We rested for two days in a small house, the house is very clean and warm, lots of towels, no dental supplies and slippers - these nuances turned out to be important, because the hotel is not in the city, there are no shops nearby and you will not be able to buy something quickly. A visit to the water park was included in the accommodation, which was very pleasant, but it was no longer pleasant to go there without slippers. The houses had a very uncomfortable lock, at least at house number 9. At night, I had to remember and apply the instructions of a nice woman from a cafe on where to turn the handle and at what point to turn the key. Walking to the cabins from the main hotel, where the reception is not convenient and takes about 20 minutes at a steady pace, you have to climb up the bridge where there is a busy highway and descend, it will cause inconvenience for the elderly or people with strollers. Although they promise to make a crossing over the reservoir, which would be much more pleasant. Very varied and delicious food for breakfast, pleasant and friendly staff in the cafe. The nature of the houses did not leave vivid impressions, in fact, the houses are located in a swamp and the territory of the houses is quite small and sparse, but perhaps it is better here in summer. Thank you for the rest, in general, I rather enjoyed it!

Cozy houses, beautiful location. We were in November, and it should be wonderful in summer. Everything in the houses is new, warm, and beautiful. Everything you need is there.
The breakfast buffet, I didn't even expect it to be so delicious. They fed us and gave us food, even though we refused)
There was an action (a visit to Lebyazhy was included). Actually, that's why we were there.

We rested in a one-room house for two days. We were delighted! Very clean, a set of towels for each guest. There was enough space for two, the road to the hotel is not paved, there is an embankment and gravel, but it is comfortable to drive. I would like to say a special thing about breakfast! The buffet and plus system additionally serves hot dishes to choose from: porridge or omelet with sausages, plus pancakes with cottage cheese, cake, slicing, bread (you can make toasts), yoghurts, cheeses, fruits, various jams and sauces! Definitely no one will stay hungry.
Additionally, you can rent a sauna for several hours, a beautiful territory and there is a place to walk, playgrounds are equipped.
The only drawback is that it is cold in the house at this time of the year, but there is an air conditioner for heating, so it did not interfere.
We will definitely come back again!

We returned from the Park Hotel On the Other Shore two hours ago with positive emotions and a very good impression. I won't say anything bad about the Lebyazhy water park either, it wasn't the first time and everything was great, as always. The park hotel is indeed located on the opposite shore of a rather large reservoir from the water park, and we did not dare to check the staff's words about a 12-minute walk to the water park at minus six and with a breeze and snow (we were with a child). In summer, in good weather, this walk will probably be pleasant and not burdensome, but now we went to the water park by car. About half of the way is a dirt road, about half an hour drive in total. The houses were rented as one-room apartments. I really liked the houses, everything fully corresponds to the description on the website. It was warm and quiet. Separately, I would like to sincerely thank the administrator Lydia for the warm welcome and homely atmosphere! Lydia, thank you so much for your attitude towards the guests! I recommend the Park Hotel for a relaxing stay.

The houses are wooden, which gives them a special charm and smell. For a 5-plus summer vacation. For winter on the four. Yes, it's warm in the house, it's wonderful. But I couldn't have breakfast at the on-site cafe (there aren't many people and it doesn't work all the time).

From the good - excellent nature, a secluded place for those who want to escape from the city. An acceptable breakfast.
The cons are everything else. The house is very small and cramped. If there are more than two people, then you have a choice either to sleep or to eat. There is no more room in the house. If you are traveling by car, then prepare for the fact that from the main building of the hotel, you will go to the houses in a detour, through the warehouse and fields for 20 minutes. Taxis refuse to go there, the nearest shops and cafes are 30 minutes away by car. The territory of the houses has not yet been improved, playgrounds are dug in, but apparently they have not had time to fill with sand or earth yet, after the rain there are just huge puddles and it looks very much like a swamp. Who mounted the toilet is a separate "thank you", a man of large build will be greatly hindered by the wall to go to the toilet. The door to the bedroom and the door to the toilet cannot be opened at the same time. If there are several of you resting, then you need to talk about your movements beforehand.
As a result, it's not worth it at all for that kind of money. There are many different options, with apartments and even cottages much cheaper. Trips to the water park will quite fit into this difference.

I came from Russia for a week.
A very beautiful place, great views.
Pleasant staff who suggested where to go/ go, what to see and where to walk.
Not a single problem has arisen in a week.
The location is generally not bad, the road to the park hotel is gravel with asphalt crumbs, I drove both in rain and in dry weather-it does not blur, you walk calmly 60 km/ h. You can go both to the MKAD and directly to the city. If you go to the water park on foot, then you can manage in 12 minutes slowly, through the park.
I would like to note that, for the middle of autumn and high humidity, the house is warm and dry, there is more than enough heating, there are two convectors and an air conditioner with a heating function.
A boiler with hot water is enough for two adults.
Towels are changed, there are always toiletries, gels and shampoos.
There is a microwave, a kettle, plates, glasses, mugs and appliances.
I was as satisfied as possible and I will definitely come again😌
It's pretty sad to see negative reviews of this wonderful place, people, you want too much for the price of a nickel per day.. ‼️Keep it simple.

We rented a one-room house for two, there is enough space)The house is heated by a convector in the room and in the bathroom, and there is also an air conditioner with a warm blowing function.The house warmed up quickly, the weather was different in 4 days, they did not freeze)On the contrary, it was hot at night, although the convectors were turned off.
A tank of hot water was enough to wash together)There was no such thing as having to wait for the water to heat up.
The WiFi was loaded well, there is a TV.
There is also a kettle, microwave, mini fridge in the house.
The house is located on the shore of the reservoir, the views are beautiful🌅
The road to the house leads through a field, but the road is magnificent)We drove in dry weather, in the rain, and after the rain.Nothing is blurred, there is nowhere to get stuck.(photo attached)

A very cool place!!!! And most importantly, everything is for guests, the houses are comfortable, clean, and smell delicious wood. Children's play areas (loopholes and swings) and recreation areas for adults (benches, swings, hammocks) there are barrel baths with fonts and extraordinary views of the lake (especially in the evening), fishing also takes place. A restaurant with food right at home!

A cozy place exactly on the other side of Pobediteley Avenue. Beautiful view at night. Well-maintained territory. Delicious and hearty breakfast, polite and friendly staff.
One of the disadvantages is the road to the hotel. She's not here. You leave the ring and drive for 15 minutes along a dusty and broken country road. There is no parking as such either.

Great place! I liked living here more than in the Aqua Minsk hotel itself. It is much more comfortable here, clean houses, well-groomed territory, a wonderful restaurant and a very friendly administrator.

There's nowhere to eat. they promised a common equipped barbecue area on the site, these are in fact low barbecues in the thicket of the forest, without paths, tables and benches. It was built on a swamp, it costs water all the time and everything is damp in the house. The houses are micro, made quickly from some kind of waste, but clean, this is the only plus. There is no parking, I had to leave the car just under the trees, which caused concern. because motorcycles and cyclists were constantly riding until nightfall. There is no track either, while it is being built, we walked on sand and dust.

The rest turned out to have an aftertaste of dislike for this place, but not because of the houses, but because of the situation with the booking department. The staff who serviced the cabins is wonderful, but the same cannot be said about those who oversee the booking department!
We were faced with the fact that they wrote to us in a day and changed the price, although the reservation was made a month in advance.
As it turned out, the price changed 2 weeks before our arrival, but no one thought to notify the pre-booked people about the change in their price list.
During the conversation, we were told that everyone was notified on a first-come, first-served basis and it was impossible to notify everyone on the same day. But, what's the problem? As it turned out, we were the only house that stopped by that day. The girl who led the conversation further, who introduced herself as a lawyer, said that we could not have been notified at all, they say, track everything yourself on the site.
Tell me, what is the meaning of my booking on your website?
Customer focus is at zero, it's not about the amount, but about the current situation.
We have never come across such an absurdity, we do not understand the arguments and behavior of the hotel in this situation.
Was it really impossible to resolve this issue at the initial stage so that your clients would want to come back to you again?
Unfortunately, we certainly won't recommend this place to anyone we know, and it won't be worthy for us to have a good day!
