Well, this is a very cool hotel. One of the advantages: a very nice beautiful wonderful territory, with new pools, everything is done conveniently. Free bicycles can be ridden around the territory, which are suitable for all ages, there are two ping pong tables, a library and a game room with Nintendo for teenagers and billiards - all this is freely available. There are a lot of sand toys and inflatable circles of duck balls around the pools , everything is also free, take it and play .

And the hotel itself - well, how wonderful it is, starting from breakfast - every day is a holiday, for any age: various fried eggs, pancakes -super crispy with chocolate paste and banana, pancakes, waffles, a lot of toppings. Sausages - !moreover, they are delicious (I just don't eat such things, but then I couldn't stand the delicious flavor and tried it)), mashed potatoes are not powdered! Salads, vegetables, fruits, mini burgers, soups, porridges, pasta.... There are 10 types of juices. And delicious red Thai tea, in a disposable glass, with a straw and ice (everyone moves with them. I do not even know what else could be added there ...
what a beauty, many pools, all different... Hawaiian - you can confuse it with the Seychelles, even the white sand to the pool and huge stones. Everything is covered in jasmine, elephants, flowers and greenery - paradise!

The hotel is far from the infrastructure, but we easily got to the right places through a bolt taxi, but in this area it is sparsely populated and quiet, especially it is fun on the beach. We had room cleaning every day and changed towels every day, linen was also changed three times in 9 days :) They left 20-40 baht on the bed for tea)

I liked the hotel, although I doubted it at first. A large green area with birds walking around, two swimming pools, a lot of public spaces. Everything is relatively clean, although not very modern. The main advantage of this hotel is the remoteness from the centers of attraction of tourists and access to the beach! From what I did not like - the room stock - do not expect any chic and comfort from it, everything is very modest and minimalistic. The walls are painted, the plumbing and furniture are seasoned. We had HB meals, but in recent days we no longer had dinner or breakfast there because their meager menu was boring. When leaving the hotel on the right there is a great cafe where they cook delicious food, white something there, I don't remember the name, but it's nearby and worthy of attention

The hotel is excellent, we were as satisfied as possible. We had a rest with three girlfriends (+-25 years old)
Of the advantages:
1) the rooms are neat, cleaned well, there are no living creatures (lived on the ground floor). Very cool hotel navigation.
2) lots of sun beds, you can always choose a comfortable place, 2 excellent pools
3) quiet (ideal for a family holiday or as we were driving with a request for peace of mind, there are a lot of children, but we didn't hear or see them much, because the hotel area is large), if you don't want an eternal party, you are here
4) a beautiful beach, we traveled around many beaches in Phuket - we concluded that ours is the cleanest and most beautiful and there are also no crowds of people
5) Infrastructure. Immediately the hotel has everything you need on vacation in Tae - restaurants (good), massage, pharmacies, shops, an exchange office. All at non-touristic prices.
6) the restaurant in the hotel is cool, they also have a pizzeria closer to the beach. When you get tired of Thai food, there is a huge selection of decent dishes.
7) the pool is closed late, no one is kicked out. You can swim in the dark or get high on the sun beds.
8) there is a good gym and a lounge where you can work remotely
9) it is only 15 minutes from the airport (there is no noise from airplanes)
10) very close (15 minutes) elephant reserve, be sure to visit, we really liked it (1250 baht)
Of the cons:
1) far from the center, if you plan to hang out in Patong every evening, choose something closer, more than an hour one way by taxi.
2) you should not expect anything supernatural from breakfast. There is a lot of choice, but there is nothing special. 4 stars - excellent. We only lacked cheeses and vegetables (Thais have a bad time with them)By the way, the coffee is very tasty.

A hotel with a large green area. 2 pools, one part of which is with white sand. The staff is friendly and all issues are resolved quickly - the three of us lived in a room, but after the first cleaning they left us 2 sets of towels and 2 bottles of water, called the reception and after 3 minutes they brought us a third set. They asked for an iron - it was also brought to the room pretty quickly. I don't know why they wrote about unfriendly staff in the reviews earlier, we didn't meet such people. The rooms are not new, but everything you need is there, it was comfortable to live. The food is delicious, of the cons - there are very few vegetables for breakfast. There is a restaurant, pizzeria, coffee shop, billiards, table tennis, library, gym, massage on site.
We took a tour with breakfast and lunch. Lunch could be changed to dinner. But this is not a buffet, but a voucher for 400 baht per person - an excellent amount, we left well-fed. Drinks are not included in the deposit, they always bring a glass of water for free.
The beach is great, there are big waves in August, there are almost always red flags, but it was fun to jump on the waves on the shore too)
There is almost nothing outside the hotel, an hour's drive to tourist spots. We rented a car and drove around the island.

The first pool near the 2nd building is rectangular,there are Jacuzzi areas,exits and areas for children,the second pool is further from the restaurant and the sea-with bends and a zone with sand❤️ the sea is very close-a beautiful beach,the water is gorgeous,the beach area is wide,the sand is magical,there are no sunbeds,take a towel and enjoy or under the sunor under the trees. The staff is excellent and unobtrusive. They clean every day, change the bedding and put on water, we leave 50 baht daily (but this is a personal decision, cleaning will not be worse from the lack of baht). Do not leave money in plain sight - they will not be stolen, but will be taken as a tip, so it's better to get out of sight. We leave all valuables in the room-nothing is missing. The food in the restaurant is good, we took only breakfast -a lot of dishes (there are no seafood for breakfast), in the evening we have dinner in our restaurant-very tasty and exquisite, at prices no more expensive than in neighboring cafes. I join all the positive reviews! I am currently at the hotel. Great foursome! The hotel has billiards, table tennis, table football, bicycles, a game console - all for free. There is a minimarket on site, you can use the laundry, the cost is 50 baht + 15 baht washing gel. Massage is more expensive than in salons on the street, but the price tag in a restaurant is lower than in a cafe. I recommend it for a calm and measured rest. The dollar exchange rate is 33.70, euro 37.40-there is one exchanger, it works until 19:00. Cards with the union pay payment system work.

Strengths are the beach. The sand is fine, the sea is blue, the entrance is quite steep. There are no sun loungers on the beaches as this is a protected area. Because of this, there are not many people, there is always a lot of space. There are a lot of fruits along the beach, there are several shops, exchangers and pharmacies. There are also enough restaurants.
The rooms in the hotel are clean, cleaned every day. There was a musty smell when we checked in, but as it became clear later, it smelled from the air conditioner that had just been turned on, before our arrival. All buildings with normal views of the pool have access to neighboring territories and hotels. But everywhere is relatively quiet, one night out of 12 we heard a noisy company at the tables until late.
It's just a pity that the hotel is only for Russians, there is not enough foreign speech to switch.
There are 4 strong breakfasts, everything is always there and there is nothing not delicious. The plates are constantly being updated and cleaned smartly.
There is a bike rental point nearby.

Across the street is the BEST beach in my life (and I've seen a lot of them). Without strong waves, spacious, wide. Only this Thai trick with a non—rental permit makes life a little more difficult - you can't find sun beds and umbrellas for rent 🤷♀️ But you can also buy "savages" 🙂
There are good cafes and restaurants nearby with an abundance of moricks, all kinds of greens and other Thai goodies.

Cool hotel 4.Were on 11/30/24. There is a game room, modest.
There is a restaurant (where the prices are adequate).
There is a mini market.
Nice pool (there are two of them).
Courteous staff, cleaning and replenishing water every day. The beach and everything else are just around the corner. The breakfasts are excellent. I recommend it!!!

The food is good. Quiet, smooth, and grace! The guests are different, they left a protective cream by the pool, they stole it)) But this is not a disadvantage for a hospitable hotel, different people arrive on vacation. Creams are expensive on the ground, it is better to spoil your karma and take someone else's. So someone needed it more. They let me go with everything I didn't need. Thanks for taking the cream.

Beautiful hotel, lots of greenery. Not far from the airport. The sea is across the street. A large beach strip. It is almost impossible to swim in the off-season, as there are large waves. But you can splash along the shore .There are many makashnits and fruit stalls near the hotel. There is a currency exchange office, cafes along the road and a mini market.The hotel is suitable for families with children and a relaxing holiday. If you are a party lover, then you definitely are not here. The hotel is located far from entertainment venues.

There are many cafes, makashnits, fruit stands. The breakfasts are normal, but it's always the same. It's getting boring. At least slightly change the cooking method and spices. I didn't like pancakes, pancakes and waffles. If you like sweets, you can spread them with jam and chocolate paste, so it's more edible. Pancakes with bananas are tastier on the street. The sea is very close, the beach is gorgeous. There are more people. Before, they say it was completely empty. I was upset by the presence of jellyfish. You can't swim in peace, you're afraid to stumble. The territory of the hotel is well maintained, two swimming pools, many sun beds, umbrellas. You change the towels as much as you need. The rooms are quite large, not new, but everything is fine. Towels are changed every day. Pillowcases and sheets are often changed, almost every other day. If there is a shower cabin, the bathtub is clearly superfluous. It only takes up space and makes it difficult to access towels. With a small stature, they are difficult to get. There are no hooks in the bathroom at all, which is frustrating, as is the lack of slippers. But in general I liked it, I would like to come again.

A good hotel 10 minutes from the airport, a large and well-maintained territory. I had a morning flight, despite the rules of check-in at 14.00, in fact, the room was provided at 11.00, without additional charges, etc. I took BB meals, the breakfasts are very varied! The room is not the freshest, but it's great for the price! Everything is clean, cleaning every day.
You leave the hotel - the restaurants are a string, quite inexpensive, everything is fresh. The beach is public, I did not see the rental of sun beds and umbrellas, so I was more often at the deluxe pool. There is no animation in the hotel. In the evening, you can't walk much either, everything dies out after 21.00, it's not a problem to call a taxi, we went to the city several times, I recommend the bolt application.
I did not take excursions from a guide, I flew from biblio globus, the prices there are much higher than those of the locals. 50 meters from the hotel there is a point with excursions, a Russian-speaking guy, Alisher, we took Phi Phi from him, we liked everything!
The impressions of the rest are wonderful, I think it's not for nothing that people return to this hotel many times!
