Great hotel!Everything is clean!Friendly staff.Excellent breakfast.Convenient location.The beach can be reached on foot.For those who wish, there is a scheduled TukTuk to the beach.this is a free service)In general, the hotel and the territory are pleasantly pleasing to the eye!The design is modern!Lots of locations for photo lovers!Margarita, the Russian-speaking manager, is a very pleasant girl.I recommend the hotel!

If it were possible to put a ZERO, I would put a zero. We stopped at this hotel for two nights, I wanted to stay on this beach. We arrived late, at twelve o'clock in the evening, the reception was no longer working, there was a phone number at the reception that you need to call and the admin from the next bar will come. A girl came, took us to the room and told us to come to the reception at 10 a.m. tomorrow. When I entered the room, my first desire was to run away from there. I've never seen such squalor before. Everything is very gloomy, midges are flying, the smell of urine. A bed with stains, towels that have lived for years and the smell is not pleasant from them. The positioner barely works, it cools poorly. We had no choice, it was too late to go anywhere. But the most interesting thing started at night. We didn't sleep all night, but listened to rats running, screaming, and fighting on the roof of our room (the rooms consist of one-story houses). It was a nightmare, of course. Barely waiting for the morning, we went to the nearby cool cafe AVO, had a great breakfast. The receptionist told me about the noise in the roofs, and the receptionist confirmed that it was rats. Apparently this is the norm for them. We couldn't change the room, everything was busy. The neighbors also have the same picture, they say that they make a lot of noise. We could not change the hotel, there are no rooms available, if only for 50 thousand baht. I asked for measures to be taken with the rats. Men came and poured poison on the roof. It helped, there was silence, but it began to smell like poison, we spent the whole night airing the room, opening the front doors and keeping watch so that no one ran through them. In the morning, we actively packed our clothes and were about to leave, but another event occurred, a huge monitor lizard ran into the next room, 50 centimeters in length, it was caught by the hotel staff. No wonder we were watching at night so that no one would run into us)))). In general, the hotel is not pleasant and not comfortable. I would never recommend it to anyone. Therefore, it is better to overpay a little, but go to another place. I can't appreciate the breakfasts, they didn't take them, if they had, they probably wouldn't have eaten in such a dirty environment.

We booked through booking, checked in quickly, A good hotel, clean, towels are changed every day, bathrobe and slippers - once every 3 days. The room has everything you need, tea, coffee and water are replenished daily, 10 minutes to the sea at a calm pace. Near 7eleven, papaya, veranda. I recommend.
