There have always been smiling and polite baristas, but today it's just some kind of joke.…The girl came up to the counter, typing a message on her phone, didn't even look up, I found what I was looking for in the menu and greeted her, letting her know that I was not just an onlooker but a customer, to which the person grunted hello in response, looked up for a second and looked back at the phone, I stood for another 20 seconds and realized that the person was not interested in my job and my client, and I just left.I understand everything, you could at least say hello normally and say sorry for a couple of seconds, I might lose the thought of the message, I'll finish and accept the order....well, or something like that, I would understand and wait, but to hammer the bolt that a man is standing right in front of you... it's just a disregard for his own guests/ customers.
