We took a weekend tour, lived in 3 buildings, good rooms, kettle, dishes, etc. The refrigerator and TV didn't work, the windowsill was dirty, and the tulle was too.We went to the Belaya Rus swimming pool. I'm not going anymore.

They rarely clean, there is sand on the floor in the room for 2 days, I do not use WiFi,the child almost does not eat food for three plus, I eat, the territory is clean, the building with repair procedures needs to be repaired at midnight, and this is far away.The dance floor is not working, we are dancing in Baba Yaga's hut.The room is comfortable with a tank, shower.There is a place for cooking barbecue.

The place is good. The rooms are decent, but without air conditioning. They are rarely cleaned due to a shortage of staff. The food is better. The menu is customized. However, there is absolutely nothing to do there except to be fascinated by nature and the beautiful air. The entertainment infrastructure is completely undeveloped. A great place for a weekend break. In a longer period of time, you are likely to get very, very bored.

The food here is really bad, I would compare it to the food in the hospital. There are no procedures, the medical building has not yet earned, maybe it will work by the summer if they can find staff. They practice weekend tours, apparently distribute vouchers voluntarily and forcibly through trade unions, master the money, and thus survive. The nearby Belaya Rus sanatorium saves you, where you can use the pool and get medical procedures too.

An excellent sanatorium. I had a rest in January-February 2020. I liked the treatment, the accommodation, the food, and the rest. The nature is gorgeous, the weather was pleasant (the warm winter of this year made it possible to experience frosty days with snow, and spring drops, and warm days of "summer greetings"). The sanatorium is located on the territory of the reserve, clean air, pines, juniper, heather, blueberry, lingonberry, mushrooms, etc. There is a swimming pool across the street in the sanatorium "Belaya Rus", one session is 5 Belarusian rubles, if a subscription for 4-6 or more visits is cheaper. The entire coastal area of Lake Naroch is well-groomed and convenient for walking) many people come not for the first time, it is impossible not to fall in love with the wonderful nature of the lake Naroch region!

Good afternoon, everyone. I would like to express my indignation with the administration of the sanatorium "Narochansky Bereg". In August last year, my elderly mother (for a moment, 85 years old!) planned to relax in this institution. A few days before arrival, Belavia cancelled all flights from Moscow. That is, an elderly person would not be able to get to their destination (there were only bus routes with a long road). We cancelled the booking through the website, but the prepayment has already been transferred. And since August of last year, the administration of this sanatorium, if I may say so, has been leading us by the nose. We wrote emails, sent statements, and who is still there. Promises to return the money have been pouring in since last year. Gentlemen, why such cynicism?! Do you hope that the person to whom you owe money will " glue the flippers " according to age or from the cornovirus?! We found someone who can be shod with shoes - an elderly and sick person!!
All our friends, acquaintances and relatives are aware of this situation. So Belarusian sanatoriums have lost part of their clientele forever. And all from excessive greed and dishonesty.
