Positive :
1. The park area of the hotel is magnificent, the plants are simply incredible, clean, well maintained.
2. The beach is nearby, clean, beautiful sea.
3. Helpful staff, reception, masters of cleanliness, all very polite and helpful people.
4. The room is good, lived in building 5, spacious, good bed, room cleaning every day, bottle of water every day, regular change of towels and linen, beautiful view of the sea.
In general, I liked everything, now there is only one MINUS, but it is significant, this is the dining room.
The food is normal , but it can be better .
Hygiene is suffering there , rotovirus is raging in the hotel , there are a lot of patients , including my family and me . I assume that everything went with the dining room, because they wash all the tables with one cloth, without antiseptic, but they wipe the door handles regularly, they try. So be careful, wash your hands, treat with antiseptic. PS. Before the trip, the whole family drank a course of enterol - it did not help. So take care of yourself and your children.

The hotel is good, a large well-groomed green area, special thanks for the cleanliness, I have a special pickiness about this, but there is nothing to find fault with, the pool is clean, they take care of it every day, room cleaning, change of linen towels, bathrobes are clean, they change often, it's nice to use, everything is ironed, as if only from packaging. The room has a comfortable large bed, a spacious bathroom, and a magnificent view of the sea and mountains from the room. I recommend a general massage at the spa. By the way, the spa also has a swimming pool, it is ideal for those who freeze to swim outdoors in bad weather. The Swedish food is decent, you will not stay hungry, it is better than in Turkey and Egypt, the dishes are clean, the tables too, there was not enough variety of desserts, but these are small things. The restaurant and bar are decent, the alcohol is imported. For improvement: we need a beach bar. I would like more entertainment, especially in the evening.

We had a rest from July 25 to August 5, 2024. We lived in building 5.The largest beautiful exit directly to the sea🌊The Nart Hotel has many advantages. Good location on the first line🏖🌊🔥A private beach with umbrellas and rods, a beautiful well-groomed territory 🌴🌳☘️The rooms are clean, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.The food is delicious. Lots of fruits and vegetables. You won't be hungry. The dining room is large, there has never been a queue. There are two restaurants on the territory, one goes directly into the sea. In the evening, it's nice to sit drinking wine and admire the amazing sunsets. Excursions throughout Abkhazia. Personally, I would advise everyone to fly a paraglider. A lifelong memory 🔥🪂🪂The staff is friendly, they will answer all your questions and help you if you need anything. Special thanks to Timur, the director of the beach.🌊There is animation for children by the pool. Nice SPA center.
