During the repair, they said that there was a factory defect and they sold me a defective phone. Now they are threatening me with court, they are calling me, threatening my mother for a delay of 10 days on the payment after the New Year holidays, they took advantage of the situation and quickly added 100 rubles to the payment on the 11th day. Despite the fact that the staff talked to me last week, they still called my relatives without calling me and threatened to go to court. Boorish attitude and rudeness. And this is considering that the installment payment was 250 rubles before closing. Almost 2000 BR has already been paid.
Even if you have an urgent need, do not take goods or installments from this store, they work according to illegal schemes and threaten.
