The monument is always well maintained. It's clean around him. Flowers are planted on lawns in season. There is a small area opposite the monument, which everyone uses as a parking lot. The monument stands a little away from the sidewalk and therefore you can drive up to it in a wheelchair and stand without disturbing others.
