As a result, on 02/26/2025, they wrote in the chat that "the track number has been changed. RX900004642KG. The storage period has expired. It was sent back to the sender. In this case, we can offer to resend the order or refund the funds."
I agreed to resend it. They wrote in the chat that "To deliver a boxberry, you will need passport data and INN. Passport series and number, who issued it and the date of issue, as well as the recipient's full name."
I provided all the data on 02/28/2025.
On 03/04/2025, they wrote to me in the chat that no one was sending me anything, I needed to pay extra and asked me to send screenshots of the chat correspondence that they had promised something.
I sent the screenshots, they replied that they would sort it out and send the information to the post office based on the results. Nothing came in the mail.
As a result: the status of the track is still on the way. It turns out that they changed the track and I didn't receive the order for it and it was sent back (I found out about it later from the chat).
That is, the order is paid for and not delivered, and in return there is just silence.

I do not recommend it at all...... I made an order for about 5,000 rubles, the money was withdrawn from the card immediately, two weeks later I received a message that one product was out of stock..... Why wait two weeks?????? A week later, a second message came that the second product was also out of stock, we want to replace it with a larger volume, I agreed, although I did not need it, a couple of days later I received a message that they had started collecting the order, and if everything else was, then they would send it to me and it would take 2-3 weeks to go from India!!!!!!!!!!!! What is this????? As a result, I may receive my order from the moment of withdrawing my money in two months?????? That is, they withdrew the money and went to look for the goods. You can't work like that. Think carefully before placing an order on this site. I wanted to write a claim, but the company is registered in India....

It's a terrible store, this is the second time I place an order (the first time I thought it was an accident), I pay, and only after almost a week I get a message that the product is out of stock. Although the website says "in stock". At the same time, she left her passport data, as it was said, for the possibility of sending goods from abroad. Now I'm thinking that maybe this is a new fraud scheme for collecting passport data. In general, I do not recommend it.
