Greetings from Russia!!!! The square is beautiful and clean, well-maintained, there are benches and beautiful genre sculptures. It's not crowded , it's a good place to go for a walk or just sit on a bench. It is located next to Independence Square (two minutes walk), a five-minute walk from the railway station. If the weather is good, you can wait for the train.
