Female consultants are not competent in the words they speak. We took an iPhone 13 phone on credit and before that we asked the girl consultant if it was possible to repay ahead of schedule, to which the answer was: "Yes, of course it is possible! If you pay earlier, come, we will request a request to the bank and they will recalculate for you and refund part of the amount."We paid for half a year instead of a year and a half, we arrived and were told: "You don't owe us anything, we don't owe you anything with the bank!" I advise you to educate the girls about the correctness of the information they convey to my customers.
