We really liked the hotel. Good location, close to the tram (metro), to the beautiful promenade too, there is also an excellent shopping center. There are also many good places nearby where you can have a delicious meal. The hotel itself has excellent breakfasts: a buffet, there is not a lot of food, but there is enough for everyone and everything is very tasty, there was something new every day. Check-in and check-out without unnecessary questions, daily cleaning, friendly staff. The only thing is probably the noise from the neighboring bars, but we were so tired that we almost didn't notice the noise (on Friday and Saturday, of course, it's loud, the rest of the days are fine). And so in general we really liked it, cozy clean rooms, location, price. Probably here again next time.👍

We were with my wife in September and early October 2024. The hotel is excellent. Room 402 is clean and well renovated. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed daily. The breakfasts are decent, there are plenty to choose from and everything is in abundance. Bottled water, tea and coffee bags are brought to the room daily (there is a kettle). Your own balcony from the room. The staff is very polite and helpful, they speak English and Turkish. The location of the hotel is very convenient, all the sights are within walking distance, near tram stops and other transport. There are restaurants and cafes nearby. The sound insulation in the room is excellent, there is no noise from the street. Air-conditioned room.

We recently spent an unforgettable vacation in Istanbul and were completely delighted with the hotel.
Firstly, it is worth noting the convenient location of the hotel - it is located near the tram stop, thanks to this, we were able to enjoy our vacation without spending a lot of time on the road.
There are many good places near the hotel.
It happened that loud music was playing in the establishments, but it did not bother us, because our room was located on the side.
The room itself is small, but very cozy, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and soft, and the bathroom always had fresh towels and high-quality toiletries.
The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, moderately varied. The reception service was fast and friendly, and the staff is always ready to help with any questions and concerns.
I would especially like to mention the work of the staff - they were all very friendly and friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. We felt at home from the very first day of our stay at the hotel.

В целом, в отеле всё хорошо. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки - жили 5 дней, каждый день что-то новое. Есть омлеты, сыры, колбасы. Прекрасная свежая сантехника, удобные кровати, чистое белье, хорошие подушки, кондиционер, каждый день приносили воду. Уборка - как повезет со сменой, но в целом все ок. Запах свежести, чистоты. Каждое утро русская официантка в ресторане, помогает с напитками. В целом, все дружелюбные, отель приятный и не уставший.
Из минусов:
-Дали одну карточку к номеру на двоих, без нее на лифте не подняться. Надо ходить парой:) Мелочь, но хлопоты были.
-Слышимость катастрофическая - все клубы улицы до 3 ночи гремят. Но такой район, ничего не поделаешь. Мы все равно засыпали, но чутко слышащие будут в ужасе.
-Тоже мелочь, но в номер дают 2 одноразовых бумажных стакана для напитков на сутки. Либо один раз пьешь чай, либо воду) Странное решение, при том, что кладут 4 пакетика с чаем, и в холодное время чаю хотелось.

Современный чистый отель в центре города
Удобно расположен на улице с кафе и ресторанами,тихие номера,хорошие европейские завтраки! Рядом остановка трамвая,галатапорт и набережная,метро в 500 метрах! Персонал говорит на русском и Английском языках! Нет таких полчищ людей,как в старом городе,также как нет и торговцев и попрошаек! Удобно добираться и до пешеходной улицы с кучей магазинов,идущей к площади Таксим,и до старого города,нужно просто перейти Галата мост или проехать 2 остановки на троллейбусе

and the location is super. Galata Port is 5 minutes away
The tram and bus stop are 3 minutes away. Starbucks is in the next building

The location is great, the concept is great, but a disco 5 meters from the hotel until 4 a.m. with bass for the whole room is too much.. The hotel management cannot do anything about this problem. This situation overshadowed the whole vacation in your favorite city

We stayed for 3 days. The room, of course, was very small, in fact without a view from the window (there was a view of the neighboring building through the meter). But maybe that's why there was no noise from the street. The room was very quiet. Of the cons of the room: it was cool and very humid, not a new renovation.
Cleaning was done every day (they hung a sign on the door).
Breakfast was included, it was delicious and there was something to choose from.
Overall, I liked the hotel
