It's a very careless attitude of employees towards a regular customer, especially since I don't really know the laws. The conclusion is this: the mood is completely ruined, I do not advise other customers to go there, a court application will be filed to solve this problem if the authorities of this incomprehensible office cannot adequately solve it.
I can't say about the attitude, we talked well, BUT now I'm not going there.
