Delicious, beautiful, 0 complaints about the quality of the products, everything is chic and shiny.
Minuses:
Courier. Delivery. This is the second time there has been a problem with delivery, the network has a personal courier and his work, to put it mildly, leaves much to be desired.
Forget about even being roughly informed about the delivery time. Administrators tell the courier on the route and on the way, but they can't say anything.
On March 8, I ordered gifts for my wife, the administrator promised that they would be delivered from 9 to 12. As a result, the chat was completely ignored, the courier had not appeared at all yet, and the time was 2 hours ago. Although I got up at 9 a.m. on a special day off, just like that, apparently.
As a result, I already have to leave, and I can't even find out when they will deliver to me and whether they will fulfill their obligations at all.
Upd:
The order was delivered late at 2h, I was no longer there, my wife was picking it up, the courier offered to pay for her a second time, although I paid for everything on the day of the order, the holiday was completely ruined. My wife was standing with 2 large boxes and called me in a panic, I have no words, only emotions. Draw your own conclusions.
Naturally, no one even apologized, they don't care :)
In addition, I had to call the administrators myself to resolve the issue of delivery and payment...
Conclusion:
I do not recommend using the services due to the terrible attitude towards delivery and the customer after you have paid (placed an order). If it's pick-up, you can use it, but I recommend studying other reviews here on this topic, there are also plenty of adventures there.

We had a very nice time with our friends: cozy, original, delicious desserts and mulled wine. Wonderful Daria took care of us professionally, tactfully, sincerely, smilingly. Thank you, Dasha! You are adorable! A little sad...they came to try the branded strawberries in chocolate, they said....It's not the season😭

I want to express my great gratitude to Artyom and his team for the splendor they are doing. I ordered a sweet surprise for my wife's birthday in the form of a set of chocolate-covered strawberries, which perfectly decorated the holiday. Strawberries are delicious, juicy, perfectly combined with chocolate..I also want to mention the staff of the pick-up point, who called the day before, clarified all the nuances and the time of order readiness, and on the day of its issuance, they handed over a set with wishes of good mood.
