Great hotel.
We had a family vacation in August of this year.
Building C. It also has a dining room on the ground floor. There is a beach and a swimming pool nearby.
I liked everything very much. There's not a lot of choice in the dining room, but we've never been hungry. There are different main dishes every day. In the ode to the sea on the purest. The Pool Is Super!
A little problem with the deck chairs. Sometimes I had to look for free ones if I came to the beach after breakfast, because beach towels have been lying on many since 5.00 am. But this did not prevent a great mood. There are offers of various rentals on the shore: banana, ATVs, walks, cheesecakes, etc.
There are several grocery stores within walking distance that have everything you need, from shampoos to alcohol.
In general, I Recommend it!
We will definitely rest there again! 👌❤️

Nice family hotel. Clean territory, quite large. The beach and the sea are clean. There are medium/small pebbles on the beach, the entrance to the sea is gentle. Three meals a day, we had enough of the choice of food provided at the hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the unpleasant smell in the toilet/bathroom. Apparently the ventilation was working poorly ... well, I also didn't get a hair dryer, I asked at the reception, they said that everything was broken… There is a tour operator on the territory, you can purchase various vouchers for excursions around Abkhazia. But it is better to take cash everywhere, cards are not accepted everywhere, money transfers if there is an Internet connection. The Internet, even via Wi-Fi, does not work very well

An excellent team works: cooks, maids, administrators, security, electricians, technicians..... - everyone is trying to make your vacation unforgettable. Not a bad kitchen. The sea view is beautiful. But the service is unsatisfactory. We waited 1.5 hours for the order, although we ordered three identical chicken dishes. The snacks arrived after we had already eaten everything. And when paying the bill, we received incomplete change. When they pointed this out to the waitress, she just angrily said, "I didn't have it." And she left. We always leave a tip, respecting the work of the waiters. And they left it that time. But this attitude pretty much ruined the impression of the place, and in general the whole evening. Nearby there are other places with sea views where you can eat tastier and cheaper. And then the prices are like in Moscow, and the service is like on a rural blockage.

The review concerns the restaurant exclusively. The entire order was waited for 50 minutes. Only at the 40th minute they brought, attention, nuggets, after another 5 minutes, attention, French fries. I have never considered these dishes to be cooked for a long time, but apparently I do not know something. Only after they were going to pay off and leave, they brought spaghetti, okroshka and beef in a frying pan. We didn't come to the restaurant during rush hour. The 4th table was occupied. Apparently they are picking up orders like people in a minibus and starting to cook. And it would have been all right if the food had been delicious, but no miracle happened. Further along the kitchen. Spaghetti with seafood turned out to be cheap pasta in a rather mediocre sauce. The okroshka is absolutely tasteless and it feels like it's made from salad leftovers. The beef was overcooked, floated in fat and, in addition, salted.
Everything is categorically bad. And the main highlight. While paying, I looked into the kitchen, where the cooks were dancing instead of working. It's great that people enjoy life and work, but everything has its time and place. It's pretty inappropriate behavior when you have a maintenance failure and there are clearly failures. This behavior indicates disregard for clients and work.
Ps during the waiting time, one family still left without waiting. The other one after us also started to get indignant, and the third one, having heard about the waiting time, did not even take risks. Apparently they knew something.

but!!! We have been waiting for your order for a very long time! The waitress (admittedly polite) promised that everything would be ready in 30 minutes. As a result, the wait is an hour. (Family of three, 4 dishes). Orders arrive unevenly, people came in front of us, had dinner and left, and they just brought us French fries. It should have alerted us that people left in front of us, cursing, without waiting for the order. We eventually ate, but the quality of the dishes did not justify the lost time.

Today we visited this restaurant, an empty hall while waiting for an order of 3 dishes for more than an hour. We ordered a barbecue made of chicken. Boiled chicken fillet was brought, the grill did not resemble either the taste or the smell. Rice with vegetables is an incomprehensible slurry of rice in sauce and microscopic slicing of vegetables, it is impossible to immediately understand what kind of vegetables it is. Of all, I can only mention French fries with ketchup and lemonade. A check of 1950 rubles for a spoiled mood and loss of time. Don't set foot in this place anymore.

The eggplant salad was brought without several ingredients, and the question why was answered, they did not buy it. The fries were brought raw to the burger, they were not replaced. By the way, only 2 tables were occupied, including ours. The service is in Abkhazian, and that's all.

Cons: when the light was turned off (for the whole day!!!) the hotel does not have its own alternator/generator...It was unbearable to arrive in the stuffy air without air conditioning. But that's not the worst thing, the dining room...the dishes were washed with water from the fountain!!! The plates were dirty...the pool was not filtered...and for the first time (in 13 years), my children caught an intestinal infection. If these reviews are viewed by the hotel management, then take action. The generator is at least for the dining room!!!

The service is lame. You can't call the waitress. Although maybe it's because we came in bad weather and the cafe was going to close. Many of the menus are not available, the bar was not working, the cocktails were without ice. There are no complaints about trout, it's delicious.

We rested in Tsandripsha from 05/12/2023 to 05/14/2023 in another hotel, but since the kitchen started working only from 05/15/2023, we chose the Napra restaurant on the beach for meals. We were very satisfied! Everything is incredibly delicious and beautiful. Many thanks to the cook and the waitress girl! I really liked mushroom soup with truffle oil, mussels in cream cheese sauce, carbonara, pork kebab, pizza with seafood, and in general everything that we tried! The portions are good, we are girls with a good appetite. We ordered two dishes each-I don't really want to, as they say :), and one + one pizza or snack, for example chicken wings, + a teapot of tea, since the weather was unlucky, it was cool and rainy, I didn't want alcohol, I wanted to spend more time near the sea - hot tea helped :). Wines were bought on excursions and enjoyed in the evening at the hotel in the lobby bar. The price, quality and serving correspond to restaurant dishes, the check for two went from 1200 to 1700. The price tag is almost Moscow, hot from 800 rubles. Mussels 550, wine from 500. At this price, you expect that there will be service, but no. And the interior is like in a dining room.
Two times, TWO times, Carl! We have informed you that we are here and ask you to accept the order. Only 3 tables were occupied in the hall, but there was no time or attention for us. The child was already crying whether they would bring her at least a milkshake. No.
The order was never accepted.
There is an Art hotel 200 meters away at most. The restaurant at the hotel has a nice atmosphere, the interior is better, and excellent service. Feel free to go there right away. And even if it's not easy for you to live here, eat in other places

We stayed at the Napra hotel, ate at the restaurant, because 3 meals a day were included. The food is monotonous, it gets boring very quickly. For some reason, they made a distribution instead of a buffet, a crowd of people with trays, trays, mugs is not enough, cutlery is dirty. We wanted to order pizza from the restaurant, in addition to paid meals, first we waited for the waiter for 15 minutes, then he came and said that he would not be able to take the order, because he needed to calculate the previous customer, and shortly before that I saw the company of the bartender, waiters and their girlfriends at the common table, they were not up to work at all, customers will wait to see where they go.

We are going to relax in Napre. We watched a beautiful video about the hotel. But everything turned out to be just a picture. Of the promised entertainment, there was only an Animator, well done, who somehow diluted the atmosphere and entertained the children. From the conversation: The Karaoke bar does not work, the beach bar is meager and there are no promised discos in it, because there is no DJ and we were told to connect to the smart speaker ourselves and turn on the music. That's probably why no one went to the bar except the friends of the Abkhazian guard, who for some reason introduced himself as the manager. Complete unsanitary conditions everywhere. Cats and dogs walk around the restaurant everywhere, even at the food distribution. They climb up to the guests on the benches at the table. Of course, children have fun, but only for them. Tables are never wiped, it seems to me, in a restaurant. Cats and dogs are everywhere on the territory of the hotel prowling and shitting everywhere. Cows also come to the hotel and do their business. The pool was cleaned once in two weeks. Rooms in the main building are not cleaned at all, toilet facilities are not brought at all, people themselves go for everything. The staff is not all friendly, everyone quietly hates visitors. I don't recommend it.
