Positive:

Good afternoon, everyone! We had a rest from 11 to 19.10, 2 adults. The tour operator is Fan san. departure from Sochi. Upon arrival, a transfer was waiting for us, from Antalya airport to Alanya we were checked in immediately for 2 hours, to a room on the 5th floor without any additional charges. The room is big enough, very tired, but everything worked fine, the bed is comfortable.
The sea view is amazing.
And now about the pros and cons, based on the fact that the whole Tour cost us 79 thousand for 8 nights for two. And we had no illusions, we knew about all the shortcomings of the service from the reviews.

The beach of the hotel is very small, as the hotel has almost no territory, there were not enough sun beds. It was not a problem for us to go to the sun beds in the morning.
On the first day, upon arrival, we took the sun beds on the left of the neighboring hotel, rested comfortably on them, no one said a word. Therefore, we did not worry if we suddenly did not have enough of our hotel's sunbed.
About food, the pain of many tourists, but we did not encounter a similar problem, everything is fine! As lovers of Egypt, we already know that not everything on the tables is suitable for food. It is necessary to smell what you put on the plate. And no salads with dressings and sauces. If there were eggplants for lunch, then in no case do we take them for dinner, we take what was not at lunch. All repetitions of dishes are second freshness, and it is dangerous for health.
The chicken and cakes were always fresh, and both were very tasty. Grilled vegetables are a delight, halva was given a couple of times - gorgeous. In general, there is no negative residue left about nutrition. The tea is not spoiled, as they say in the reviews, they just have "no", a specific taste. We were able to understand this when we ate on the tour and were served exactly the same tea.

There may have been shortcomings, but I consider them possible for a budget hotel.(Our refrigerator didn't work, but we don't need it either) The air conditioner was working, not in use. We lived on the second floor of the window facing the street. The hotel staff are accustomed to rewards, chocolates, etc., Russian speakers at the reception. The sea and sand are excellent, there are not many sun beds, you need to borrow before breakfast. There is a pool. Animation for children, sometimes karaoke. There is a lot of food, varied. Personally, because of the poor quality, I did not eat beef dishes and butter. The rest is amazingly fresh and delicious! Fried fish, turkey, a large selection of cheese, oranges, grapefruit, lots of greens, stewed vegetables, sponge cake, various Turkish dishes, delicious juices and wine. There is alcohol too. Pancakes, donuts, jam for breakfast. Coffee machine, all kinds of delicious coffee. The kitchen is suitable for children. In the evening, you can walk along the shopping malls nearby, there is a park. We went on our own to Alanya, there is a bus running. The sea is warmer there, a pier with ships, a lot of shops. I rarely write reviews, but I decided to tell you about my impressions of the hotel because when I was flying I read positive reviews.
Hotel features:
Location, view from the balcony, wonderful sea and entrance to it. Not a bad pool. That's it!

The rooms are dead, the shower door has long been broken down and has not been returned to its place, the shower floor is black with mold, the floor in the room is swollen, liquid wallpaper is hanging, food will do to avoid being hungry but no more, there is no children's menu, there are no condors in the lobby and in the restaurant, the dishes are dirty, the room was cleaned once, the towels were not changed, there are no bathrobes, no slippers, no brushes, no KETTLE in the room, no children's animation and no children's club. A dead hammam with rusty taps and peeling plaster, I don't really want to do a massage there.
To summarize:
If you just fall asleep, if you are not picky about food and just want to eat, sleep and swim, then I recommend it. If there is something more, then no!

There is no animation, in the evening they turn on mournful Turkish music and wait for tourists to get tired of it and pay for the dance. There is no entertainment for children. The beach is small, a third of the sunbeds are broken, the sunbeds are dirty in the morning, at 6 a.m. the sunbeds were occupied. The air conditioners in the rooms are positioned incorrectly, they blow on the bed, half of the guests have a cold on their lips. It is impossible to open the doors and windows of the balcony: there is a disco in all neighboring hotels until 23.30. WI-FI is paid, it is already 3* free. It is a pity that such a building is falling into disrepair, apparently the owner does not care. When we complained at the reception, Adele told us to complain as much as you want. She was invited to work this season, and the next one may not be invited, she doesn't care what reviews tourists have. I stayed with the children at this hotel in September, from 11 to 20 we had paid. I did not plan a vacation and bought it spontaneously without reading the reviews. Nutrition is not the word that tastes terrible, but it is also not fresh, (they did not finish the cutlets for dinner, they already had gravy) on the first day at the end of the day I felt sick all evening and night I vomited and not only, the disorder was terrible and accompanied by severe pain. The next day, the children began to complain and the symptoms were the same. I turned to the reception with the words I feel bad, I vomit and I was told that it was acclimatization (this is despite the fact that the staff is responsive and friendly) we drank tea and bread for two days. I couldn't stand it and we had to move out, the reception didn't even ask the reason, so be careful and read the reviews before choosing a hotel for a vacation.

We have been flying to Turkey for 13 years every year. We were both in expensive 5* hotels and in less expensive but good foursome. That is, we have something to compare it with.
Of the advantages, I would like to immediately note:
• Proximity to the sea and the sea itself.
Well, basically everything!)
Of the cons:
1) The appearance of the hotel. In a word, old age. Yes, maybe it doesn't matter to anyone, but coming to a hotel where even the sign has faded from old age is very sad… This is still the face of the hotel, the first thing we see.
Because of this, even the driver could not find the hotel.
2) The beach. There are very few sunbeds, we literally had to get up at 6 a.m. to take a seat. Because if you come after breakfast, that is, at 9 a.m., then there simply won't be any places. Not a single one. And this is despite the fact that we had a rest at the beginning of the season. I can't imagine what will happen there in the summer.
The beach is dirty, it doesn't seem to be cleaned at all. Cups, napkins and other debris are lying around.
There is, if you can call it that, a "bar" on the beach, more like a chicken coop. There is a coffee machine and another juice machine in this "bar". All. If you are a beer drinker, you will not be able to do this.
3) Food. You should not expect any culinary delights here. The food is monotonous and there is little of it. Only chicken is made of meat, every day in different forms. We didn't see any fruits except oranges and apples. And you need to go straight to the very beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, otherwise you may not be very full. In principle, we were not hungry, and thanks for that.
4) There is absolutely no entertainment. We are not the kind of people who like to hang out until the morning, but even we were very bored. Corny, there is no music in the hotel. We have not seen this anywhere else. More precisely, it is there, but it will be turned on for an hour during lunch. If you are traveling with children, and there were some, then know that your child will have nothing to do here, because there is no animation from the word at all. But the most interesting thing is that there are animators, but we still did not understand what they are for and what function they perform....
5) Paid Wi-Fi.
And it would be fine if this Wi-Fi was good. So no. He's terrible, he doesn't catch anywhere but the lobby. I advise you to buy a SIM card with the Internet outside the hotel, rather than spending money on this something.
6) There is no security at the hotel. Come in who wants to. I know that there have been cases of theft.
7) The number. He looks decent.… But what a bed with bulging springs is worth, sleeping is unpleasant and even painful. There is a TV, but there are two Russian channels working there and then barely. Someone wrote that the hot water was turned off. I don't know about that, we've never had that.
I would like to say separately about cleaning. I can't attribute this to either the cons or the pros. They clean here normally, but not every day. We approached the maids ourselves and asked them to clean up our place.
That's all I remembered. We paid 1000 euros for the rest. But the hotel is not worth this money at all. It's better to look at a better and more expensive option, but because we chose it in a hurry, it turned out how it turned out.

The whole thing is very old, broken corners on furniture, laminate flooring, refrigerators that practically don't work anywhere (they spread their hands at the reception), 4 rooms were looked at for an additional fee, but alas and ah. The linen is clean, the towels are not always gray, often.
I would like to warn parents with children about food, they mostly go hungry. Nuggets for a week were 1 time, French fries and pasta every other day. That's all, mine couldn't eat anything else.sometimes they ate chicken.
For breakfast, only sausages, boiled eggs, crumpets and pancakes, rice porridge are hot. That's it. The rest is cheese, sausage, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers. The children have nothing to eat again.
There is water only in the devices with "jupi", no bottles in the rooms, or anywhere else.
Snacks are only guzelme and "burgers" with cheese and sausage for about an hour from 14.00 to 15.00 - few people eat them.
All drinks are poured into plastic cups, with beer in 200g, the rest in 100g. Many people buy their glasses and go with them. You can't drink a glass of wine at dinner ...
Wi-Fi is paid and only for the 1st person in the room..
We deliberately went on a very budget trip to a nice beach. (Although there are enough sun beds, only for 30% of the guests)We got it, but next time, of course, we will choose another hotel.

We read about all this in the reviews, but did not betray the importance. My husband and I are not picky. At first glance, the hotel is a bit shabby, but it is interestingly located. Close to the sea. That's it. There is a narrow strip of sun beds under uncomfortable torn awnings. Oil stains from motorboats for amusement rides. To rinse off after the sea only in the shower in the room. And most importantly, THERE is NO drinking water. To wash down the pills, I had to look for my own in other people's hotels and ask them to bring it.

The drinks are just disgusting, coffee from a vending machine that stinks of sourness and pours some kind of liquid into a glass. Tea flavored with toilet paper and yupi juices. The cups are only paper, they all taste equally disgusting. In general, until they were poisoned, they suffered, then stopped walking, it was scary.
We are not picky, we actually turned a blind eye to many things and rejoiced at what we had, until poisoning took turns. The rooms are broken, the sunbeds are in a disgusting condition, and there are very few of them, there is no animation, Wi-Fi is paid and constantly turns off, there is no hot water 80% of the time, salt water comes from the tap, it is unpleasant to lie down on the bed linen and towels are also breathing hard, as are very elderly guests. Everything is very, very sad and sad. I definitely do not advise you to go to this hotel, this is not a story of "reading bad reviews, but everything is fine in the end", no, there is no hope. We have been waiting for this vacation, but in the end we are really looking forward to returning home.

The hotel is perpendicular to the sea, so all rooms have a sea view. It is located within walking distance from the sea, you do not need to get dressed, you can go in a beach version of clothes. Now about the rest. I really like everything: the food, the cleanliness of the room, the timely and constant cleaning, the smiling and helpful hotel staff. To everyone who is going to go to this hotel, I can say that this is a normal foursome. Everyone is full, those who need to are drunk, those who need to are having fun. Пляж супер, песок, ни каких камней, ни какой гальки. Практически идеальный пляж и вход в море.
Отель так себе, на 3*, но смотря на цену своих денег стоит, однозначно. Кормя вполне не плохо, без изысков, но голодным точно не останешься. Был с двумя детьми там почти 2 недели, всё было нормально, отдохнули отлично. В отеле хоть и наливают в баре алкоголь, но ни разу не видел пьяных или буйных. Много местных отдыхает. Неплохие горки в бассейне, детям очень понравилось.
Из минусов: мало лежаков у бассейна и на пляжу, тем более что с утра пораньше наши колхозники занимают из полотенцами. Отель под разбит, но не критично. Иногда грязновато, персонал не спешит бегать убирать. Во круг отели с громкими вечерними программами, так что если ложишься спать до 11, то могут быть сложности. Слабовата своя развлекательная программа и анимация.
Но минусы - так себе, совсем не критичны. Так что, отдыхом я очень доволен. Рекомендую.

Спокойное, приятное место. Сервис на высоте, всё делают за тебя. Шведский стол - разнообразный и вкусный, есть курица, говядина, много сыра, разные напитки. По системе все включено - пиво, вино, крепкие напитки. Пляж в 50 метраж, мягкий песок и много места, шезлоги и зонтики бесплатно.
Отдельное спасибо аниматорам, шеф аниматору Бурхану и всем сотрудникам! Создают отличное настроение и заботятся о каждом нашем дне рядом с ними!

На отдых мы полетели спонтанно ,отель сами не выбирали ,так получилось . я с дочей летели туда за морем и за солнцем .пляж песочек ,но грязный сами отдыхающие там конечно оставляли мусор это в основном бычки в песке ,пластиковые стаканы, бутылки . персонал там убирал только мусорные мешки. Лежаков мало не хватало на всех и тесно . И еще надо запрещать курить на пляже это же ужас задохнуться можно . вход в море хороший. Отель сам на троечку а может и на двоечку
Не знаю всегда отдыхала в пятерках за 104 000 на двоих , шесть дней наверно другого не ожидаешь. Но в столовой надо поддерживать чистоту в любом случае сколько бы не стоил отель. столы жирные, протирают их жирной тряпкой обслуживающий персонал в столовой парни . Тарелки и приборы грязные приходилось самим протирать их салфетками. На завтрак каши нет .отварное яйцо ,жареное яйцо кабачки и баклажаны жареные ,сыр ,зелень уставшая попадалась и грязная ,огурцы ,помидоры на обед что не съедали на завтрак например яйца добавлялась в них Сметана и поддавалось на обед . более-менее выживали за счёт ужина т к жарили курочку либо шашлык куриный это было вкусно. Но рядом есть замечательное кафе очень гостеприимный там хозяин там всегда можно было покушать ,шаурма восхитительная, купить пивка холодненького благодаря ему можно выжить. В баре при отеле вино невозможно пить ,пиво разбавленное , стаканчики одноразовые пластиковые . Среди отдыхающих в данном отеле очень много людей в возрасте (бабушек, дедушек). Анимация мне не важно. но там очень очень скудная. Наверно повторюсь но на 104 000 р не разгуляешься . Если у вас ограничены финансы на отдых можно в этот отель съездить закрыв глаза на все недостатки.

We had a rest in September. All the negative reviews are true.
Before the trip, I prepared based on reviews. We went beyond the sea and the sun to the warmth. I can repeat myself. But what is in the area of responsibility of the hotel is all running to the limit. The rooms are old - you can survive. The service is zero - you can be patient. Dirty dishes, tables and the floor to which shoes stick – you can be patient.
Catching a cleaner who does not have time to do anything to replace linen and towels – you can be patient. Disgusting alcohol – you can be patient (everything was bought in Duty-free). Food – seen and worse. A dirty crowded beach, all the sunbeds occupied from the night, a wooden booth with drinks and a low roof (I beat my head every time) – this is not in my understanding.
BUT THE PATIENCE IS NOT INFINITE. Even the beauty of the sea and the magnificent bay barely pull our vacation in a positive direction.
IT's not 4 stars – it's 2ka with 3ka elements.
Prepare psychologically for a rest in this hotel.

Летали с супругой с 9.08.2022 на 10 ночей.
Начну с хорошего:
- Расположение отеля удобное
- Рядом магазин вайкики
- Возле отеля есть отличная кафэшка STAR с красавчиком барменом Эрджаном 😁
- В 5 минутах ходьбы есть классный ресторан Sila
- Море и пляж шикраные и идти до них буквально 1-2 минуты (не беру в учёт разорванные навесы)
- Водное поло в бассейне
Как видите не все хорошие моменты зависят от отеля 😆
Что не понравилось:
- Номера грязные!
- Полотенца не меняют
- Персонал не решает проблемы
- Вайфай платный, и админ ещё забывает сколько ты платишь и приходится ещё раз заплатить
- Унитаз ремонтировали 3 дня!
- Анимация как на деревенской свадьбе
- Еда однообразная, на 5ый день от неё тошнит
- Алкоголь как в самом дешевом отеле
Персонал сирийцы, способны даже угрожать, решать проблемы не умеют и им плевать на отдыхающих.
Больше отзыв оставил в другом ресурсе, тут символов меньше😂
Заявленые 4 звезды отеля совсем не соответствуют! Максимиум 2 звезды, и то это за пляж
Господа, не выбирайте этот отель. Он отвратителен!

The beach is just a separate horror, a sunbed on a sunbed, and the "bar" I don't even know what words to describe, if you climbed up this wonderful structure and then came down unharmed, you are lucky. The food is so poor that tourists from the neighboring hotel fed tortillas and water to tourists from the Macy's hotel, because there was not always even drinking water on the beach in this "bar".
