Disgusting service. I handed over my laptop on Saturday, they said they would look at it on Sunday and call me back. On Sunday, silence came by itself on Monday. They said they hadn't looked at it yet, and they would call back the next day. On Tuesday evening, they called and said that they had already fixed (replaced the keyboard) without approval. I was repairing my tablet here, which had a broken charging port. A huge amount was pledged in the official service, everything was done here with high quality and, most importantly, not expensive! I was also pleased with the friendly staff and willingness to answer all your questions! I will give you 5 stars at the end of the warranty period!
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT.
The work is completely substandard. They failed to clean the cooling system, there was dust on the thermal paste and in the system itself. They refused to refund the money for the unfinished work. They are very overpriced. I strongly advise against it. There were no photographs provided before and after work, although I asked for it. The way out of this situation was proposed as follows: to fix the attachment of the proxy cable for free, although initially they charged 55 (!!!) rubles for the repair. I refused because there is no trust in this organization and services.
I don't recommend it. They said that they would put the original engine in a vacuum cleaner and the price would be more expensive - 80BYN, as a result, they put a Chinese engine that costs 40BYN, but took it as their native one. To my claims that this is not the original, but a box from a Chinese analogue (SKL), the woman said that there are NO originals (although SHE said the opposite on the phone). In fact, both sell. When I asked why I was lying, I didn't hear an answer. The problem is in the attitude when you are openly mocked in the eyes, and as it is, I do not mind Chinese engines at an appropriate price.

I asked if I could pick it up. they said that for the diagnosis 45 rubles minimum. then I told them that I asked about the diagnosis and the price at the very beginning (when I brought the laptop) and they didn't say anything about the price.as a result, we talked for a long time. it was decided to give the laptop for repair for 80 rubles. (at first they talked about 100))) it took less than a week and they called me, said I could pick it up, I went, picked it up, paid, signed. Everything seems to be fine. a month has passed, I decided to disassemble the laptop because the matrix was changing color (I decided to look at the train).in the end, I barely got it rolling! I almost tore off the thread. they twisted the bolts and screws so hard (as if there were wheels in the car)... we can conclude that they twisted the screwdriver without thinking with their heads at all (you can not tighten the screws in electronics, in plastic!!!). then there were no 3 screws in the laptop, and in general they were twisted incorrectly (despite the fact that it is written on the board and on the case where to twist) .The specialists are working completely lost. I looked at the cable, turned it (it was slightly wrapped), and decided to look at the controller that I was told about...as it turned out, the controller is quietly the same. but next to it, on a slightly brown textolite, the smd capacitor 220 is crookedly soldered, which can be found everywhere (radio, player, phone, etc.) and costs a penny. (and the nominal value did not correspond to what was written on the board, but the laptop seems to work, let's see how long it will work). That's it. RAMONT ON BELARUS. if possible, contact another office (bigger, older, with reviews). an unpleasant little residue remained after communication, the quality of repair (bolts, soldering, despite the fact that only the conder was soldered...for example, in comparison with rayballing).
