excellent conditions, excellent location, very human prices. with balcony doors, be careful only if you pull hard - it can fall out of the runners :)) But maybe it's just me who's so lucky.
it is better to eat somewhere outside, - 400 meters away one of the main streets of the district passes, there is a lot of everything.

Nice apartments, swimming pools at each building, a mini store, Thais squeeze juice in the yard. Chekhov cafe with Russian cuisine! They used the gym to the holes....

The most disgusting condo in Phuket. Starting from the parking lot, ending with cleanliness and the apartments themselves . It's not worth a ruble. The noise of the neighbors is just tinny. A kilowatt costs 10 baht, water costs 6, and it is very expensive. Think very carefully before booking.
