The house is big, there are a lot of beds.At first glance, everything seems great, but:
- you can't put a car on the territory, although there is a check-in and at least two cars will be there.;
- the steps were all covered in ice, no one had sprinkled them or planned them, as they were worried about the deformation of the tiles.
- water, that's the big problem of this place. She disappears and reappears. More than once we stayed in the shower lathered without water;
- the house is cold, especially the upper floors
-A VERY big disadvantage of the administrator: the house was booked several months in advance along with the sauna (sauna in the house), upon arrival we are informed that the sauna is one day and today, as it was rented for tomorrow. They didn't even discuss with us how many days we were renting or when we would like to rent it, they just confronted us with the fact that the sauna was today. On the second day, we watched people from another house relaxing in the sauna in our house, and it was very good to hear from there
- there is no floor covering between the sauna and the pool (slippery)fortunately, there was a bruise. There is one shower stall, but there is no door, which is not very convenient for the company.
- at the check-out, all the dishes were counted, even the spoons and forks, this is the first time this has happened.
Kitchen towels for a large company were initially left 2, at the request of adding two more, they were given two
more - the walls are stained, not critical, but it could be fixed.

We spent the New Year holidays with a very large group - 14 adults, 7 children. To accommodate such a company, you need a big house. It's not easy to find one, but we found it)) There were seven bedrooms in the house, so each family had a separate bedroom. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The living room is large, combined with the kitchen with two entrances, which is very convenient. A large table is the best thing for our company) BUT a huge disadvantage is the lack of water!!!! The problem is just washing the dishes, let alone taking a shower! We washed up fine only when we went to the sauna. The house is a bit dirty, in some places it's battered. There are basically enough dishes, but we brought a lot of our own, including rags..
The house smells of bleach, as there is a sauna with a swimming pool in the house. The bass is big, the kids came off there, but not for long, because there's a lot of bleach, the steam room is small, the pressure in the shower is good. The territory is well maintained, near the lake. We are a noisy company, but there were no complaints. The owners arranged two minibuses for us to travel to Grodno.
In general, we liked it, as it is difficult for us to find such a large house, the layout of the house is expensive. But the house requires cosmetic repairs and more thorough cleaning! Upon departure, they took a fine for a broken mug (no problem) and a broken toilet handle, which was already breathing heavily!

on New Year's Eve in this wonderful place from December 31 to January 2.we chose a house with a sauna. To say that we are delighted is an understatement! A wonderful warm house, a wonderful sauna, a huge territory. The house has everything you need to relax. The amazing owners of the estate, who met, provided everything necessary! The house is clean and tidy. the dishes are clean, everything is cleaned.What a cool pier there is, a lake of extraordinary beauty. I do not know where the negative reviews come from. Apparently, people were just driving with negativity. You can't help but like it there!!! We will definitely come more than once!

I liked everything very much, sauna,swimming pool, territory (clean and tidy), bathroom in the rooms, which is very convenient. It's a very quiet place, it's very important to me. One minus that you have to put up with, the driveway, the horror. But it was worth it. I am very pleased, I advise you.

The photos and description of the estate are colorful, but this does not coincide with reality. The cost of the guest house is 450 rubles and it's not even for a day, because check-in is at 16.00, and you need to leave at 13.00. Ask to wash the dishes after yourself, OK, no problem. Just give me a clean cloth and a sponge! Ours were not the first freshness, it was disgusting even to take them in your hands! In one of the rooms of the guest house, the smell of mustiness and medicine (to the point of nausea). There's a fungus on the ceiling in the other room. The billiard room stinks of dampness and the basement, it was not possible to be there. There are a lot of cobwebs on the terrace, the tiles are broken, and the fence is shaking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

We rented a "House with a Sauna"
But about everything in order
1. The road to this "splendor"
Let's omit the fact that these are solid pits where you can easily leave the bumper.
Overgrowth is the first problem that scratches your car furiously.
The solution? Garden shears and an hour of work.
2. Next, the road from the gate awaits you (because you cannot put the car on the territory, you leave it in the forest, near the almost fallen fence of this "splendor") All the way home.
No path/path or anything like that, just walking through the grass, bypassing some rotten logs.
If you arrive at night, you need to have a flashlight with you. There is no lighting at all.
3. Great, we got home🎊
We step onto the terrace and fly down.
Holes are not visible (not all over)
If you know their location, you safely bypass them.
The rest seems to be normal if the table, chairs-thanks.
Oh, that's just the wall near which it all stands-a collection of dust, cobwebs, remnants of the barbecue of the past guys. And no, they did not fail to put it in order after the last guys, it had not been cleaned for 5 years. I'm not the most squeamish person, but it wasn't pleasant.
4. The house itself + is not bad.
There are beds on the second floor, the bed linen is clean and it smelled nice-they really did well here.
A bathroom/shower room is just something out of this world.
The toilet is rusty, the slope is unfinished.
The shower itself is completely red, taking it in your hands is fu.
The most annoying thing is that the price of the issue is 30 rubles from Wildberries.
5. The steam room itself is good, there are no complaints here.
6. Let's go back to the kitchen to get the dishes.
Dirty, divorced- you need to wash everything.
And why is it dirty? Because everyone needs to wash the dishes after themselves, according to the "Rules of the manor"
No, I'm not too lazy to wash the dishes after myself-But.
But I believe that this should be done by the staff of each manor / house for a day, etc.
Because the dishes should be washed by a special person. By any means, and preferably in the dishwasher-so that the temperature there should be such that any microbe dies. But they think differently and they don't care about sanitary conditions from a high bell tower.
And of course we didn't wash the dishes after ourselves. We have removed all the leftovers of food, sauces and other things from it. We are cultured people. But the female administrator considered this a malicious violation of the rules, decided to yell and tried to charge 1.5 rubles per person for not washing dishes. The money is lachrymose, but it's a matter of principle.
Results
Of the advantages, the sauna is not bad.
Cons-Unsanitary conditions
It was well built 10 years ago, but alas, time is falling apart.
It is clear that no one is studying now.

Staff (not talking about all of us being unlucky)
Instead of being a professional, it's easier to open a food intake and start scolding like cats who shit than to find a solution to the problem
We paid 300 rubles per day for this "splendor". It's not a pity for the money spent, it's a pity that such unscrupulous "businessmen"
got it a lot or a little, it's up to you.
But I sincerely do not recommend wasting time visiting this.
I think that with this money there are places much cooler, closer and more competent people work there.

I liked the manor, there is a lot of space to accommodate guests, the kitchen-dining room is excellent, everything is at hand. A special impression was made by the billiard room, spending time playing and talking. Of the disadvantages, I would like to note the bathrooms, there was not enough cleanliness and disinfection, neatness. There was dust accumulation in many places, and an unpleasant smell was present in the corridors.

We were here from May 21 to May 23.The house is big.The water in the pool for children is cold and awesome.The exit is directly to the lake.Gazebo ,mongal, pond .....The disadvantage is that after departure you have to clean up after yourself (put the furniture in place, wash the dishes .....)And this is for such money!!!!!!!💥
