- the room has everything for high comfort at a low price, including air conditioning, a shower with toilet, a double bed, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, and a TV with Wi-Fi;
- snow-white bed linen and towels;
- an elegant outdoor kitchen with a new gas/electric stove and high-quality dishes;
- parking for cars in allinklusiv mode;
- hospitable real Abkhazian wide-hearted hosts Madina and Astamur;
- a friend of a human dog Labrador red Prince (especially for those who dream of having a dog, but the apartment does not allow);
- cozy atmosphere and silence.
And the only downside is that any long-awaited vacation comes to an end, and we had to leave the Nart ((.

We lived from 29.08 to 9.09.
Advantages
Good location. The house is at the back of the yard.
Cafes and shops are nearby.
There are two alleys to the sea nearby, you can walk along Gochua Street, and go down the cypress alley or Gitsba Street to the central beach.
The family room is quite spacious, clean, has its own shower, bathroom.
The kitchen is in the courtyard, open without Windows, there are a lot of dishes. Stove and gas and electricity. Washing machine, washing 200 rubles.
The owners Astamur and Madina are friendly and unobtrusive people.
Minuses
We, like other guests whom we met, were not met and did not see off, respectively, the house and the room were searched by ourselves, the owner wrote on Whatsapp that they were not there, the key was in the door, when leaving they also left the key in the door and left.
Upon arrival, there is no soap and toilet paper in the room, so the rest begins with the search for hygiene items, these are still such inexpensive things, and spoil the mood, especially when you are with children and for the first time in the city.
The yard is not particularly well maintained, but it is understandable that the owners have three children and worries above the roof, but the dog needs to be cleaned more often, because feces lie in the corners here and there for half a day, it is also unpleasant to see it
There is nowhere to dry clothes in the rain, one dryer on the third floor does not save, there is nowhere to dry clothes in the room, it is certainly not convenient because there are five children, and they often dirty clothes.
Our room was on the third floor, it began to drip from the roof in the rain, the morning started with a puddle, they wiped it off. There was a downpour at lunch, it dripped decently, the owner promised to fix the flaw, I hope the next tenants will be lucky and they will not be in such a situation.
Next, about cleaning, changing linen and towels. When asked When it would be, after 4 days of stay, the host replied that if you need it, we will coordinate and do it. The incoming maid cleans the rooms, as I understood it, only the rooms that were vacated. They gave me linen and towels, I changed them myself. Like our neighbors with children, I also wiped the floors myself.
On the penultimate day, we lost the room key. They asked for a spare key to make more keys and give them to the owner, but it was not there. When asked How to solve the problem, they said it was necessary to buy a lock, I refused. The money offered in the amount of the service for making the key was refused. The owners obviously did not like this situation, but gentlemen, it is your duty to make sure that there are spare keys.
Separately, about the kitchen, since there are animals, this is a problem for many vacationers, because wool flies. They feed the animals right there. In general, I washed the dishes, washed the table before sitting down to eat or drink tea.
There is not even a small chair and a table in the room to drink tea, there is also no mini kettle.
Separately, about the beds, on the old mattresses, there are thin new ones, but they are slightly smaller than the old ones and fly off a little, you have to fix them all the time.
I and the guests we met will not return here, I also cannot recommend this guest house yet, since I think the price of 4,000 rubles in August and 3,500 in September do not correspond to the quality of the services provided. There is something to compare it with, we traveled all over the Caucasus and our coast.
In general, on behalf of the guests from the cities of Orel, Ufa, St. Petersburg and we Moscow, I want to wish the hosts further prosperity, taking into account the wishes of the guests.

We lived in this guest house in September. The house itself is 3 storeys high. There was a room on the 3rd floor, 4-bed (one double and two single beds) . The room has air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, shower with toilet, clapboard. . One of the advantages is the location of the house itself (almost in the center), there are two exits to the center and to the forest. It's not noisy in the evenings. WiFi in the room. There is a barbecue, skewers in the yard. Summer kitchen - stove, microwave, dishes, etc., washing - 200 rubles.
Of the minuses, there were no towels in the room (on the second day they asked us to give them). There was no toilet paper in the room (after asking for a roll, we were surprised - what didn't you buy!? ) The bed linen was torn in places. There are only two hangers. There is a lack of a table in the room, there is nowhere to drink tea. The roof was leaking in the next room.The TV remote control is half-broken. There was no cleaning in 7 days.
In general, we did not imagine this house to be a 5-star hotel. But by removing and checking all the little things and flaws, it would be a better impression of this house!

After 10 days in another place, we decided to extend the day by 3. We found a place here (there was a window for these days).
Nice place, quiet. The noise of the road on Gochua Street is not audible, smells and smoke from roadside pubs, canteens, kebabs do not reach. The smell of pine trees and fresh air. You get a good night's sleep. All three days I woke up before 6 a.m., the body had time to rest.
The owner Astamur and the hostess Madina are very friendly, you can play with their dog in the yard - a purebred golden Labrador Prince.
Summer kitchen, gas, electric stove, microwave, dishes, tables, benches. There is a Parking lot, WiFi, a normal bathroom in the room.
Near the cypress alley, 5 minutes from the center, the beach, canteens to choose from.
We are very satisfied!

The middle class . WiFi is only on the street. The rooms are clean. But the mattresses on the beds want the best, it's high time to replace or throw thicker mattress pads.
