Pros: the place is atmospheric, beautiful, cozy, desserts and coffee are delicious, the dishes are cute.
Of the cons: a long wait when boarding 1-2 tables, not comfortable service and the behavior of the waiters is quite strange (inappropriate jokes, surprise that a check may be needed).
Forks with greasy streaks were upset, glasses unfortunately too.
Only a fork was served to the cheesecakes, without a knife. The wait was almost an hour...when boarding only our table.
Everything was perfect on the first visit, but for the second time I discouraged the desire to come again.

A very beautiful cafe: interior design, dishes (unfortunately not very convenient: desserts slide off the plates, cups are inconvenient to pick up), menu, delicious cuisine.
Unfortunately, it is unclear how the total cost of the dishes is calculated at the checkout. I ordered dessert Mochi for 8p. and tea (900ml teapot) for 9p, I specified that two cups are needed. The total cost was 19.97 rubles. Although it should have been 8 +9 = 17p. Unfortunately, I refused the receipt right away, and when I counted the change, I returned to the cashier a minute later, the receipt was gone. The girl (Nastya) explained it this way: she thought that I ordered two cups of tea instead of a teapot (although this option is not listed on the menu and the prices are accordingly too) and therefore it turned out to be MORE EXPENSIVE. Where is the logic here? Or is it an automatic tip switch? I was planning to leave a tip anyway, but it's beyond... unpleasant.

I really liked the place. We got into a coffee shop, on Wednesday for an intense interactive (pink coffee on Wednesdays) very pleasant staff, 10 out of 10 service. I really liked the Belgian waffles, an interesting feature in the cafe. We will definitely come back here as a family again. 💕

On the plus side: it's a very beautiful and atmospheric place. The staff is friendly and competent. The food is simply delicious, the waffle with roast beef and the coffee are delicious. Thanks for the good mood.

Super, but there are flaws.
The fact that the exit is practically on the road is not critical at all! People do not come here to drink, but to have a delicious snack, so there should be no problems with coordination.
There are really not enough tables, it may be difficult to sit down in the evenings, but I personally was in the afternoon and there were no problems with this.
Cups are really difficult to take, but thank God there is a second hand, so I was able to drink milk oolong.
We took a salad with salmon and oatmeal with berries. The waiter warned us in advance that the avocados would be hard, but that didn't stop us.
In general, the salad is delicious, wonderful sauce, fresh vegetables and fish, but not everyone may like the hard avocado, so always check.
Oatmeal is very cool! Bananas, kiwis, blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds... Well, the combination is perfect. Not sweet, not dry, that's how it should be straight!
The only thing that disappointed is that the menu has items marked with clover, with a chance to win this dish with a 50% discount by playing dice with the waiter. But, having taken 2 such positions, unfortunately, we were not offered any dice.
In general, I advise you to come here!

The place is beautiful, in the very center of the city, why 4 stars: a very long wait for dishes and did not specify how to take out the dishes (we were a company of 6 people and as a result, when one had already eaten, the second was just waiting for his dish..), serving cheesecakes could be more interesting from the declared main menu, which It has been working since 10 a.m. (we arrived at 11:00), half of the positions were missing.

The service of the institution is as bad as it can be. We ordered drinks with us. The latte is just disgusting, tea for 9 rubles... the girl just poured leaves and poured boiling water, without even warning that the tea was ordinary, leafy. It was impossible to drink, since the leaves had all floated up, and somehow I didn't want to walk and spit around the city)
The barista girl is very unpleasant, she can't advise anything, she doesn't even know the menu properly.
1 star purely for taking a picture with your cups at a photo shoot

We had a terrible morning. A very long wait (a feeling of complete lack of mutual understanding between the kitchen and the waiters. Not professionals, maybe they are used to just making coffee). Rotten cherries and Hair in breakfast. Although the oatmeal was very tasty. It is not clear why there are many flower petals in it. In general, there are much better places nearby. And with a humane price tag.

We took a chocolate-covered strawberry. So, for 7 rubles, I would like to feel the taste at least, and not eat something incomprehensible visually similar to strawberries. Half green. Chocolate is terrible, the aftertaste is like an ordinary tile. This institution and MLB itself are already at the skirting board level. I wish you further destruction. You can't compete with anyone else (except maybe with some kind of shawarma).

We ordered 3 glasses of chocolate-covered raspberries and they also persuaded us to buy 2 Dubai ones. The website says that there are about 10 raspberries in a glass. In fact, it was 5-6. And I won't call it chocolate-covered raspberries, rather chocolate with ground raspberries. The photo shows the size of the "berries" and their appearance. We wrote to them in yandex. Direct about this, they replied that they would sort out the problem, and the result was that they didn't even apologize.
If you want to order as a gift, then it's better not to embarrass yourself.

A cute girl's cafe: sweets, vinishko and liqueurs, snacks and food with all sorts of avocados and shrimp fish. It's not cheap, but it's not prohibitively expensive either.

Terrible service. We waited more than an hour for the order, but we didn't order much. The waiter does not know how to recommend and explain, thinks for a long time and ignores. I have to walk around the room to find a waiter who will take our order. It's strange that there are no desserts on the menu and you have to choose from the showcase. +1 star for delicious Raf coffee.
