Great place!
A family-run hotel with excellent service, met at the airport, helped with a SIM card for a local connection, changed the money, very friendly and helpful. Everything is within walking distance, the Citadel, the main ensembles of the madrasah, the main minaret are 5 minutes on foot, wonderful restaurants are even closer, I especially liked Golden Bukhara and the Terrace, the latter is visible from the terrace of the hotel itself, which is on the roof. There are several tables, a garland around the fence and a wonderful view of the old town. You can make coffee and enjoy relaxing upstairs.
The rooms have everything you need for relaxation, a kettle, cups, and even disposable slippers and a spoon for shoes. Thought out, liked it I will be happy to return to this place again!

When you get to this hotel, the question immediately arises, "what am I in a fairy tale 1001 and 1 night?".
The charm of the old city of Bukhara, ancient buildings, unforgettable views, homely atmosphere, kind hosts, affordable price... I can do this for a long time)) and it's all about a small and cozy hotel on the beach.
It is located in the center of the old town, so all the sights are within walking distance.
Come and see if I've traveled to different places and have something to compare it with.

A small decent cozy family hotel in the heart of the old town and with a gorgeous attic from where you can see many of the beauties of this fabulous city!They are very loyal to the requests of guests, they meet visitors halfway (I am writing about my request)

Great hotel! The location is 10 out of 10, all the attractions are within walking distance! The staff is friendly and caring, they will answer any question and/or help you figure it out. The rooms are neat and tidy, there is everything you need! 10 out of 10, I recommend it!!!!

A great hotel in the very center. Despite this, the room is very quiet. The hotel is new, everything is clean, towels and bed linen are snow-white. We were in a large family room. It's just huge. There were 3 beds in the photo, but for 4 guests. After the call, it turned out that they were providing a cot. It didn't suit me. They offered to bring a bed to the room. Everything fit, even one would easily fit)) There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room. There is an upstairs terrace on the roof, the view over Poi Kalyan is amazing. But it's a little dark there, you can't sit in the evening, you can't see anything around, and the Internet doesn't catch well on the roof. The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it.

An excellent hotel with an excellent location - right in the historical center of Bukhara. Some attractions are within a five-minute walk. The rooms are newly renovated (the hotel has recently opened), air conditioning in the room.
Very tasty breakfasts.
The hotel staff (and this is a family hotel) is beyond praise, ready to help with solving your questions. Very good attitude towards the hotel guests. I recommend.

I really liked this hotel!
The staff is friendly, will meet you, tell you where you can go to eat, tell you where the nearest ATMs are, tell you where you can walk and what places to visit.
The room is excellent, there is air conditioning, android TV, refrigerator, clean and cozy.
The breakfast is delicious, you will not stay hungry.

A great small guest house in the very center)) very convenient location. The room is not big, but everything you need is there. Breakfast is served in portions. Very modest of course (egg, sausage, a couple of pieces of cheese, yogurt, tea, sweet nuts and some kind of cake).
There is no coffee. But there is a problem with him in the country in general. They can only offer 3-in-1 tea bags. You have to try very hard to find delicious brewed coffee.
The owners of the guest house are very nice and welcoming. Don't forget to go up to the terrace and admire the beautiful sunset ☺️

We had a rest in Bukhara, the guest house was booked in advance, chosen according to the criteria of convenience, comfort and proximity to attractions
The room is comfortable, clean, there is a kettle with bottled water, air conditioning, one small minus is low noise insulation, but there were few vacationers and this did not spoil the impression for us. The location is just great! In the heart of the old town.Roof terrace, another plus, city view! Many thanks also to the staff, they helped us solve everything we encountered.
I recommend it to everyone!

A cozy modern mini-hotel in the very center of old Bukhara. The room has everything you need (air conditioning, TV, kettle, hairdryer, tea, coffee, slippers). Delicious breakfasts with Uzbek sweets. We left at night, we were given breakfast with us. Very clean, everything is new. All attractions are within walking distance. There is a wonderful roof terrace with a wonderful view of the old town. Hospitable, attentive hosts. A wonderful hotel at an affordable price.

It's a beautiful place. A small and cozy family hotel. The room has everything you need. There is a terrace with a view of the sights. You just have to go down the stairs and you are already in the main square of the city.
The owners are incredibly helpful and pleasant people, they will always help.
Delicious breakfasts. We definitely recommend it.

We were with my daughter at the guest house from 05/21/22/2024. Both my daughter and I were very satisfied. Excellent location, friendly hosts, breakfast is beyond praise. The room is small, but everything you need is there. Everything is new, it's nice to stay there. Access to the terrace and the view there is a separate delight! Nearby the restaurant "Old Bukhara" is a must-visit!

Not a big cozy family hotel. Just a few steps and you will find yourself in a fairy tale. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Cozy small rooms with everything you need. Excellent breakfasts. And also, the trick is to go to the roof, which offers an incredible view of the old town (at dawn the sun falls on the old town and you get gorgeous photos), and in the evenings you can hear the sounds of a violin coming from the street.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but just stopped by to buy water for the puppies nearby. The guy at the reception turned out to be as friendly as possible, and even invited us up to the roof deck so that we could take wonderful sunset photos. So at least you don't have to worry about the staff and the view from the roof!

This is a hotel that I will return to with confidence every time I arrive in Bukhara.
Not a big cozy family hotel, very hospitable staff, there is an exit to the roof from which an incredible view of the old town opens (for photographers at dawn the sun falls on the old town and gorgeous photos are obtained), a hearty, delicious breakfast with sliced fruits and hot tea/coffee

Great hotel! Admin Shukhrat is a real pro in his field. Delicious breakfast, cozy and clean rooms, helpful staff. Be sure to go up to the terrace with a magnificent view of the ancient buildings of ancient Bukhara!

Clean, cozy hotel, located right in the heart of the main attractions of Bukhara. At the same time, it is very quiet. Very responsive and friendly hosts. One piece of advice, if you order a taxi: specify the Ulugbek Madrasah, then the car can easily drive up to the hotel.

Excellent guest house within walking distance from all the attractions. Very quiet. The rooms are not the largest, but they have everything. Comfortable solid mattresses.
Very friendly host.
The hotel opened in September 2023 and there is still a lot of development ahead. I definitely recommend it.

Nice guest house. There are only 5 rooms. Everything is new. But small rooms with their own bathrooms. Also very polite hosts. Inside the center of the old town. I went down to everything nearby.
Recommend. You can go up to the roof and drink hot tea. The view is amazing.
