It is a modern business center with good office space and convenient location, which facilitates access for customers and employees. The staff is polite and always ready to help. However, sometimes it can be difficult to find parking, especially during rush hours. Overall, this is a great place to work, and I would recommend it for office rentals!

From the pros, a beautiful panoramic view from the windows and a cafe downstairs. Although the prices in the cafe are not cheap. Further cons. The biggest disadvantage is the elevators. They are slow and not enough for so many people. Secondly, the inability to go outside by stairs. It does not meet the fire protection requirements at all. Thirdly, there are constant traffic jams between houses and business centers, for example, the Buro Haus business center.
