Hygiene is suffering there , rotovirus is raging in the hotel , there are a lot of patients , including my family and me . I assume that everything went with the dining room, because they wash all the tables with one cloth, without antiseptic, but they wipe the door handles regularly, they try. So be careful, wash your hands, treat with antiseptic. PS. Before the trip, the whole family drank a course of enterol - it did not help. So take care of yourself and your children.
We were in Abkhazia and Narta for the first time. Nature, beach, buffet, proximity to the promenade for walking, everything is wonderful. There are 2 restaurants on the territory, one on the pier, the second with local cuisine, I strongly advise against it: the meat is dry, like a lamb kebab, like a chicken cradle, they asked for vegetables and herbs, the greens are not fresh, the vegetables are not tasty, the pickled onion was pickled for so long that it became like porridge. The mood turned sour, it was not possible to try meat in the Caucasian style, it would be better to go to the buffet dining room for dinner, there are no comments on the quality of the products, everything is fresh and delicious.
The hotel is good, a large well-groomed green area, special thanks for the cleanliness, I have a special pickiness about this, but there is nothing to find fault with, the pool is clean, they take care of it every day, room cleaning, change of linen towels, bathrobes are clean, they change often, it's nice to use, everything is ironed, as if only from packaging. The room has a comfortable large bed, a spacious bathroom, and a magnificent view of the sea and mountains from the room. I recommend a general massage at the spa. By the way, the spa also has a swimming pool, it is ideal for those who freeze to swim outdoors in bad weather. The Swedish food is decent, you will not stay hungry, it is better than in Turkey and Egypt, the dishes are clean, the tables too, there was not enough variety of desserts, but these are small things. The restaurant and bar are decent, the alcohol is imported. For improvement: we need a beach bar. I would like more entertainment, especially in the evening.

I had a rest in Nart at the end of July 24. My vacation in Abkhazia was a pleasant discovery for me. The hotel is lovely, the grounds are gorgeous, the food is super. With such an abundant diet, 3 times a day is too much, 2 would be enough. Of course, the Rotovirus did not pass by, so the 2nd half of the rest was on a strict diet. I think the infection is in the sea, not in the restaurant, so they are not allowed to visit the restaurant with beach things. I would have come back here again if it hadn't been for the virus. I also want to contact the hotel administration. Please put a basin of fresh water for the stray animals that live on the territory. The dogs, exhausted by the heat, drank water from the sea. We stayed at this hotel in May 2024.The rooms are modern and comfortable, the hotel grounds are well maintained, the food is decent, the Swedish line is excellent, the SPA center is a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a gym, massage rooms. there is an outdoor heated swimming pool. Still, the hotel should make 2-3 pieces of aquagorks for the summer period, and the hotel will be just super. The convenient location of the hotel in Staraya Gagra, clean sea and clean air. The room is small, the pastel linen and towel are washed, gray. The bed is not comfortable, the mattress is 10-12 cm high, the pillows are not suitable, it's bad to sleep! There is absolutely no unsanitary conditions, yes, this is the case in all of Abkhazia, but in a hotel that charges decent money, this should not be! We ate in the dining room every other time, honestly, it was squeamish! I would not be surprised that the half-eaten was raked off the plates and served with the next meal, in order to save and greed, as is their custom! We hoped that the situation would be better in a paid cafe, oh, how wrong we were, my husband vomited all night, could not go on a planned excursion, for which the deposit, of course, was not returned! A great modern hotel!!! Met all my expectations! For Abkhazia, this hotel is perfect!!! We rested from June 16 to June 26, 2024, lived in building 4. The room is standard, but it is very large, the shower room is spacious, the cabin is huge, there is a lot of space, only there are no shelves in the shower stall (a small minus). Cleanliness both in the room and in the building, the room is cleaned every day, bed linen with towels every other day, if desired - at least every day. The staff is very polite, friendly, pleasant to communicate with. The territory of the hotel is a separate song: huge, beautiful, clean! It's like a picture of a heavenly place! So much beauty in one place!!! 2 large swimming pools: outdoor and indoor + spa complex. It was hot, we couldn't go indoors, we spent time outdoors. The entire territory of the hotel is located by the sea, therefore the hotel has its own beach, it is simply huge! There are sun beds, umbrellas, showers, changing rooms. Pebbles, as everywhere in Gagra. The sea is beautiful, as always. The food is excellent, very varied and sooo delicious soups are here!!! My husband usually does not eat soups, but here, even with an additive))) There is everything, well, except squid and oysters with mussels, probably))) The Swedish restaurant is located directly on the sea, and due to the fact that the walls of the restaurant are glass, breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held with a view of the sea, and also the mountains... Well, where else does this happen?! In addition to the restaurant of Swedish cuisine, there is also a restaurant of European cuisine, right on the pier, the views from it are amazing, and a restaurant of Abkhazian cuisine (we were in it, the meat is delicious, I recommend it!). We rested from 14.06. to 28.06 24. The hotel is good. made for people. But there are comments. Well-maintained territory, large park area. There is a swimming pool on site, cleaned every morning. Food for every taste. They brought us to the hotel at 00.00. The cafes are all closed. There are cafes on site for money until 00.00, the kitchen is open until 23.00, the buffet is open until 20.00. There's no place to eat. We ask the administrator what to do? He spreads his hands. They haven't thought it out for this case. We would leave some boxes for those who did not have time to stop by.

In the dining room (well, this is a wish for all hotels in general), I would like strict supervision of the hygiene of guests. Most people don't wash their hands. Some grab pastries and fruits and put them back. And then they blame rotavirus. Well, these are people's problems, not the hotel's. I have seen such a picture in Turkey and Egypt.
We stayed at the hotel from 6 to 16 September. Great hotel, beautiful nature, awesome sea. I liked everything: food, service, cleanliness on site, staff... There were no queues, the dishes were clean. We had a junior suite in the first building. Plus, this room has a mountain view and a huge balcony! There are many disadvantages - it's a dirty blanket, bad pillows, a broken towel rack, a shower bracket held on snot. After taking a shower, half of the bath is in water. And a poor curtain that sticks to the body when washing. The carpet is terribly dirty, it's scary to walk barefoot (the declared slippers are just for once) for a husband with a size 45 were small. There was one trash can in the toilet for the whole room, where the pedal jammed. Room cleaning for 3. Soap and soap accessories were replenished depending on the maid. One put it down, the other forgot. Linen and towels were changed regularly. Also bottled water 1.5 liters every day. A great pool always has a free place. There were problems with sun beds under an umbrella, they were always occupied not by people, but by towels. The regulations of the hotel say that it is not allowed to occupy sun beds with towels for more than 1 hour. But it is clear that no one reads it and does not follow it. There is a shower and a changing room on the beach. On my husband's birthday, I received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a bottle of wine and a postcard. It was very pleasant! You need to go to the Sled to rest in the off-season when the price matches the quality! We gave 226t for two without a flight ..... P.S the photo on the website does not correspond to reality with the number 1401...the bathroom there is terrible!

Great hotel. It was celebrated on March 8th. They are greeted with wine at the entrance, the staff are polite and nice. We were immediately checked in without waiting, the rooms are good and fresh. The spa is good, the gym is great, the pool is large with very warm water - a separate thrill. The territory is well maintained, clean and beautiful. Food is a separate block! There is not much choice, but everything we ate was incredibly delicious, homemade, as if grandma had cooked it. В целом отдых понравился из плюсов это классная ухоженная территория,хороший пляж, бассейн взрлслый и детский, новый чистый корпус,номера, шезлонги,полотенцы для пляжа,разнообразный шведский стол,2 ресторана на территории, можно заказать напитки к бассейну.
Что не понравилось лично мне:
- слабая анимация,были в похожем месте в Пицунде,там аниматор веселил и детей и взрослых
-отсутствие мебели на балконах в 5 корпусе
-уборка номера тоже оставляет желать лучшего,уборка не то что поверхностная,её иногда вообще мне кажется не было,пустые бутылки из под воды не убирали, со стола не вытерали
-очень странно в жару на 3х человек получать бутылку 1.5 литровой воды раз в 4 суток,причём в отеле был ротовирус,который к сожалению,и меня не обошёл стороной
-отсутствие в номере нормальных урн
- плохо налажен трансфер, менеджер на рецепшене не предупредила,что границу надо пересекать пешком,что будет смена машин
-постоянно ломался один из лифтов лифт
В целом конечно отдых неплохой,но считаю,что ценник завышен,так как именно сервис,очень слабый.
По территории, пляжу,номеру все очень достойно.

We asked for a set for the second person, brought only a blanket and a duvet cover, the sheet appeared only 3 days before our departure. Tea and sugar were not reported for several days, towels were changed randomly, according to the principle that remained at the time of room cleaning: so for a few days we had 3 beach and 1 bath, instead of 2+2.
At the end of the rest, they were fed terribly for breakfast: there was no yogurt, no kefir, toast bread was constantly missing, cheesecakes were running out, salads included: salad with carrots (from carrots), beetroot, cabbage... okroshka for lunch with slices of vegetables (lumpy potatoes and other ingredients), wet appliances, glasses with a dirty rim, chipped soup tureens. The waiters grab the half-finished coffee from their hands. There is probably a plus here, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned, it doesn't matter if you finished or not, if you didn't have time to warn, your problems.
The stairs to the beach are not cleaned at all, not only is all the dead, but also all the garbage is lying around, including gaskets.
The most trash in the spa, you come to the relaxation massage service, you get 3900 rubles from the threshold, i.e. you have not received the service yet, but pay quickly. By the way, there's a guy there who's a massage therapist who harasses a woman's body.
It goes beyond the boundaries of a decent relaxation massage. He seems to confuse Thailand with Abkhazia. You come out of such a massage with the feeling that you have been groped in all places.
The elevator in building 1 is constantly breaking down.
At the reception, an adult woman is not at all friendly, and in general, no one there will smile and say a kind word now.
For 200 tr for 8 days for two, this hotel leaves much to be desired. The quality of service is at the lowest level.
In general, the attitude has changed a lot, there is no longer this beloved Abkhazian hospitality, except that somewhere else on the street you can meet an adult Abkhazian aged 60+ who will tell you everything, show you, invite you to visit, treat you with real wine…And so, the Sled is today a prop for high-quality modern recreation.

Хороший пансионат для тихого спокойного отдыха, вечером не шумно, территория очень зелёная и ухоженная, постоянно убаюкивают не умолкающие цикады))
Есть крытый бассейн, открытый (взрослый и детский), тренажёрный зал, теннисный корт, настольный теннис, хорошая детская площадка в тени. Скоро должны открыть хамам и сауну. Массажи неоправданно дорогие, особого восторга не вызвали.
Питание как в хорошей столовой, без изысков и особого разнообразия. Были в ресторане Нарт- дороговато, но блюда вкусные, один раз можно сходить. В баре коктейли так себе и дорогие.
С водой напряженка- на номер дают 1,5 л на 4 дня, но можно набирать в столовой из кулера.
Wi-fi есть только по утрам и ночью.
Уборка в номерах на 2. Не смотря на то, что убирают раз в 4 дня, не удосужились даже помыть туалет.
Лежаков недостаточно, их зачем-то убирают в 19:00, что очень неудобно.
Сотрудники в большинстве своём слишком расслаблены, сервис не впечатлил- есть, над чем работать.

Soups (5-6 variants), porridges, cheesecakes, etc.......The hall is large, there were no queues more than once, there was always enough space, the officers quickly cleaned the tables. Очень понравился отдых в Нарте. Чистота в номерах, вкусное питание, всегда свежие продукты на шведском столе. Большая ухоженная территория, два бассейна, открытый и крытый. Первая береговая линия, свой пляж. На пляже шезлонги, зонтики, полотенца для пляжа. Места хватает даже при полной загрузке отеля. Море чистейшее. Ежедневная уборка в номерах, белоснежное бельё и полотенца, вобщем, отдых нам очень понравился. Обязательно вернёмся, спасибо хозяевам и персоналу отеля за качественный отдых и внимательное отношение к гостям.

The food is disgusting, even paid - the kebab is dry, the meat is raw, everything else is in cheap oil - probably so that the taste of expired products is not felt.
Cleaning is zero, the cleaner tells me to my face that she changed the towels, stating it with some pride - as if it shouldn't be done a priori?))) I go into the room, on the floor! There are wet used towels , I call the cleaner to clean up - the face , as if she is doing a favor.
Then it gets worse.
Leftist people walk around the (seemingly private) territory, drink beer, shout obscenities, the contingent leaves much to be desired, to put it mildly. There are stray dogs everywhere, and the hotel staff barely agrees to a request to clean up.
The pool is generally scary to look at, jelly from bacilli.
And the final cherry on the cake, everyone knows rotavirus, but they are silent.
The hotel must be closed.
We had a rest at the Nart boarding house at the end of September, in general, we liked the rest. One of the advantages is a large well-groomed territory, the beach is nearby, the sea is clean, the entrance is flat, large pebbles, special slippers are needed. We were in the 5th new building, the view from the room to the sea and mountains, snow-white linen, bathrobes and beach towels are given, 1.5liters of water are given on arrival and then after 4 days, we bought in a store for 100r 5l on the 1st floor. The food is excellent - 3 meals a day, buffet. Of the minuses - 1. THE RECEPTION STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY, FROM THE WORD AT ALL. 2. They got sick with rotovirus. Despite the disadvantages, I recommend the hotel!!!
We had a rest in September. Excellent cozy territory, delicious food, polite staff, very beautiful view from the balcony. Unfortunately, the children got sick with rotovirus, they did not have time to see all the beauties of this country. The only wish for the hotel is more competent medical workers who can not only give a pill and immediately send it to the hospital. We will definitely come back again, thanks Nart!
All those who write that rotovirus is walking in the hotel are talking about the hotel. Since the restaurant is clean, the staff is all in gloves, all tables are wiped with antiseptics... and so on… but of course the sea is dirty everywhere and the mouth is bacteria just because of the dirty sea.... We had a rest with a young man at the Nart hotel from 16.10 to 21.10. Everything is in order:
1) Number: we took a junior suite with a sea view. The room itself is very spacious, we felt comfortable in it. The view is beautiful, but as I understand it, the balcony is connected to the next room (I may be mistaken, but it seemed so from the room). We have never gone out on the balcony itself, I will write below why. The toilet could use a repair-it's a little dirty.
2) Territory: the territory of the hotel is sooo beautiful, lots of greenery, well-groomed greenery! There was one place where the boards were stacked and it was not very beautiful, but they did not bother me personally at all, and almost no one went there.
3) The sea: Literally at hand, the hotel stands right on the beach line. We did not swim in the sea, as it was already cool, but someone from the residents swam. We were just sunbathing, we were lucky with the weather.
4) Food: here I can say that there is enough food, for three. But understanding that this is Abkhazia is generally good. There is not much variety, but you will not stay hungry. There is chicken, pork, fish, salads of 2-3 types, vegetables, fruits. What I didn't like was the drinks, I only drank tea. I really liked that you eat with a view of the sea, but I would like to wash the windows more often
5) Staff: in general, they work well, explain everything, if necessary, help as much as possible.
Minuses:
1) there were no slippers: we were told that the car was detained at the border, we never saw the slippers during the whole vacation
2) dirty towels and bathrobes: they were replaced, of course, but it was somehow unpleasant to get dirty
3) the main disadvantage that spoiled the rest is bedbugs : (street! There are no complaints about the hotel, they did the processing, there was a notification about it. We just arrived at a time when bedbugs woke up in Abkhazia)))) Because of them, they did not go out on the balcony, as there were many of them there, and it was uncomfortable because of this.
In general, I liked the rest, if you don't look for cons 😊
The hotel needs to be closed and everything totally processed! Before our trip, people were sick with rotavirus, as it turned out later in the medical office there was a queue of the same new arrivals on vacation. If you want to rest, then take two weeks, because for 5 days you will be provided with a temperature and the effects of rotavirus. I can't appreciate the buffet, because after the second day I ate only breadcrumbs… It's terrible that the administration doesn't even do anything, the worst vacation.
It was not possible to evaluate the advantages of Abkhazia, because thanks to the Nart hotel, we saw only a room in building 5
P.s. the service leaves much to be desired. There was always no liquid soap in the bathroom, where the buffet was. There is no control at all in the dining area, the children calmly took food with their hands, and then returned it back, the situation is similar with cutlery. Upon check-out, they asked to wait at the reception when the cleaner checks the room. 😂Suddenly , a bathrobe or towel was taken .. This is the first time I've come across this
Отель замечательный. Отдыхали в конце июля-начале августа 2023. Корпуса, рестораны все новые, бассейны чистые, тёплые. Пляж достаточно большой и чистый, удобные лежаки. Еда отличная, персонал дружелюбный и всегда поможет с любым вопросом. Нам очень понравилось, с радостью вернемся ещё раз. Природа Абхазии сказочная, море чистейшее, все, что необходимо для отличного отдыха от городской суеты. Уезжать не хотелось.

Отдыхали втроем с 29.06 по 3.07. Все очень понравилось! Место потрясающее, природа, воздух… Круто, что есть открытый и закрытый бассейны. Но вот пожелание хотя бы на часик продлить работу одного и второго😊. Ещё конечно хотелось бы, чтобы шампуни и гели выдавали не 1 на 3 дня, а можно бы и каждый день по одному😊. Но это мелочи. Каждому свое. А так впечатление от отдыха осталось очень хорошее. Мы жили в 5-м блоке, девочки на рецепшене отзывчивые и приветливые. Гулять по территории одно удовольствие😍. Красота неописуемая. Море чистое, но обязательно нужно брать аквасоки для захода в море. Можно купить и на месте за 800 руб😄. (Мы купили в Новом Афоне за 550). Еда в столовой вкусная и разнообразная, каждый день обновляется, любой сможет выбрать себе блюдо по душе. (Вот первых блюд только маловато, но опять таки по мне 😊). Есть детская площадка, теннисные столы, бадминтон, детские анимации. Также есть тренажерный зал, массажи. А ещё прикольно ежедневно позаниматься зарядкой на открытом бассейне с девочками-тренерами. В-общем, все кто видел мои фото и видео, были в восторге, раздала координаты всем😄. Спасибо большое всему персоналу отеля за чуткий подход к своему делу🤗. Готова приехать снова😄. Пансионату успехов и процветания!!!
I really liked it here. The number is neat, everything is shiny. There were some minor problems in the rooms before us, but they were not so disappointing. We were out of season and this is the main bonus. The food is delicious, the beach is clean, private. The SPA is complete. In short, it's very good, so I don't mind coming back
Of the pros: gorgeous views and territory! A decent pool. The usual canteen (scoop food). Clean beach and sea (maybe we were lucky)
Cons: I suggest the Nart boarding house not to stop there and start giving out toilet paper once a week. After all, they give out water once every 4 days. It's a shame to watch how vacationers drag buckets of water from neighboring shops. It would also not hurt to increase the number of dishes in the restaurant, especially cups. People drink coffee and tea from soup bowls. By the way, I would like to warn you about coffee separately. If you are a fan of drinking a cup of coffee early in the morning, you can do it if you bring it with you. There is no coffee in the rooms, there is always a queue at the restaurant for coffee machines (which are running on their last legs and regularly break down). Alcohol is not included. Drinks (even water) outside of the restaurant 's opening hours for money .
The overall impression is not bad, but for the money that is being asked for a boarding house, saving on water and penny bags looks strange.
The hotel is not bad. Clean, beautiful. I really liked the room, just the top. But the service and maintenance is lame . I asked to bring a bathrobe and in the end they didn't bring it, and I asked at the reception. The food is delicious and hearty, the breakfasts are a delight. The view is very beautiful. But in general, the price is average but a little overpriced. 3 days 15,000.

Замечательны пансиона . Море чистое, еды много ,номер просторный с великолепным видом на море и горы, территория пальмы деревья ухоженная территория . 2 бассейна спортзал персонал вежливый и в столовой и в отеле . Есть ресторан с живой музыкой с террасой отдельная благодарность персоналу ресторана 😉 есть фотограф фотосессия с такими локациями это восторг замечательный отдых. Еще вернемся и не раз 👍
Для тех, кто выбрал для отдыха великолепную по природе Абхазию, но боится, что с размещением, питанием, купанием и сервисом пойдет не все так гладко как хотелось, я и пишу этот отзыв.
То главное, что Вы ищите и то соответствие критериям, которым должен отвечать выбранный Вами в Абхазии отель, Вы, к своей радости, а затем и гордости, найдете в «Нарте».
Наше же успешное пребывание в Нарте прошло в течение 12 дней в июле при полной продаже номерного фонда, т.е. 600 гостей на отдыхе без очередей где-либо. Пансионат Нарт – великолепен!
Старые Гагры
Место на любителя или ценителя, но есть как минимум 3 плюса: историческое место, курорт всего в 25 км от границы; зеленые горы, спускающиеся прямо к морю, создают прекрасный театральную декорацию для Вашего отдыха, а в них еще стоят облака и летают планеры; из-за близких гор и расположения в бухте здесь свой микроклимат, а в случае сильных дождей вода сразу стекает в море и нет больших подтоплений.
Территория, корпуса, номера
Территория пансионата большая, красивая, ухоженная, зеленая, но не темная, вытянутая вдоль моря по 1-ой линии. Кругом пальмы, эвкалипты, хвойные, что-то цветет, что-то пахнет (лавр?), дорожки выложены дорогой плиткой, очень много зон для фотосессий, с чего Вы, хотите того или нет, и начнете. Т.к. на сайте нет карты, то тут по-подробнее: если смотреть с моря, то слева направо, вдоль набережной – широкий, не для купания, застекленный, кондиционированный пирс с двумя ресторанами (шведской линии и по меню/платный/); 1–ый корпус (исторический) фасадом к морю; 5-ый корпус (новый) с reception торцом к морю; 2-ой корпус и тенистая детская площадка за ним; 3-ий корпус (люкс); открытый бассейн; ресторан абхазской кухни в виде отдельных хижин (платный) и 4-ый корпус за ним; СПА-корпус в глубине территории и теннисный корт за ним.
У каждого корпуса есть свой плюс, но только в 5-м есть свой бар, дорогие белые диваны и столики из камня в холле, наружные панорамно-зеркальные лифты и общественный балкон 8 этажа с прямым видом на море для тех, кто живет не здесь или ниже, а сфоткать хочет все и сверху.
Номера достаточные по площади, все новое, у большинства видовые балконы, на полу ковролин /паркет, очень качественное постельное белье (смена 1 раз в 3 дня), чайник, питьевая вода (пополнение как белье), мыло, шампуни (как вода), туалетная бумага и добросовестная уборка (ежедневно), сейф (не прикручен, удобно выносить все сразу), центральный кондиционер (зависит от скачков напряжения).
Питание
Ресторан шведского стола удобно и оригинально расположен на пирсе – завтрак (07:30), обед (12:30), ужин (17:30), на каждый прием пищи выделено по 2.5 часа (что удобно), шведка пополняется, но остывает, без деликатесов, но вкусно, добротно и качественно, большой выбор (кроме десертов), много блюд из фарша, но есть и кусковое мясо, рыба, большой выбор овощей, фрукты. Здесь бывает, особенно на завтраке, единственная в пансионате очередь – к двум кофе-машинам с зерновым кофе. Убирают, моют посуду, протирают столы слишком быстро, но благодаря этому всегда есть свободный стол, тарелки и приборы. Для отъезжающих на экскурсии ресторан выдает ланч-боксы.
Также есть еще 2 ресторана – «На пирсе» и «Апацха», по меню, с музыкальным сопровождением вечером.
Пляж и бассейны
Отель со своей набережной и десятью ступеньками вниз своим же длинным пляжем. Пляжные полотенца – в номерах. Огороженная от моторных средств зона купания, в двух метрах от берега еще не глубоко. Очень много зонтов больших и малых, качественные комфортные лежаки с козырьком над головой в зоне преобладания песка, пластиковые лежаки в зоне прибоя с преобладанием гальки, вход в море – крупная галька, выход – только в тапочках, нырнуть, как на входе, не получится. Ничего заранее занимать не надо и пусть Вас не смущают люди, делающие это в 6 утра. Кабинки для переодевания как обычно, а вот душ неожиданно круговой. На пляже дежурит сотрудник (спасатель?). Есть сторонние, они без браслетов, без лежаков и со своими полотенцами, красивые вечером на детской дискотеке.
Бассейны:
Первый – открытый, подогреваемый, солидный по размеру, с отдельной мелкой зоной для самых маленьких. Зонтиков достаточно, лежаки как на песке, нельзя курить и пить из стекла. Душ опять неожиданный – с краном горячей воды.
Второй – закрытый, в СПА-комплексе, подогреваемый, большой, с выходом на террасу 2-го этажа с плетеными круглыми диванами и креслами с парусиновой тканью для отдыха в мокрых плавках.
Везде дежурит сотрудник отеля.
СПА-комплекс
Все новое, дорогое и перспективное в плане оказания всесезонных услуг, свой вежливый reception, персонал, процедурные кабинеты, мягкие холлы, шикарный тренажерный зал с инструктором, душевые, сауны и турецкая баня (это, пожалуй, единственное, что еще не работает, но уже выглядит богато и заманчиво).
Сервис и персонал
Абхазия очень гостеприимная страна, гостеприимство - это их религия и Вам здесь действительно рады, иногда по-особенному, по-кавказски. А вот понятие Сервис не очень свойственно для Абхазии ввиду состояния души, последствий войны, санкций и сложного экономического положения. Но в Нарте есть хороший сервис – менеджмент отеля рад обратной связи с гостями, reception успевает за всеми, заказывает трансферы и вообще всеяден на вопросы, действительно добротная уборка номеров, после волнения моря пляж убирается одним из первых в цепочке отелей 1-ой линии (балкон 8-го этажа), лежаки на ночь убраны, а рано утром уже все на месте; открытый бассейн в 6 вечера закрывается, но на обработку; возле 1-го корпуса свой столик продажи экскурсий, а в 5-ом при нас открылся магазинчик с изюминкой по представленным товарам; есть комната для багажа (она Вам пригодится), кабинет врача с разработанной методичкой (!) по лечению ротовируса и бесплатными таблетками (надеюсь, что … нет); детская комната, взрослая йога и детская дискотека в аниматором, а на -1-ом этаже – игровая с хорошими бесплатными автоматами. И наконец, приветствуется заказ закусок и напитков с… доставкой на пляж или к бассейну! Т.е. Вы моете руки у душевой стойки с горячей водой при входе в открытый бассейн и лежа под зонтиком на лежаке с козырьком (можно использовать как столик) с видом на пальмы и эвкалипт с запахом (лавра?) кушаете только что пожаренный в апацхе хачапур, в котором сыра больше чем теста!
Коротко
Дважды прошли Гагры по воде и, при виде с моря, Нарт имеет лучшее соотношение территория /пляж. Рядом - санаторий «Amra» (бывший XVII-го партсъезда), дорогое место хотя бы по составу отдыхающих, но Нарт более современный, лучше по пляжу, по наличию открытого бассейна, размеру номеров и обновленному гостиничному фонду. Зато Amra идеальна для прогулок (территория – дендропарк с белками), есть аптека и банкомат, а ресторан на их пирсе, на мой взгляд, лучший с Старых Гаграх. А вот ресторан «Гагрипш» не стоит того, чтобы в нем есть из столовских тарелок. Ближайший рынок – Новые Гагры (маршрутка или 250 руб. такси), цены: Москва минус 50 руб., ближайший магазин 5 мин ходьбы из ворот направо. 3 обязательных экскурсии – катамаран с экскурсоводом по морю; озеро Рица; Новый Афон с пещерой (лучший экскурсовод – Сария, «Атлас»), бесплатные дегустации сыра, вина и меда – это наша кара за прекрасные виды. Аккуратнее с сайтом отеля, настоящий - с пальмой, солнцем и двумя птицами на заглавной странице. Количество птиц и звездность отеля смело можно увеличить в 2 раза, но не цены!
Финально про Нарт
За 12 дней прекрасного отдыха удалось познакомиться с Еленой, зам. Генерального директора; Рашидой, служба бронирования; Шазиной и Викторией, служба приема и размещения, Анжелой, службой горничных. Все они и сами знают как улучшить наш отдых, работают практически без выходных, но на нашу улыбку готовы ответить своей, причем ИСКРЕННЕЙ. А все написанное выше может иметь и обратную сторону, но это уже зависит лично от Вас. По крайней мере именно за Вами выбор Абхазии (первая строка в отзыве) и Нарта в Старых Гаграх!
У отеля есть свои плюсы и минусы, но минусов больше.
Из плюсов: красивая, зеленая территория, широкий пляж, новый 5 корпус с неплохим лобби, видно, что все новое, чистое, панорамный лифт, достраивается спа.
Минусы:
Территория пансионата - проходной двор: на пляж толпами пускают отдыхающих с улицы, в столовой за скромную плату могут столоваться все желающие. Столики стоят слишком близко друг к другу, их не хватает. Кофемашина - одна, и то, если повезет, и она не сломается. Утром собирается огромная очередь. Еда невкусная. Персонал ходит с таким выражением лица, как будто отбывает срок на каторге!
Сервис - ненавязчивый: полотенца, включая пляжные, меняют раз в 4 дня! Номер убирают плохо. На просьбы не реагируют, просили починить сейф - не сделали. Горничная называет гостей «моя родная» - я не нашлась, что ответить пожилой женщине…
Полусонный бармен в лобби на вопрос - есть ли какао? - посоветовал сходить в кафе на другом конце территории. В ресторане - платном и не дешевом - ждали мороженое 55 минут!
На пляже каждое утро происходит битва за лежаки и за зонты - отдыхающие с 7 утра занимает полотенцами места и уходят на полдня, даже несмотря на предупреждающую табличку.
Ребенок спал на допместе - матрас для раскладушки был настолько тонким, что проваливался между досками. Второй матрас для нас не нашли. Пришлось класть одеяло - не помогло. Ребенок мучился.
Главный вывод - в Нарте вам не будут рады!
Great vacation in an amazing place! The room, the interior, the views from the terrace, the food-everything is great! Cleaning and linen change daily, we were settled immediately upon arrival, and we arrived early in the morning, thank you for the opportunity to relax after a difficult road! Very good staff in the restaurant, beautiful young, nimble, special respect for the chef! Everything is delicious and varied! Definitely recommend it!
Размещение: отлично! Обновлённый номерной фонд, прекрасное постельное, халаты, тапочки, предусмотрены полотенца для пляжа, которые меняют бесплатно.
Питание: отлично! Рыба, птица, мясо в изобилии, выпечка скромная, но очень вкусная, овощи и салаты всегда в избытке, фрукты по сезону. В июне они все привозные.
Пляж: крупная галька вход в море, песок присутствует полосой вдоль пляжа, местами. Лежаки всегда есть, зонтики, душ сетка для волейбола. Море великолепно! Каждый день разное, в основном волны, купаться можно, чистое.
Анимация: в сезон думаю будет поактивнее, у нас была раскачивающаяся. Порадовали бесплатные корты, два бассейна, бадминтон, настольный теннис
Территория: ухоженная, много зелени, кипарисы, эвкалипты, туи, сосны, пальмы, сказочно! Детская площадка, бар на улице для вечерних прогулок.

Первый раз в жизни пишу отзыв. Эмоции зашкаливают: все очень здорово! Начиная от территории и заканчивая номерами : все отлично! Прекрасная кухня, выезде ОЧЕНЬ чисто. Два бассейна: один крытый , др на улице . Для малышей детская площадка. Для взрослых: спортзал, теннисный корт, два стола для настольного тенниса. Отель не просто на первой линии : он на море) рекомендую от всей души!
