This was the most ridiculous experience ever. There was never anyone from staff - neither at the reception, nor the cafeteria, like literally no one working there. The funniest thing was that they announced to be open for breakfast at 8 to come until 8:45 the cafeteria was closed and there was nobody even answering the phone that I found on the website.
It's a great place.
Beautiful nature, clean air. A holiday home with beautiful architecture, beautiful clean rooms, bathrobes, slippers, hygiene items. Delicious food, good service. There is a natural hot spring and spa treatments.
You can have a great rest, disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The place decides everything!
An ideal natural oasis with a swimming pool, excellent spa specialists, a playground, hiking trails in a clean communal area. This is the Armenian Switzerland. Even when it's hot everywhere in the country, the air here is moderate and light. The staff is helpful. We solved all the issues quickly. I highly recommend it to those who really want to relax without noise.
One of the advantages is a very beautiful place. The nature is amazing. One of the disadvantages is the lack of infrastructure. In winter, the only entertainment is a cold pool and a paid sauna. No snowmobiles, skis, skates, nothing.
About the dining room, two meals a day. It's not tasty, although there is an assortment. The biggest shock I have ever seen in any country in the world. Having come to dinner for the first time (which, by the way, is from 16 to 18 :)) they came up to us and made a remark that the hair on our head was not collected :)). There were at least 10 Armenian women in the hall, with their hair down, and no one approached them. Therefore, if you are Russian, then consider this stupidity. The argument of the employees is that they take care that the hair does not get into the food. There are no warning signs anywhere. The manager at the reception confirmed this rule :)). But apparently it acts selectively, depending on your nationality.
