It's clean and cozy. The receptionist Nazira is hospitable, attentive and very culturally behaves and talks to the guests, unlike in other places. In the kitchen, they cook very tasty, everything that is on the menu will be prepared. They work around the clock.

Nice clean SPA complex, courteous staff, a variety of SPA services, good cuisine. An unstable water supply can be noted as a disadvantage, hot water overpowers cold water.

One of the best saunas in Almaty, especially the steam room, the humidity is good, does not burn the skin, the temperature is added by steam, the pool is clean, the kitchen is very tasty, we are regular guests here, thanks to the staff for cleanliness and comfort
