We had a family vacation in Gagra in the guest house "Nadezhda". A wonderful, clean, soulful house. A large gazebo on the second floor (overlooking the mountains and even the sea is visible) where we spent evenings, played board games, had dinner and just rested. The room has new furniture, air conditioning and everything is clean and tidy. The location is simply gorgeous, there is everything nearby (canteens, shops, cafes, pharmacies), but most importantly, the embankment and the sea are 1 min. And of course, I would like to express my gratitude to the hostess Nadezhda for her hospitality, kindness and help in any matter. Thank you so much!!! ❤

I had a rest in September 2023 at Nadezhda. An incredibly hospitable hostess: she will always tell you where to eat better, in which pharmacy and what drug you can buy, where to find an ATM, how to get to the market, how to be treated for the notorious rotovirus. The most pleasant thing was the feeling that I had come to visit my relatives.
If we talk about the housing itself, everything is wonderful! It is a 3-minute walk to the sea. The rooms are immaculately clean, the bathroom is also impeccable. The kitchen with dishes allows you to eat not only in cafes and canteens, but also on the spot. The veranda with tables on the 2nd floor is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Breakfasts here set the mood for the whole day!
Can I recommend this holiday accommodation? Definitely yes!
And yes, according to the established tradition, I will return here this year.

I want to share my kindest impressions and wish prosperity, health and well-being to Vera and Nadezhda Vasilyevna. We are staying at the guest house Nadezhda for the second time. Hospitable, hospitable hosts will always prompt, responsive to any requests. The atmosphere is homely, there is a shared kitchen, you can cook everything, the rooms are clean, air conditioning, TV, shower, there is always hot water. The territory is always clean, there is a terrace where you can drink tea and just relax.The location is just super, the sea is a hundred meters away, a busy street, there are all shops, pharmacies, cafes, canteens. We already miss you very much and we will come back again ❤❤

We had a vacation in Gagra in July 2023 with our family, and lived in the Nadezhda guest house. Very hospitable hosts, comfortable room with air conditioning, hot water was always available, refrigerator, TV is also in the room. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook and have lunch. My two children and I were comfortable and comfortable. There is also a terrace on the second floor, in the evenings we drank tea there, and it felt like we were sitting in a cafe. The street is central, there is everything from pharmacies to cafes, shops and hairdressers. And the biggest plus is that the sea is literally a 2-3 minute walk away, which is very important for families with children. I recommend

If you want to relax in Abkhazia , directly in Gagra as at home, then you only need Hope .This house is filled with soul and warmth and of course cordiality .Cleanliness and order everywhere,rooms for any request,furniture is all new,there is a shared kitchen,refrigerators,microwave,dishes, well, everything you need,ironing board.The veranda on the second floor is a separate song, everything is drowned in flowers, a barbecue for lovers of kebabs and evening gatherings.To the sea at a slow pace of 3 minutes along the main street .
The last time my husband and I were in October ( this is not the first trip to Gagra ) we always stay at Nadezhda 's , and judging by the fact that the vacationers with whom we were there , also come not for the first time .
Regarding the bad reviews, I can only say how you feel, and kvam will be treated, this is a human factor, you will not please everyone.I , in turn , want to wish health to this beautiful woman for many many years , and that there would always be a lot of guests in her house and prosperity in her business .

I would like to share the most pleasant impressions of staying at the Nadezhda guest house. We are incredibly lucky that we got to this place! The hostess of the house, Nadezhda, welcomed us cordially and warmly! The house has cozy rooms, a beautiful courtyard and an incredible veranda and cleanliness everywhere. The atmosphere is homely, the attitude towards the guests is very good, everything is friendly. Many thanks to Nadezhda Vasilyevna and Vera for their care and such a sincere attitude! It's only been a month since we left, and we already miss this place, the cozy house and the kind people who surrounded us with their attention! With great gratitude.

We were the first to arrive in Abkhazia 15 years ago. I really liked the nature, but we couldn't find a place to live. For 3 years, we were lucky enough to get to Nadezhda, and now Abkhazia and Nadezhda's family have become like our own. We were happy to travel 3-4 times a year, and we don't need Turkey and Egypt. A very hospitable family, clean well-groomed rooms, the house has everything you need. Within walking distance, the sea, shops, not expensive and delicious canteens. An excellent gazebo with a barbecue area, with a wonderful view of the mountains. The price category of the rooms is excellent compared to hotels!!! We are really looking forward to another vacation. Nadezhda Vasilyevna, thank you for the patience of our vacationers, we are all with our cockroaches! You are the best, if you go, then only you.☺💕💕

Nice guest house, friendly hosts, barbecue area in the gazebo. The place is good, 5 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, there are shopping stalls nearby, a good dining room, in general there are a lot of canteens and fast food establishments. You can safely go.

We just returned from vacation. And it's very strange to read that someone didn't like the owners. Apparently, the guests were like that, because we were greeted with such kindness of heart. that we had a complete feeling that we had come to our relatives. We had a rest with a big family and met each person with a smile every time. We rented 2 rooms, and the quality of service was 5 points. We have been coming for 3 years and the service is only improving, fast Internet, allowed us not to break away from work processes even on vacation. We spent so many good gatherings on the veranda, not only with our family, but with other residents. The sea is warm and transparent. In general, the vacation once again made us fall in love with Abkhazia. We will definitely come back next year.

Disgusting hospitality, boorish attitude towards guests. The rooms are not worth the money. Dirty, damp, with an unpleasant smell. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, the furniture is tired. My children and I were kicked out into the street for using the shared laundry.with a typewriter without warning the owners. They offered to pay them after washing, but in response, insults were showered on us and they gave us 20 minutes to pack up to move out. They took money for 4 days, as for 5 days. The payment rules changed at the time of the congress. They spoiled the overall impression of Abkhazia. Don't set foot there anymore.

We had a family vacation with children in July 2022. The territory is not well maintained, the room is dark, the furniture is old and creaky. The price does not match the quality. But that's half the trouble. The owners are not adequate, boorish attitude towards the guests. I had to move out so as not to spoil my vacation.
