The Internet is extremely bad. I live in room 207, I talk on the phone only in the toilet (it catches the best there). Moreover, upon arrival, I clarified that a good signal was important to me, it was said "everything is fine with the Internet." It is not true. Now I am writing this review in general via roaming (specifically, there is no Internet at all right now). I had to ask for a broken toilet brush twice. Maids don't come into the room every day.

Excellent and very comfortable hotel!
The staff is polite and friendly!
Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture,comfortable bed, snow-white fluffy towels and bed linen. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay! I am pleased that I chose Nacho Hotel for the duration of my business trip.

We expected more. Firstly, the room was not ready by 14:00 for our check-in. We waited for about 30 minutes. It's not a big deal.
The Internet in the room (we had 209) caught poorly.
There is a lot of garbage under the refrigerator, there is dust, perhaps the maids do not have checklists or appropriate training.
The standard room is generally acceptable. Let's look at the breakfasts. I hope everything will be smoothed out in the next few days of your stay.

Attention!Withholding money when canceling a reservation.

Good afternoon! We booked this hotel for a trip with friends through Booking, in the period from 09/24/2023 to 09/27/2023, 3 rooms. A request came from the hotel to pay 100% of the reservation in advance. We paid. According to the cancellation condition, when booking more than 3 rooms, a fine of 1 night of stay is provided.
Rallies and demonstrations began in Yerevan, for this reason we canceled the trip. For the cancellation of the reservation, the entire cost was withheld from us, not one night, i.e. 0 rubles were returned.
We have been trying to get the money back through Booking for 2 weeks.
I do not recommend this hotel for booking!

Nice hotel. Nice girls at the reception. I didn't like that the windows are small (I have claustrophobia) and there is a kebab shop under the windows - it stinks periodically. But otherwise, everything is fine, there is a hallway and you can not open the windows. The breakfast is good. The coffee is strong.

We were at this hotel on May 8th, a disgusting place! The staff communicates rudely. Literally entering the room when trying to close the glass door to the bathroom, it shattered into small fragments, injuring a person at the same time. After the call, the cleaning lady came to the reception and a kind of master, who immediately determined that it was our fault! Literally 5 minutes later, we received a call from the reception and were fined 25 thousand rubles! All attempts to contact the owner and resolve the issue with the administrator were unsuccessful, everyone kept saying only one thing, the fine is payable. We did not see any compensation for moral damage, a price list for damage to property and any documents. So if you have extra money, you can go to this hotel!

I wanted to lower the 1 star for the pool, since its temperature is very low, it is very cold, the sauna does not steam so much that I would like to swim in such an icy one. I would like warmth and comfort. And this is not only my opinion, but also 4 other guests. Therefore, it is not worth coming here because of the pool. but! I am not lowering my star thanks to the wonderful staff of this hotel. Natasha is the highest service in the restaurant, a very pleasant girl, a kind and intelligent man, she will help and tell you everything. The guys at the bar are respectable, delicious cappuccino! Cleaning is aerobatics, cleanliness is on the level. A pleasant hotel where you want to live. It's a shame that they don't accommodate animals, otherwise they would have lived there for all 2 months, not 5 days.

The hotel is good. Just keep in mind that when booking, the price is fixed in dollars. We paid 6 thousand more than when booking, and the ruble exchange rate fell. The Wi-Fi is terrible. It knocks out every 3-4 minutes. Excellent swimming pool and sauna. It's great to relax in the evening. Regular breakfasts, no frills, you can eat. The room is small, but has everything you need (bathrobe, slippers, kettle, everything for hygiene).
