The large green area of the hotel, with two large swimming pools. Not typical for Tai, one of the pools with white sand. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfasts are delicious, we had no problems with the choice. There are free activities such as tennis, billiards, etc. The beach is close.

This is a great hotel! The room is large. We were given a room for three, even though it was just the two of us. Everything you need is there: a refrigerator, a TV, a huge bed, a balcony with furniture, the air conditioner worked properly.
There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, the territory is green. There is a gym. There are massages. We only went to the hotel for a massage, although it was more expensive by 100 baht. I will be happy to return to this hotel again.

The most exciting hotel. 100% recommended. It is located 15 minutes from the airport, civil street, various cafes, makashnitsa, shop, everything you need is there. You will definitely not stay hungry. The beach is just across the street, large, clean, beautiful, rarely strong waves, you can swim. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, they were taken - everything was delicious. Pancakes with bananas are top. A decent area, well maintained. Polite staff at the reception. The rooms were cleaned and linen/towels were changed every day. In the 8th building on the balconies, of course, you can replace wooden chairs with softer ones. The rooms are quite large. The most exciting thing in the hotel is the two pools. One is half full of sand. You could always find a sunbed there and enjoy the view. The second pool has a Jacuzzi area. Very beautiful trees around the perimeter. The only disadvantage is that there are few sun beds and it is almost impossible to occupy them if you do not come at 7 am. Vacationers leave towels and leave for half a day, so there are not many people, but the sun beds are occupied with towels. This already needs to be controlled at the hotel level. It's one thing to go out for lunch, on business, and another thing is just to take a sunbed and not come to it all day. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel.

Careful, fleas bite.
We arrived two days ago from this hotel. I liked everything, we are generally satisfied with the hotel.
There are a few but...
for the first time in the hotel there are no dental supplies, no hair conditioner, no important discs, a shaving stack. This is important, we are used to the fact that 4+ hotels always have it. This is just a warning, you can do without it, but it is extremely inconvenient, everything was bought on the spot.
The most unpleasant thing is that we were bitten by bed fleas in the room building 9.
We were all terribly bitten, the hotel guide Ilya did not react to this in any way, they said at the reception that they would check (but they did not specify), a young woman with a boy stood right there, said that her son could have been bitten by everything.
They bite in the water too, but not much at all.
We ate in our restaurant, very tasty and safe. The price is even cheaper than street cafes.
Sometimes they took a gorgeous grilled perch (large), shrimps, sat down at our table near the restaurant, ordered only salad, drinks and ate well.
The prices in the shop at the reception are also very good, ice cream is even cheaper.

A great, green, beautiful hotel! For Ty, it's just a solid four, good breakfasts, excellent Knighton beach, no paid sunbeds, wandering tattooists and corn sellers ... for holidays with children, I definitely recommend this hotel, take breakfast + dinner and you will relax, massage right at the hotel 500-600 Baht per hour, vending machines with beer, chips, noodles around the clock right at the hotel.

Great hotel. We have been staying there for 2 years in a row. Large green area, 2 huge swimming pools, convenient location and proximity to the sea, delicious breakfasts (dinner was ordered several times - I did not like it), spacious clean rooms. This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. I can't list all the advantages. The only drawbacks are that it is very far and expensive to get to large shopping malls and traffic from the hotel.

Breakfast with a sufficient assortment (pancakes, waffles, eggs in different types, burgers, porridge, soups, yogurt, fruit salad, watermelon, sausages, chicken, rice, noodles, coffee from the vending machine), high-quality. I was upset by the lack of cappuccino, lemon, cheese.
The Internet is working, but weak. The staff is friendly, they were settled immediately at 12 o'clock.
Room cleaning is good, towels and pillowcases were changed every day.

In the ninth building there is a library and a gym, high-quality exercise equipment, there is other equipment, there are no mats.
Minus for a large number of animals, including midges, mosquitoes (they took fumitox from the house, which solved the problem) and large cockroaches that crawl at night, both on the street and in the hotel. One crawled right into the room. It was very scary to be in the room, especially to sleep.
There is a dump near the hotel from the doors of the second and third buildings, after the rain it smells very unpleasant and, apparently, cockroaches crawl from there and mosquitoes fly.
There are dogs on the beach. They can go to the toilet right there.

An ambiguous place.
The area is very beautiful, the pools are beautiful, do not smell of chlorine, the sand pool for children is just a fairy tale. There is a shop on site, it is very convenient.
But at the same time, the rooms are old and very dirty. Despite the presence of a restaurant and generally good-tasting food, 2 poisonings were received there, 1 at breakfast, the second at lunch in an a la carte restaurant. Plus terribly poor breakfasts. There is absolutely nothing to eat and nothing is rushing about.
Another disadvantage for us was that the staff does not follow the rules of guest behavior. There is a rule not to swim in the pool after 21:00, but people arrange discos there until late at night and none of them drive, and the rooms overlook the pool.
Overall, the hotel is not bad. He would like to make a complete renovation of the rooms, improve the breakfasts and put a normal price and there will be a decent place.

A great massage parlor! The rooms are not poorly cleaned, towels are changed every day! I was shocked with beach towels, no one limits the number, no shift, at least every hour. Knighton beach is one of the best, there is a zone of trees where you can go into the shade in the heat, the sand is excellent, the entrance is smooth, there are not many people. The beach is across the street! An excellent massage parlor, slightly cheaper than the hotel one, at the exit to the beach on the left side, there is also a local shop nearby, and currency exchange! The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and not expensive. Everything is extremely simple and high-quality. There are two types of accommodation in the hotel - for privacy and children and closer to the sea it is so cheerful. The photos will say everything for themselves. Food as you want - in the restaurant at the hotel, in a cafe overlooking the sea, and take food in makashnits. There are three or four types of fish in them on coals, pancakes, seafood, kebabs. Everything is delicious and tested. We went around all these places and I won't say anything bad. The beach is clean, 1.5-2 km. The left extreme part of the beach is just a Bounty, an Instagram paradise. Moreover, keep in mind that there are not very many hotels for a relatively reasonable price and right next to the sea. We stayed at the Naithonburi Hotel from January 19th to 30th.The hotel is very nice, we really liked it! The staff is great! Upon check-in, we were given a room in the 1st building on the 1st floor on the shady side, but we did not like it because of the cold floor and the presence of mosquitoes (shown in the photo).And all the people are coming and looking at you.. there is no fence and greenery on the ground floors, so you are in the palm of your hand ... (you can see in the photo).It was easily changed to another room, even more cool! In the second building on the 4th floor. There is already a new tile on the floor, not an old one. Most likely, it was with a newer renovation! By audibility, we didn't hear anyone! Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are the same every day, but there is always something to eat! The hotel is ideal for those who need a quiet and relaxing holiday. 💆♀️
The infrastructure outside the hotel is, of course, sparse, but everything is always fresh and delicious in makashnits. And everything is cheap! 7 eleven, unfortunately, is not. There is a small shop on the territory of the hotel (prices are like 7/11), and Naithonmart is on the left, but prices are more expensive there than in the hotel. And the assortment is also meager…
The sea is magnificent! The water is clear. The fish are swimming. The waves were getting stronger in the evening, but not strong enough to knock you down. Jellyfish sailed for three days, but not dangerous ones. There were jellyfish on all the beaches these days.
The beach line is wide. If you want to spend the whole day at sea, you can hide in the shade of the trees.
In general, the rest was excellent 👍🏻 We swam in the sea and the pool! Have a lot of delicious fruits! We drank smoothies every day!!!

Geographically located is not very convenient, away from all the traffic, so to speak, but if the cost of a taxi is not a problem for you, then 40 minutes on the way / 450 baht and you are on banglarode.
On nutrition, a lot of things, but I would like variety, more fruits, and at least once a week, please change the menu, and so everything is superrr!
