So far, it's just a hotel with meals. When the medical building is launched, there will be a sanatorium. We were on New Year's Eve. My impressions are very positive. The rooms are good, the service is normal, the food is very tasty. The staff is helpful.
I happened to be there a couple of times, we rested for a couple of days. I would like to start the review by thanking those people who work there. The kitchen is relatively good, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. The rooms are also clean and decent, although the decor smells like mothballs. This is probably where all the advantages end. My relatives, pensioners from Karelia, have been coming to this sanatorium several times a year for 7 years to relax and gain strength. And last year they were also going to come in the fall, when covid went down a bit. They asked me to book a room for them, which I did, paying a decent amount in advance. Unfortunately, they had to postpone their arrival, which I notified the administration about. But in November they also could not come, the temperature rose on the way to the sanatorium right on the road and they were forced to return home. From a conversation with a representative of the administration, I was surprised to learn that if the guests do not arrive, the deposited amount remains at the disposal of the sanatorium! People, how is it??? What kind of hop-stop is narochanski? Are we really living in the 21st century, and not in the time of pirates? Probably, it would be worth asking such questions to the state control: how much were some services rendered and what losses did the sanatorium suffer due to the non-arrival of guests? Meals were not prepared for them, the room was not cleaned, and the procedures were also not carried out. In short, it is likely that I will also ask the competent authorities to find out where and by whom my money was spent. But now my relatives definitely don't set foot in this sanatorium anymore. They asked me to find an alternative for them. As you know, I can't recommend this place in any way. Avoid it, there is not a completely decent administration working there, for which money is above the good name of a once good sanatorium.
One negative, the room was not cleaned for 6 days, the garbage was disposed of 2 times, the hose leaks in the shower, there is no way to take a shower normally, the drain in the shower is clogged, toilet paper 1 roll in 6 days (bought by ourselves),the ironing board is all broken. The food is so-so.There is no pharmacy, fruit shop on the territory, if you need to buy something, you need to go to the village 1,5_ 2 km, etc.
A wonderful sanatorium on the principle of price - quality. For relatively little money, you get food for slaughter, medical services, the list of which can be varied in a wide range, clean air and picturesque shores of Lake Naroch! The sanatorium has been almost completely rebuilt, it has become more convenient and more comfortable. The doctors and all the staff are very responsive, they will always help solve any issues that may arise. We have repeatedly rested in this sanatorium and were very satisfied.
Everything is fine except the food. The dining room is very dirty. But there were fruits and yogurts. The second is always cold and tasteless, small portions. Everything else is fine.
We were in the sanatorium for a week. If you do not take into account the little things like the slamming doors to the rooms, then everything is about like this:
When the first day came, when the food that we ordered through this form was supposed to be brought to us, they brought us the wrong snack (semolina porridge instead of sour cream). Then, when it was the turn of the main course, they didn't bring me what I ordered. I told the woman who served us about it, she said that the dish I ordered was not there, and offered me another dish. Well, I agreed, okay already. The next day, the same problem. They told me again that my dish was not there, they offered another one. I agreed again, but this time we complained to the receptionist, or who the woman at the entrance was. She said she would serve us at dinner. Well, everything seemed to be fine. And then, in the last few days, we started wearing the wrong clothes again, and every time it was the same woman. Others carried us exactly what we ordered, strangely. And yet, our table is almost the closest to the place where the food is taken out, but the food is transported past us 5 times and only then they give us food. I understand the numbering and all that, but it's too weird too. In general, the best option would be to make a buffet so that no one would confuse anything, no one would write anything, but just everyone would take what they wanted. It's also a pleasure to fly to the third floor and back every time. And it would be necessary to put a mosquito net on the windows, it's hot in the rooms in summer, and if the window is opened, the mosquitoes will swoop in and pinch. And so the rooms are normal, only what is strange is that part of the sanatorium is called "Narochansky shore", although it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the shore through the forest. In short, it's worth 3 stars. And yet, there were a lot of veins in the cutlets.
The food is for 4, the service is for 4, the rooms require additional repairs, the territory is for 3, the staff is quite friendly, the procedures are located 1 km from the sanatorium, the pool is in a neighboring sanatorium
Don't swim — cercariosis! The whole body will be bitten, and scratching will make you hysterical. And the rooms are good. TV, refrigerator, kettle, shower... The view is pleasant. Even the low ground floors are not dangerous — no one climbs in, nothing will be lost. There is a monument to Lenin on the street. There is a menu to choose from in the dining room. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner. There is a pizzeria, pharmacy, supermarket nearby. Barbecue places are free and already with firewood. Yacht, catamaran, boat. Drinking water on the ground floor is free of charge. There is a parking lot. Rental of bicycles and scooters.
Thank you, I liked everything. The food corresponds to the cost of the voucher, the room is very good, everything was functioning, well, I did not have to communicate with the staff, unless in the dining room, friendly girls, although apparently there were not enough of them, there were a lot of vacationers, the territory is super, beauty!!!! Thanks for the rest.
The best review is that I come to this sanatorium twice a year. My favorite cosmetologist works here. The staff is responsive and friendly. I feel at home here. Although in another state.
We had a vacation with my husband in September. It's terrible! The medical building is under repair. They didn't tell us anything about this when we ordered the tours. You have to go to the procedures at Midnight, and it's decent to stomp. Everything is packed there, of course! Saturday, Sunday are days off. In short, in 10 days we would have been provided with 3 sessions of procedures.(For a considerable fee). We refused. Nutrition is a separate topic: Horror!!! How can you feed people like that?!? If the second dish, at least once, was edible, then they don't know how to cook the first one there at all!!the menu is monotonous, everything is fresh, not salty. Dear administration of the sanatorium! Change the cook!! I don't advise anyone to go there!
The room was wonderful (family comfort). The service is on the 3rd floor. Cleaning every other day. A swimming pool in neighboring sanatoriums. Swimming in the lake was not recommended. The staff is polite.
Gloomy cleaners clean the room when they want: in 3 days, in 4, until you remind them, they will not come. Linen and towels were changed 1 time in 16 days. You have to beg for toilet paper, it was only in the USSR in its worst days. The food is canteen-style, faded and monotonous: a cutlet for breakfast, a cutlet for lunch, and it's for dinner. In buildings 1 and 2, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, so the windows cannot be opened at night, in the heat, because mosquitoes will bite. There are no air conditioners, so the stuffiness in the room heated during the day is terrible. It is dangerous to swim in the lake, many people get itching and scabies of unknown origin, either because of birds (although there are very few of them), or because of something else, I also got it, but fortunately only the day before departure, otherwise the rest would have been ruined completely. The forest is full of mosquitoes. Conclusion: never again.
Where to begin? This is a pension for pensioners. The location is great, 10 minutes and you are already on the Naroch embankment. The enclosures are separate from the procedures. It is not very convenient that baths and showers are a separate place from all procedures. Tk if you are resting very / winter chances are that you will get sick. The procedures are not very separate from each other, and undressing in front of everyone is such a pleasure. Partitions at least. There is little entertainment . If you are alone without a couple or friends, you may get bored. The food for the first few days is glad that the portions are good , but there is no variety . One potato in different forms . I want more vegetables . It seems that dietary nutrition is written - it is only written . The employees themselves are excellent and friendly.
Sanatorium Narochansky Bereg, lived from 07/05/12 , room cleaning was provided only on request, until they started writing and complaining the room was not cleaned, or their cleaning was to throw out the garbage and that's it. They didn't want to change the bed linen and towels until they complained. When entering the dining room, the smell is unbearable, the food smells terrible and there is a lot of dill in every dish, several times they brought the wrong food that they ordered and said, sorry, you didn't have enough. There may be pieces of paper in the food. Also, food was brought for a very long time. There are elements of a buffet and it consists in pouring the soup and tea ourselves. The boss of the maids is rude. The main attraction of the sanatorium is the Lenin Monument, this vacation is not worth the money. It's like being in the USSR.
Nature, lake superrrrrr!!! Walking in the woods, breathing the pine air is great! But the food in the sanatorium sucks! And the smell of stagnation in the hull!
One day was enough to walk at night to the church and to the distillery and back along an excellent road through the forest bypassing the village.
We had a vacation with my husband and child in August 2021. We were checked out for about 2 hours. The receptionist is very slow, made 5 calls until the number was picked up. They moved into an unmade room! The caretaker refused to settle and direct the staff! We had to look for a cleaner ourselves. After the remark, our room was cleaned. I had to wait another hour.
The dining room is undergoing major repairs. Special thanks to the chefs. Everything is cooked delicious!!!!
The territory is beautiful, well-groomed in front of the buildings and along the path to the lake, very beautiful and comfortable gazebos with barbecues and firewood. The same cannot be said about the territory behind the buildings. A crumbling fountain, a stage with benches and a gym, all require urgent repairs.
Except for the sauna, nothing worked from the procedures.
10 min walk to the lake. Stock up on mosquito sprays, there are a lot of them in the evenings.
The beach is good, there is a place where you can change clothes, sunshades, boats, catamarans. There is a cafe on the beach, but the prices are like in a good Minsk restaurant. Expensive! Cafe owners need to pay attention to the territory adjacent to the cafe! Often broken glass lay on the paths.
