The service was frustrated. The family came to eat. We ordered two portions of grilled fish, the waiter said the wait was 30-40 minutes. There were a maximum of 15 people in the hall. We said that while we were waiting, bring us a bottle of wine and a cheese plate. The waiter left and disappeared for 30 minutes. Then he returned with a glass of wine. And then the most interesting thing began.
Suddenly he brings the first fish and it turns out he forgot that we ordered a cheese plate. And he disappeared again for 25 minutes (
Then it turned out that he forgot that we ordered two fish and said the second fish in 30 minutes.
As a result, my wife ate the fish, and I refused to wait for my own. The evening was ruined completely. Moreover, when calculating, I went up to the waiter myself with a checkbook and asked him to calculate immediately and not to wait for 30 minutes.
The staff, the service, and the waiting time for the order are generally at a disadvantage.
We won't come here anymore. And in general, you wouldn't wish such service on an enemy.
The result is one star and that's because 0 stars are not given.
Shame on such an institution.

There is a dining room in the building on the embankment, in which they will not be fed according to the menu - because the residents have tomorrow / lunch / dinner… And how do you imagine a restaurant in the dining room? Probably the products are different, for the dining room tomatoes from the garden, for the dining room from the market? Really?

Saturday came, almost everything is in order, there is one waiter for 10 tables. We waited for food for 40 minutes, gave warm champagne and beer in a plastic cup. The price tag is humane, but damn, it's a very long time.
