We went to buy a Yandex station, but the staff ruined the whole mood.
The price is higher than the 150p price tag, they said this when making a purchase with the words: "we do not regulate the price and are not responsible for this."
They roll their eyes and make a fool of you.
It is extremely unpleasant to communicate.
Incomprehensible conversations among themselves, they did not understand what was happening, there were no explanations, they waited a very long time. They wanted to leave already, because they felt very uncomfortable.
Still, the staff decided to sell at the price indicated on the package, but it didn't make the mood any better, they spent an extra lot of time.
They offered advance installments without overpayments, there was a surprise at the checkout again and the price was several times higher again ("small overpayment" - consultant)
At the moment they did not understand why they were giving us an aerogrill and an electric car, after numerous refusals they were still talking nonsense, instead of talking about what we were really interested in.
We will definitely not return to the store, it is better to go to another place, from where you will leave with a good mood from the purchase.
