We stayed at this terrible hotel from October 20th to November 2nd. They put me in a dirty room, a family suite, as it is called. To which the receptionist replied that the cleaning was carried out and the next one is tomorrow. As a result, the same thing happened on the second day. I already went down to get the manager and the girls had to clean up again. But it all turned out to be in vain🤨 Apparently they had never heard of general cleaning between arrivals, it was worth moving the bedside table or bed a little....what was not there...! To which the manager bluntly said: "If you were counting on cleanliness, then you chose the wrong hotel!" The water in the sink did not drain, it was clogged, and it was cleaned only on the 10th day of our vacation. About food in general, a separate conversation, it's just terrible, the food is tasteless, spicy, only steamed chicken is made of meat, liver and ventricles a couple of times, soy cutlets and soy sausage, they don't even know how to cook potatoes, it's not possible to eat, plus everything is spicy, my daughter ate only cheese and jam with bread and milk. Of the fruits, only apples and tangerines. From sweet baklava and jams in tartlets. The only plus is a lot of greenery mmm. About the beach: there are naturally not enough sunbeds even for half of the hotel, if you do not take it at 7 a.m., there is no point going to the beach at all, or just swim and back to the room. In 13 days, the bed was changed once, and the towels 2 times. It has been raining for the last 2 days, as a result, half of the room was in the water, although all the windows were closed. To which the manager said so: "Well, it was raining heavily, that's natural!" It turns out this way all the time and no one eliminates it. It also turned out that the hotel has paid Wi-fi, for 2 weeks you need to pay $ 12 per device. I will not advise anyone!

The hotel is not new, but clean and tidy. For its price, it is the best option. We rested on 15-22.11.19. The room is clean, the staff is friendly and friendly, the kitchen is simple but delicious, the sea is warm, the beach is sandy. Even the dogs on the beach, and those are megapositive. Two swimming pools, from 12 to 15 free sauna and hammam, from 15 water slides) There is a gang of seals operating on the territory, who are trying to get into the restaurant. They are also very funny guys. There is a small "bazarium" nearby - you can buy a lot of things there. The hotel offers scooter and car rentals. The center of Alanya is 25 minutes away by car. We had a family vacation (3 adults and 2 children) in September 2021. We haven't been on vacation for 7 years, we originally planned to go somewhere else, but at the very last moment everything changed, we lost money for reservations and tickets. Therefore, we chose based on the budget and location to the sea. We have carefully read all the reviews and prepared ourselves. We took some food with us (sausage, roach, sweets for children, alcohol, etc.), but it turned out to be in vain - the food was wonderful, the choice is small, but everything is very tasty. Even my child, with her diet from a gastroenterologist, could always have a full meal.
They settled us in a one-room room with a missing number of beds, but we immediately removed this issue (for money) and we were moved to the only luxury two-room room in the hotel with a sea view.
After reading the reviews, I immediately understood the condition of the hotel and, following the advice of one of the comments, did not pay attention to the jambs (a layered door, a stain on the bedspread, a torn curtain, etc.). It's unpleasant, of course, when you refused only fives before, but when there was no choice, then these are all small things. We were just sleeping in the room and that was all we cared about. The only thing that was not convenient was that the shower flowed all over the bathroom and in the evening there was no hot water, because everyone washed after the beach and before us on the 5th floor. She didn't get there. But we have coped with this as well: towels were put under the shower, and we washed either a little earlier or later than everyone ran to the rooms from the beach before dinner.
Room cleaning did it to be the best, rarely, not qualitatively, but we squeezed out the cleaner ourselves, asked to wash the floors, there was a lot of sand in the rooms after the beach, towels were changed a couple of times, but we are not pigs. A few times we wiped the floor with a towel ourselves, I don't see anything wrong with that. We didn't dwell on it and learned to enjoy other things.
It's 100m to the sea, I thought it would take longer, the beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is smooth - that's the best thing for children!! But the only thing that was not convenient was the minimum number of sunbeds. But we coped with this too - we sent our own before breakfast and he occupied the sun beds for us.
We went to the fruit market a couple of times - very good prices and very tasty. We went with our family to Sia Park and Dolphinarium - it's a bit expensive for 5 people, but it's very interesting and vivid impressions.
Therefore, if you do not bother, go prepared, then your vacation will be pleasant. For such a price, we had a great rest!!! It would be more expensive in our south. Thanks to the hotel staff for their responsiveness and understanding!!! A hamamshchik - a separate respect - is a very Good person, he has helped many times and is a master of his craft!!!!

We rested at the Musea Hotels Incekum hotel from 07/15.21 to 07/23.21 Thanks a lot for the reviews! Thanks to them, we knew where we were going and prepared.
So, a little advice: - "Humanly, you come in with a positive, you get this attitude!!!"
We were determined to notice only the pros, close our eyes to the cons, solved-solve, so the rest turned out great! According to the reviews, they realized that everything is bad with alcohol in this hotel - weak, Turkish vodka; wine sour as vinegar; beer is more or less nothing... and all this is strictly before 23:00, of course, because it's not the ultra five. That's why we took viskarik with us (the problem is solved)
For some reason, it is important to many how often the room is cleaned, we were not up to it, we did not come to stay in the room, we only came to sleep. The most necessary things were: Shower, air conditioner, refrigerator was working, shampoo, gel, toilet paper, drinking water was brought! Once cleaning was needed - they asked, they cleaned up right away, no problem! We need to talk! (The staff is listening and ready to help)
Someone writes the food is terrible! But we liked everything!!! Thanks to the chefs, they tried their best! (Although it was very hard for them, the heat is insane, the grill is working)
From meat: Chicken (stewed, fried, grilled, on a "spit" as for shavukha) nuggets, a couple of times you walk from beef. There was always a fish. Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, carrots, cabbage, eggplants, zucchini, bell peppers, beans, spinach, greens, pickles, an appetizer reminiscent of our horseradish. Side dishes: spaghetti, bulgur, rice, baked potatoes, fries. In short, I don't know what else people need, we were full and satisfied! Capricious boyars - welcome to more expensive hotels, pyaterochka! The animation is weak, although the guys are good, the advice to the management is not to be stingy, and sometimes invite artists, dancers, illusionists (we rested in the other four, everything was fine)...but, again, we solved the flaw for ourselves...We met wonderful people and had a great, fun company! The music plays well, sometimes darts, water aerobics during the day.And if you also go on excursions, then animation is not really needed. In general, the 4-star hotel does not pull, everything is old, in need of repair...the second pool, indoors, does not work, and the current one is too small ...

Even 5*, if there was a Turkish sauna with humid air, and not just a Finnish one...but, again, this is my personal opinion. However, I was delighted anyway!!! Reasonable price! Professional massage therapists without a drop of vulgarity!!! My husband was allowed to attend all 1.5 hours of massage, take pictures, gave delicious tea, made a chocolate face mask for him as a bonus, and was given a massage mitt)))...After the massage, the man consulted about my problem areas and turned out to be right! They usually say to this - "Yes, they lie, they make money" no, not here! You can't divorce us!)))...No one insisted on going to a massage course, they just advised me to deal with problem areas upon arrival home. The head of the hamam Bilal is a sincere person!!! Thank you so much for your love and responsible approach to your work!!! The emphasis is immediately felt not to rob the tourist, but to provide professional services and to make the tourist satisfied! I advise everyone! it is advisable to remove the "old skin" in the hammam on the first day of rest. I usually burn right away, this is the first time when I did not blush like a boiled crab, but turned dark, thanks to the coffee scrub in the hammam!

That's what we're mainly flying to Turkey for! The beach is just around the corner from the hotel. The sea is clean, warm as porky milk. It is a little inconvenient that there is no bar on the beach, only a booth with water, and that is not always open, saving should be economical)
You can take a mask, a water-permeable phone case, dive, take pictures of beautiful fish, you can go on a yacht tour, they stop at turtle island, the emotions are enormous. It is better to take a tour in the "kiosks" on the streets there are plenty of them, the hotel is twice as expensive.
Another personal nuance: The middle of July is not a good time for everyone to relax in Turkey, for example, it was hard for me from the heat, very stuffy, around the clock! It is more or less fresh at night, at sea, and this is a plus that has blocked the minus from the heat - unforgettable walks along the night beach, swimming with the whole cheerful company in the beautiful, warm sea!

We were here from September 21 to September 30 for 66 thousand for two. Immediately specifically.
Cons:
A small, cramped, and most importantly dirty beach with dead sunbeds and mattresses that need to be occupied in the morning. There are a lot of cigarette butts underfoot, which the beach cleaner, who appears at 11 o'clock, does not clean at all. Especially the contrast with the neighboring beaches of the hotels, okay 5 * is understandable, but next to 4* Green Fugla, much cleaner and freer.
Dirty corridors in the hotel, crumbling plaster, which was removed only after 3 days. Wet cleaning in the rooms is rarely done, although water is supplied every day. The bed and towels were changed once in 10 days, and then they were not thrown on the floor yet, leaving a tip.
The room is large, but with old furniture, a small TV with 5 Russian channels. The old air conditioner hums and turns off with a bang. It cools in one mode, it does not respond to the remote control. The handle of the balcony door is broken, it was barely closed. The window also does not close tightly, and therefore the item below.
It's very noisy in the evenings. The Windows, although with a beautiful view of the sea, but at the same time at the neighboring hotel, which has a very loud evening animation until 23. Then the noise from the road, although it is 200 m away. And apophyosis, this is the regular rumble from garbage collection from the hotel kitchen at 5 am. The car is humming like a helicopter is taking off!
If you get up early in the morning at sea, then it is not possible to get enough sleep.
The food is average. Yes, there are a lot of vegetables and they are diverse, both fresh and stewed. But there is no meat except chicken, and it is simply chopped together with the bones. Sometimes kebabs made of pressed minced meat of unknown composition are fried on a large stove. Sausage is generally terrible, as are sausages in the morning. The fish was often, but very, very tough. Or dark tuna or overcooked mackerel. It is not possible to eat without sauce.
Of the fruits, only apples and chopped oranges. There were grapes and pears twice.
Alcohol, sorry, shit. The incomprehensible vodka 37.5 degrees is always warm. And the local grape rakia or rake, although 42 degrees, but smells like cologne. I saw the wine 2 times, as if it was hidden. The only thing I liked was Efes beer. Draught, fresh, alive. Maybe because it's cold, it's great in the heat.
By the way, all alcohol is poured into disposable soft plastic cups. 250 ml beer, nonsense!
The barmen boys are arrogant, with ironic grins.
Cola, Fanta, local yupi-type drinks, so-so.
On the beach, there is only water and jupi juice in the kiosk bar. Beer is only near the pool, since it is 150 meters from the sea.
There is no animation, from the word at all.
The territory of the hotel is very small, although green, with palm trees, bushes and flowers.
Now the pros, but they are mostly not from the hotel, but from the sea.
The beach is exactly 100 steps from the back exit of the hotel.
The sea is clean with a smooth sandy entrance to the water.
And most importantly, I found a real coral in the bay! I took flippers and a mask with a snorkel with me, just in case. I thought, at least not Egypt, I'd watch something. And here we are so lucky. I swam every day for an hour or more in the morning, and besides the usual variety of fish and schools of fish near the coral, I saw sea urchins, crabs, squid, needle fish, flounder, stingrays and even moray eels 3 times every day!
As a result, I can say that the hotel is not worth even this modest money.

We went for a massage, very friendly host. Of the minuses, (who pays attention to this)-the lamp by the bed is broken, the outlet in the shower. If it rains heavily, then the roof leaks in the dining room (not everywhere, of course). But we are going for positive emotions!!! Who needs comfort super, it's not here, but in hotels at a price two to three times more expensive. The place is not crowded, calm.there is a park with pine trees nearby, very beautiful. Even in winter.

We were with our daughter (5 years old) in October 2019.Yes, at that time, in the rooms on the 3rd floor, people complained about bedbugs .I didn't have them in my room. By the end of the season, the food was modest without frills and assortment .But we had no departure, neither I nor the child. Yes, modestly but without harm to the body.
Animation. There was a mini disco , for children 1 hour ) The animator Tim , the kids really liked it .There were no evening shows , but what was , well ..they were molded from what was there .

Hammam and massage in the basement of the hotel.

In October 2021, I bought a tour to Turkey from Coral Travel in the supposedly 4-star Mysea hotel incekum, but it turned out that the hotel was absolutely terrible, a dumpster, not even 3 stars. I asked Coral travel to replace the hotel, but they demanded a large surcharge for replacing it with another 4 star hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They didn't give me another room in the morning, but they promised to carry out sanitation during the day, and for this I should get out of the room before evening. The day after a sleepless night, I walked along the beach-reception, in the evening they let me into the room, at night I examined hourly - there seemed to be no bedbugs. But sleep and mood are already at zero. Well, on the third night, everything returned with renewed vigor... I packed my things at one o'clock in the morning, came to the reception, said that I would not return to the room, dozed there on the sofa until 5 am, when someone left, they let me into an unmade room, gave me 2 sheets)))) But there, hooray, there were no animals!
I was waiting for some - well, not bonuses from the hotel, but at least I didn't get an APOLOGY, although I already told the hotel guide, the receptionist, and the receptionist directly about it. I thought I was just so unlucky, but it turned out that half of the hotel was in the same situation, and I was lucky - they still "gave out" a clean room in the end, and the rest suffered like that. For all 10 days, I saw handlers walking around the hotel with equipment, but bedbugs and grief are not enough - they temporarily move to neighboring rooms, and then return. Therefore, no one apologized that it was not an emergency, but the norm. Until now, when I remember, it starts to shake. I've been to Turkey a hundred times, but this is the first time I've been ambushed.

The food was monotonous every day (chicken, fish was two times in two weeks), from fruits only watermelon, apples, melon, once there were grapes and plums. There is no animation for adults, for children - there was a disco every day. At the reception, the young guys pretended not to hear you, they were always on their wave, except for the girl. 👍👍👍. The guys from the sauna are great. They are always friendly, they will tell you what, where and how. Massage class.

We had a rest with my son from September 11 to September 20. The hotel did not quite meet our expectations, but overall we were satisfied. The biggest disadvantage is a very small beach. The sun beds are close together and fifteen rows from the sea, and all without mattresses. There are always seats in the back rows, and seats by the sea are occupied at 7 a.m. There is no volleyball, there is no water aerobics either. The rooms are quite decent, everything works, they clean well. The staff is helpful and helpful.

Good afternoon! What I want to say about this hotel .A budget hotel for that kind of money. We had a rest in February 2019 from February 1 to February 7. Cons: there was no light on the first day we arrived. Our documents were taken away and given back when the light was turned on in the evening. I didn 't like the animation very much . The room was not cleaned at all only after the approach to the reception and only then the room was cleaned. We lived in room 221 when we arrived there was no kettle with tea. I can't say anything about the food , the food was great , but it was all kind and soft .Alcohol crayfish beer vodka. We only pour wine in summer. The heated pool is dirty, the curbs are all yellow, the water was cold , everyone who lives in the hotel is allowed into this pool , it is unknown who is sick without certificates. About the outdoor pool, it is dirty because there was a winter period .It's closed. A solid 4 for such 💰 and it 's not necessary to bend your fingers that it 's not a four .It's 4 solid forgot to stick a sticker on the door.

A good hotel for 4 stars. The first line by the sea, a pleasant lobby. We were in January doing repairs in unoccupied rooms, settled in a clean, cozy room with a sea view.

I was there from 08.12 to 15.12.18. In winter it is better not to go there. The promised heated pool did not work. Hammam and sauna, the same. The conduits do not work for heating. Internet is paid - $ 1/day. There was no beer or wine in the bar, only diluted vodka. There was no animation of the same. Otherwise, a normal hotel. The beach is nearby, with rods. Sandy, pebbles in the water, stones. The rooms are furnished with old furniture, but clean. Cleaned every day, towels were changed. You have to ask for water. The water is not very hot. Rooms with terrible sound insulation are not for "noisy" couples. The food is for an amateur, but you will not stay hungry. The choice is meager. The staff speaks Russian, but is completely indifferent to everything. A wonderful Pakiza girl works at the bar. Maybe in the summer, it's not bad there..

We had a rest from February 23 to March 2, in general it was not so bad, but the service leaves much to be desired. We were given two towels for two (one small, one large), the refrigerator in our room was covered in mold, and the cleanliness of the entire complex, I would like it better! The menu of the restaurant and bar is meager, but we'll write it off for the off-season... But the gorgeous view from the room and the proximity to the beach make up for these disadvantages!

We really liked the hotel, the rooms are very nice and clean, it's nice, but it doesn't have paid wi-fi, they promised us just free wi-fi there, and when we went there we were told that wi-fi is paid.
