Do you know those days when you want to wake up and go to some nice place for breakfast?
We used to be regular visitors to this cafe, we often had breakfast here, but most likely we won't come anymore. We haven't been to Belarus since the summer, we arrived, decided to go to our favorite perfect breakfast, but alas, you can't enter the same river twice, everything flows and everything changes, unfortunately, as it usually happens here, for the worse.
In the big breakfast, the photos from the accounts of this institution contain beautiful waffles, two large chicken sausages, vegetables, eggs, and that's exactly what we used to get. But what they bring now.. I understand that your expectations are not our problem. Some small, thin, cheapest sausages for frying, all swelled, burst, they were mercilessly chopped into pieces and thrown on a plate, but inside they turned out to be simply boiled. Oh, the dream breakfast, of course. Instead of waffles, thick slices of white bread were brought. The waitress said she had warned us about this. Apparently they listened, nothing happens.
The waitress stands laughing by herself, realizing that they put a miracle chef in the plates and that nothing can be done about it. Of course, she wouldn't want to get such a breakfast herself, thank God she doesn't need to, just take it out to the guests and leave.
As a result, I ate only tomatoes and cucumbers from the plate, my friend also picked at the egg, but did not finish it, and it would seem that you need to be able to spoil the eggs. The chefs here know how to cook, but they don't.
We asked if it was possible to replace the bread in the plate with something? They didn't come back to us with an answer for a long time, but when they returned, they said that nothing could be done. Here's your receipt, the exit is there.

Today I managed to go to this cafe on Mira street 1.The place is nice, very decently decorated by February 14th, the drinks and desserts are simply excellent, they were very tasty.I want to give special thanks to the waiter, Nika, who helped me sort out the assortment, brought everything quickly, and served it with high quality.I highly recommend this place!

We were in a cafe with my family on March 16, 2025. We ordered several different desserts. The pasta was delicious, the coconut mousse was normal, but the mochi was absolutely inedible and spoiled. Instead of a delicate soft shell, there was a dried, almost crispy substance, and the filling tasted fermented. The mochi was obviously stale, it felt like almost a week ago. When he noticed that the mochi was spoiled, the guy at the checkout, instead of apologizing and offering not to count them or exchange them for fresh ones, just insisted that this was how it should be :) The most interesting thing is that while the child was a little late, the cafe immediately threw out all the moths from the window and immediately changed to a fresh batch. They probably tried expired ones and were surprised by what they were selling. The cafe has a big disadvantage for such an approach to the client!

I've been to this place 3 times. And all 3 times the service was terrible. A waiter or receptionist with a "crazy" unnatural smile from ear to ear may meet you at the entrance.
We ordered tea and cake on one of the trips. The tea was brought with the words "the intern messed up with your tea first, I had to redo it."
The desserts are tasteless and the prices are too high.
Of course, it's cool that they promote themselves so well in insta and you can come to them and take a picture against a beautiful background. But that doesn't make the place high-quality.
Even the most basic coffee doesn't taste good, and when the coffee doesn't taste good, you can get up and leave, because it's clear that it won't be good.
I've given this place a few chances, and I won't set foot on the doorstep again.

I was disappointed with the approach of the "kitchen" to the guests. While we were waiting for the dishes, we smelled something burning, and... it turned out that it was my dish. When I started eating, I noticed my "African" waffles, I didn't complain, but when the waitress asked "how do we like the dishes?", I said that the waffles were burnt, to which they replied, well, it's strange. We have been to this institution 2 times, and, unfortunately, we will not come again. For the first time (06.11.23) everything went perfectly: a responsive and attentive waiter, delicious desserts and coffee, a wonderful overall impression.
That is why on Friday evening 10.11.23 we chose this particular institution from many others. When we came and took the table, no one approached us for 15-20 minutes, but we attributed it to the busy waitress, who periodically came to clean the tables and bring the bill to other guests. But when we started serving the tables of other guests who came later, but the waitress just passed by us, it already started to get unpleasant. After I called the waitress, she rolled her eyes. We had no desire to understand the reasons for this action, and even more so to swear, but the impression remained strange. As for the food, everything is still very tasty.
It is a pity that a potentially favorite institution with an interesting interior, delicious food and seemingly high-quality service in an instant turned into a place where neither I nor my friends will come anymore:(

We recently visited your establishment and, unfortunately, were not completely satisfied.
Firstly, the waiting time for food was exactly 40 minutes, which was quite unexpected, especially when you come to an institution with a small child. In such cases, it would be cool to offer the little guests the coloring pages that WERE THERE, but we had to look for them and take them ourselves.
Also, on a REGULAR basis, we are faced with the fact that some components of dishes are missing from the menu (then there are no fresh berries, we will replace them with syrup ... yes, a very equivalent replacement, then there are no nuts, then something else), but why should guests pay the full cost of the dish??
We hope that our feedback will help you improve the service and make your stay at your institution more comfortable.

I ordered almond flour waffles and strawberry latte, author's tea (none of this could be ordered), raspberry latte, and Chinese teas. As a result, we ordered raspberry latte, raf, hash brownies with salmon. The glass in which there was raspberry raff was in syrup, the glass was not wiped, strawberries on cream did not look very good because of the flaccid tails (they could have cut it off). The hashbrown serve was pretty, but for me personally, a lot of salt. Additionally, I ordered Coca-Cola, which was also not available. The waiter offered a sprite, but said, "And then we need to check if there is one." It turned out that there was nothing at all from carbonated drinks. They asked for regular water, carried it for about 5 minutes.
BUT the most disgusting thing is, we asked for the bill, the payment was in cash, the change was brought to us, we took it and left. The store paid with money from the delivery of this institution, the 50-ruble bill turned out to be fake! Having never encountered such a thing, we did not check the money, and this is what happened. Very unpleasant consequences…
I am not saying that you are working with fake money. And perhaps you also suffered when you were paid with such bills. But, the staff who works with the cash register is obliged to determine the authenticity of the bills at reception and carefully look at what they give out in change so that such situations do not arise!

Huge chunks of white bread, not the freshest, which is fashionably called brioche. Sausages are just tears, no one can cook so badly anywhere. But even initially, this is not what is stated. All the sausages burst and came out over the edges, half-cooked. It's impossible to eat. And there is no great desire. They declare one thing, submit another.
The issue was not resolved in any way, they said they would pass it on to the administrator. Say hi from me, you're working super hard!
I spent the whole of June last year in Belarus and had breakfast here almost every day. I arrived in April and were horrified. Bravo, keep up the level!

The coffee is not bad, we took flat and espresso tonic.

Coffee and dessert are brought earlier than hot dishes🤥 In my opinion, if there was an order for coffee with dessert and hot dishes or salads, it is logical to serve hot dishes first, and then coffee, or otherwise specify when which dishes to serve. And not to drink cold coffee after his hypnosis while waiting and eating hot.
The staff is responsive and pleasant, the waiter seemed a little shy and worked without enthusiasm :)

We went there for breakfast with a SMALL child of 2 years old, when we made an order, we were told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes, after 10 minutes a girl came up and said that there were problems and the order would be ready not in 20 minutes, but in 30-40 minutes. I was shocked. As a result, the order was brought in 45 minutes, the dish for the child "cheesecakes" was brought in 55 minutes, the last dish "Viennese waffles with shrimp" (if I'm not mistaken in the name) was brought 1 hour after the order. This is outrageous!
At the same time, there is something missing in each dish: there are no berries in cheesecakes, there are no nuts in sweet waffles, and so on. Why should I pay the entire cost for a dish if they just brought me cheesecakes without fresh berries?
While waiting for 1 hour, I had to walk around the cafe and look for entertainment. Why didn't the waiters offer entertainment for the child, namely coloring books and pencils? (Everything was available, but for some reason we had to look for it ourselves)
Bottom line: after an hour of waiting, I didn't want to eat, we got there at 11:30, only at 12:30 everything was brought to us, we ate for half an hour, that's lunch already. We had a great breakfast 👎🏻
