I was in this studio for the first time. Pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean and tidy in the cabin. I was greeted by a friendly and friendly receptionist. My favorite salon in Minsk❤
The quality of the manicure, the palette, the atmosphere - everything is on top, the masters are all very polite and neat, in a word, professionals. A separate respect for the manicure and pedicure service in 4 hands, it saves a lot of time, both manicure and pedicure are ready in 1.5-2 hours👍🏽

I still want to leave my impressions of the last visit to the Nailberry studio. Because everything went wrong, not at all the way it used to.
My entry was the last one. They called and asked me to come an hour and a half earlier, I went to meet them, I came. I did not have a coating removal service, because I expected that the salon would remove my work, which was cracked after 2 weeks, for free. Moreover, the master is the same one who performed the previous pedicure. She was unhappy with my claim. Then she sat the whole procedure with the same dissatisfied face, she was in a hurry to finish it faster, it felt like I was delaying her. The treatment was done hastily, but somehow it hurt in places. In general, the whole pedicure procedure with removal took half an hour and as soon as I left, the master and the administrator went home, it was Sunday evening after all....It's a pity that the studio has deteriorated so much, I'm unlikely to go back there again. I will try to get good service and quality elsewhere. I think it's even cheaper

When you pay for a manicure above average, it seems that at least a massage with cream or cuticle oil is included in the price of a manicure for 50 rubles (not gel polish). Or a meeting with the administrator. Or an offer of water, rather than the phrase "you and yours, I probably won't offer you anything." In other studios, they bring candy to their coffee) in thekitchen, for less money, they massage up to the elbow) a pedicure for 40 minutes is generally a bomb, because the device can be processed very quickly without much attention to detail. She does the perfect manicure and pedicure, after which the cuticle looks great for 4 weeks, and not like a terry towel.
