I stayed at this hotel from December 1-9, 2024. I really liked the hotel, good location, friendly staff, and excellent food. The hotel is old, of course, but the furniture is being renovated, and the rest has not been affected at all. I will be happy to go to this hotel for the second time, Of course I will advise my relatives and tourists, since I am a travel agent, so I can really evaluate the hotel.
The beach is 10 points on a ten-point scale, the sand is very good, the cafe on the beach is very good, there was no problem with the deck chairs. Access to the sea is good.

Great hotel! It is in the middle category....BUT! Good location in the center, on the main street - lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, bazaars, access to the city + close to the sea. We had a very good rest at this hotel. In a busy place. The hotel has two beaches, the sea is close. Several pools, quiet and cheerful, there are a couple of slides. The most beautiful territory. The rooms are slightly dusty, but not critical, normal cleaning, always clean towels and bed linen. The food is good, there is an abundance of everything. Discos, animation. It's fun for both kids and adults. The staff is friendly, everyone speaks Russian.

This hotel is just my LOVE! We lived in a green area next to a swimming pool with an aquapark. The territory is huge, and I don't even know how many pools there are. But I know for sure that the water park and the bar right in the pool are heated (and we were in January). I want to say separately about the animators, who are just great, and dancing and fitness and evening shows, and at the time of departure there was a live violin in the lobby of the hotel - just unforgettable!!! We ate at the all-inclusive grill bar, it's a food delight, and we were generally fed shish kebab. You can talk a lot and for a long time, but in general I just recommend it!

Great hotel. It consists of the lower main building and the upper bungalow complex. Restaurants are both there and there. The food is quite good. Cleaning every day. Beaches and pools are open only until 6 p.m. and it is very annoying, because it is warm and you want to swim in the pool in the evening too, but alas!
The kettle broke, it was replaced after 5 minutes, the toilet door jammed, it was repaired immediately, but in fact the hotel solves everything promptly, but it's too old
The Internet catches well in the room, but the speed even loads photos for 5 minutes - very slow!
Cleaning every day, they always make cool figures, the children were delighted, they left 3 liters of water for 2 adults and 2 children every day

We lived at 930 on the 2nd floor. There is a brush against all creeping animals so that they do not run through the opening. In general, the hotel can be said to be 4 stars, not even close to 5, I will explain why:
1. The rooms require renovation, the repair honestly looks tired, if possible, arrange for you to be settled in a bungalow, these are two-storey houses divided into 4 rooms, I understand they were built later and there are fewer questions about repairs, however they are located in the far part of the hotel and the time to the beach will increase.
2. Food, don't expect variety for someone. There are few positions, plus it seemed to me that everything tastes the same.
3. You will need to go to the beach through local shopping boutiques, day and evening promoters endlessly pester you with their goods and services.
What I really liked was the staff: friendly and welcoming.
I will plan my next vacation in Egypt at another hotel.

The hotel is great!!! 5 swimming pools , green area , everything is constantly washed, cleaned, cleaned - do not find fault. The rooms are cleaned daily. Food 🔥 meat fish chicken , including grilled . Alcohol is so - so , but in this heat you don 't want to drink .the hotel is not on the first coastline, but the beach is about ten minutes away from a leisurely walk past the shops. Two beaches . One with active animation , the second is slightly to the right , it's quieter there, but also a smaller place for swimming. The entry into the water is very good . The sand . And as a bonus - your own reef!!! With the most beautiful fish that are absolutely not afraid of people and swim next to you))) I would like to mention the work of the animators separately . The guys don 't let you get bored!!! And exercises , and darts , and aqua aerobics, and foam discos on the beach, and evening entertainments for children and adults. The hotel needs renovation!!!
The rooms are not just old, most of the rooms just shouldn't function! The beds are not just hard, the floor is softer than these beds!
All the furniture is just broken into trash, it's just scary to go into the bathroom!
The food is the same every day, they can cook almost nothing.
We were vacationing with a small child, and this hotel is categorically not suitable for this: a lot of stairs, dirty, nothing to feed at all (there is no children's menu), a playground and a room in terrible condition)
For some reason, the reception constantly called the room and woke up the child
It takes about 7 minutes to get to the beach from the main building, but we knew that. But if you are visited, as we were originally, to the upper tier in the mini-hotel, then it takes all 20 minutes to go from there, and even longer to return = all because there is one elevator leading up, it is small, and there are a lot of people. And also it is necessary to go uphill to the upper mini-hotels, which is even more difficult with a stroller, and the promised electric cars are constantly broken.
Living in the main building is also not sweet at all - the music is unrealistically screaming until 23 o'clock.
This is the worst hotel we've been to

A very cool hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day, and if you are a slob, the room is clean after lunch! There are a lot of pools, both sports and heated.. there are always some entertainment programs on the beach of the hotel, then a foam party, then fakirs, then someone else))) alcohol is true for an amateur, but beer is like in childhood))).. the food is excellent, the buffet is bursting with delicious, high-quality food!! Money does not fall from the sky for us, we earn it and we want a decent attitude towards ourselves!!!
We came here for almost three hundred thousand for two. I have not seen this Hotel worse than this 12 times in Egypt.
We understand that prices have not increased to the same extent about the service.
Food and you won't wake up hungry, I give a rating of 3, but it's elementary that there is no coffee and tea in the restaurant where you have lunch and dinner, it's generally trash, you need to drink it only on the 1st floor at the Reception.
Relationships at bars are like cattle.
They do us a favor by pouring any drink into a paper cup, as if we asked them for something here for free.
They only pay attention to their own and foreigners, I have not met that attitude to Russians in more than one hotel in Egypt (rude).
More than once I did not see the administration in the restaurant, at least to express my opinion.

Three stars are cooler than this hotel.

It's really super for your money!
Beach:
The hotel has 2 beaches. One is a little bigger, the other is smaller. In general, they are no different. We went swimming to the next one - to the Marina or to the center, where the hotel is a promenade. The sunbeds are clean, your employees can grab a towel and book a row, ask for tea, but if not, they will quietly leave. On both beaches there is food, a bar, a toilet, a locker room, a shower, towels were changed on both.
The food is decent. Fish products 1 time per week, fish every day, but usually in batter, a lot of beef, turkey and chicken. There was definitely mutton several times. They can cook. Mom is a vegetarian. For her, there was a variety of falafel, chickpeas, NEMASO cutlets (just like the taste of the villa), beans, beans, potatoes, rice, etc. There are few cheeses, we have not tried sausage and sausages. Olives are delicious, vegetables are gorgeous! There are fruits, but they are sliced (minus), there are desserts. There is a large selection of them, but we got tired of them in a week. The coffee is strictly instant, there is a bar in front of the entrance to the restaurant. There are freshly squeezed juices for 75 pounds, fresh coffee (we generally took coffee at the grain poppy near the beach for 55 pounds).
We went to the grill restaurant three times - delicious, newer appliances, beautiful napkins, live music (singer) often plays, don't take a la carte - bullshit bullshit. A paid marine dinner every Friday is $15 per person. On the beach. People really liked it, we didn't get there (our last evening, not to dinner in peace).
The service is decent. They asked to check in earlier - they were settled not at 14/15, but at 11 a.m. (hooray!), the guys at the bar are normal, the alcohol is strange. We took only gin and tonic a couple of times, and so we brought wine with us from Russia.
The staff is dark! Everything is perfectly ironed, the shape is beautiful, everyone is friendly and in business. No one forcibly asked for money. We only gave tea to the suitcase deliverer and the cleaner every day. The security at the hotel and on the beach really looks at the bracelets and does not let strangers through.
The rooms are really old: they have a difference. We lived in the main building for 1 night 341 - a normal room, but noisy. We moved on the second day to bungalow 741. Very decent room. There are all shampoos, soaps, balms, a hair dryer, a shower works well, mold is only under the sink (in some rooms there is more!), there are few outlets - take a tee!!
The cleaner worked super, always washed the floors, changed the towel, changed the bed linen 3-4 times in 7 nights (it was both fresh and killed, but clean). The air conditioner works well, but there are mosquitoes at night. But in fact, everything is old and shabby (well, what can we do), we are calm about it. Cockroaches, any living creatures have not been seen at all! Everything is clean.
Next to the fix price hotel, 3.5 km from the large karifur store
To the old town 5 pounds minibus, to Soho 5 pounds, from Soho to the old town 10 pounds. Don't even think about asking the price, just go or not - give the money calmly without change and go. Otherwise, they will take a dollar per person (and take the same 3-4 dollars for a taxi and get out)
The territory is huge, there are many pools, people are all dispersed, no one bothers anyone. We also saw free sun beds on the beach, and good umbrellas.
We are delighted with the hotel - price / quality (there is something to compare it with, 20 years of vacation abroad experience behind us). We'll come back someday.

We bought a tour to Egypt at the St. Petersburg Fun Sun agency. Naturally, they promoted their hotel. According to the description, there was a feeling that this hotel was the best, but immediately upon arrival you realize that this is far from the case and it is not clear how 5 stars were received. A very inflated price, which exceeded 220k in 9 days. The very first day was not one of the best and spoiled the whole impression on the plane. We were not warned that seats on the plane could not be selected in advance and online check-in, as we usually do, was not available, so we arrived at the airport 4 hours in advance and stood in line. Then it was more interesting, in this "chic" plane, for 6 hours, the pallet was given only some kind of bun and a strange piece of sausage inside this bun. It was impossible to eat it. The staff itself is very nice, but it already spoiled the mood at that moment. Upon arrival, we were met and taken to our hotel. And so we are hungry, terribly sleepy and we are told to wait 4 hours for check-in to the room. Although in St. Petersburg we were told that you would have breakfast and move in almost immediately.But this is far from the case, thanks for at least giving me something to eat. We decided not to wait and go to the beach and changed clothes right in the hotel lobby under the creepy stares of the staff. The feeling is not pleasant.Next, they did not give us towels for the beach, saying "$30".The beach turned out to be sooo far from the hotel. This base has been waiting for a long time, purely one car goes back and forth. When one day I felt unwell (pregnant) and could not walk to the hotel, I was told to "wait an hour, the car is charging" and one person is working. Although, again, they said that everyone knows Russian perfectly well and knowledge of languages is not needed. Food topic : a lot of things are not delicious, there is no seafood, only the fish is cheap and not always tasty, the soup is pure broth is not salty, a lot of pastries that are practically not eaten. We are not picky, but finding something delicious to eat is a problem. There is cheap strong alcohol in the bar, you can only drink beer. Heated pools are a myth, we haven't seen anything like this during our entire vacation. They are heated only from the sun. What we liked was the staff.Everyone is polite and smiling.For tips and freshly squeezed juice, they will also bring a sunbed in the shade .

Nice hotel. 10-15 min walk to the sea. The swimming pools on the territory are heated. Very decent food, many types of meat and fish, a variety of desserts and fruits. The animation team is working from morning to evening!

Very clean hotel, well maintained, huge territory, lots of entertainment for children, animators work, so many different ones for adults (4 pools on site), 15 minutes walk from the sea, through the second hotel. They cook very tasty (European food, there is also an Italian restaurant, but you do not need to order a reception in advance). Excellent work by all the staff.
