We came for the first and last time. Firstly, I did not understand why coffee was brought to me in a single cup, and everyone else at our table was brought their drinks in regular mugs. It feels like I'm not sitting in an institution, but I'm already being kicked out into the street. When the main order was brought to us, we realized that we would not eat enough (we did not read that it turns out that Julienne is served here with a ridiculous portion of 150 grams), we decided to order more pizza and this was the worst decision. It immediately became clear that it was tasteless, but with each bite it felt stronger: half-baked dough, cheap and therefore just disgusting sausage and cheese, pineapples in general seemed stale. As a result, such a lunch made me feel bad. Coming here was the worst decision.

First of all, paid sugar, where have you seen this, well, you didn't ask for salt! We ordered tea with cranberries and orange 800ml, brought a kettle half filled there, it just wouldn't be enough even for two mugs, two cranberries floated, there was no orange🤣 the price is as if it floats!
The waiter walks for a long time, did not bring the appliances, although he brought salads, about salads, eggplants are not fried, they do not even crunch, the salad "bright" waited 30 minutes, as a result they brought without pomegranate, they claimed it should be, then they said it just ended, naturally the salad was counted at full cost, mayonnaise in I didn't find him either! The idea of the institution is interesting, but the service, staff, etc. is not very good, we rarely visit Rudny, but of course we were disappointed! The owner of the establishment needs to change something, otherwise you will not have customers! Nobody gave me the number of the manager/director! 🤷♀️

The food is delicious, but often the food is spoiled, I waited 2 hours for an order for 2 pizzas to pick up myself.Another time, they ruined a set of sushi for 6000 tenge.I have not received any refund .The service is very long.Waiting for dishes for at least an hour.The waiters forget about you, one such case I waited for 1 small pizza for an hour and a half, then my pizza was cooking, then there were no ingredients, after 15 minutes I asked how things were with the order, they told me that they had forgotten about me.And it turns out that for all the time I was waiting, I got a burnt pizza.The old receptionist knew me as a regular customer.It discourages all desire to come here again .1 star is deserved

Very long service, the pizza was cooked for 40 + minutes, and during the order they said 15 minutes and it will be ,
1. they did not give plates for pizza
2. pizza is brought in traffic jams for delivery
4. dirty glasses were brought for juice, customer orientation is 3.
5. we ordered a liter of juice for a child, brought cold, asked if there was a warm one, unfortunately not.
6. juice with a straw waited for 20 minutes until they reminded us that we were waiting.

The quality of the dishes is good, everything is delicious!!! There is no service!!! You can sit for 20-30 minutes pressing the bell and no one will come to you!!! And after they have accepted the order, they can come in 20 minutes and say that something is missing or mix up the dishes and change them for another 15 minutes!!And this is all at a business lunch where everything should already be ready and the goal is to have a quick lunch and run on to work!!! Spending 1.20-1.30 on a business lunch is a very long time!!! Last time I sat for 20 minutes and my order was not even accepted!!! I'm not going there anymore!!! My husband ordered a business lunch and was pleased with it. I showed off and ordered a Poke bowl with chicken. The dish was different from the picture on the menu. The cook did not comply with the TC: the output of the dish is consistent, but the weight ratio of the ingredients is not. Again, I was deceived by the picture in the menu. It tastes like kutya with vegetables and 50 grams of dry chicken. The rice was floating in poke sauce, and for a moment it was very sugary. As a result, I didn't finish it. 1600 is not a lot of money, but it's a shame that I leaked it to this one. I do not recommend this institution to anyone.

I liked this democratic and crowded cafe. Convenient order format: I came, sat down, looked at the menu through the QR code at the table, pressed the button to call the waiter. The furniture is fresh, the tables are clean, and the music is pleasant. The Greek salad and sea buckthorn tea were on the level, and the lamb kebab was just amazing, and the portion was large with pita bread, cabbage and two sauces. We prepared everything quickly.

The qr application itself does not function correctly, it writes one thing and another, links go to other numbers, and not to the institution itself. Rude staff. There are no menu instructions, no table numbers, which indicates qr as a must!!! We waited for the waiter to come, but he never came! As a result, instead of coming to enjoy a delicious lunch, we just sat for 40 minutes and left on our nerves!!!!! And if a person's phone is dead, does he not eat??? The system is not correct, the service is weak under 0 even!!!! Only wasted nerves and time!!!! I won't say anything about the food because it's stuck on the menu. Now we will avoid it!
