Clean , neat, good craftsmen, not intrusive. I am satisfied with the quality of the manicure. I'm shooting a star for the last time I went in, no one paid attention, I stood for 5-7 minutes, I had to ask myself what should I do if I have an entry, only then the master was called and the administrator appeared. She offered coffee (don't take it) and even champagne (!). It's nice. It is not very pleasant that at the end the standard manicure from the top master turned out to be 170 instead of 150 as last time (perhaps the varnish is special, but they did not warn me), and that they did not issue a check because there were problems with the receipt machine...

When signing up for Yandex. Direct, I asked the administrator for the price of a manicure with extensions, and a pedicure, I signed up. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointed time, the administrator came up 5 minutes later, the master herself was 15 minutes late, all this time neither the other master nor the administrator paid attention to me, without offering tea/ coffee. Inviting me to the workplace, the master was surprised that I had a build-up, not a correction, besides insistently saying that she would not have time! After 25 minutes, I started working, I just did a manicure with a coating, I agreed. Next, a pedicure, I applied foam to my feet, and together with the administrator and another master, we went outside for a smoke break, after which we went into the lunch room (and while they were doing my manicure, they brought food delivery), and laughed merrily for another half hour while I was sitting alone in the hall 😀 there was a desire to just get up and to leave, they would not have noticed right away)
As a result, after removing the coating, the master said that I had a fungus, and she would not do a pedicure for me, otherwise she would have to throw out the tools after me. Naturally, I did not have any fungus/onycholychis, I am a doctor and I know what it is! It's just that the master spent all 3 hours that were laid out for my procedures (which she initially stated) running for a smoke break, for lunch, and was late besides.
I did not argue, but I advise you to avoid this institution and incompetent employees.

I didn't like the word "completely".
The master was late, did not treat her hands with antiseptic (I asked about it and received the answer that "they will get dusty now anyway"), when she started working, she talked on the phone while working.
The manicure process itself was uncomfortable, it hurt.
I liked the coating at first, but after I came home, I noticed that it had become matte. As I understand it, it has not dried out.
I'm sorry for the time and money I spent.
